If you are looing for a place to party, please do not book my apartment. Little Rock's best museums, libraries, arts, entertainment, business, and culture are all within walking distance. HOWEVER, we are not in the hotel district. The closest hotel is 2 blocks away, so be aware of the location when booking.

Fully equipped/stocked kitchen with all the extras! Super comfy beds for a good nights sleep and we decorate for all the holidays too! A safe, quiet neighborhood to walk your dogs or enjoy the outdoors in our private backyard oasis. Covered canopy, fire pit and lots of room to hang out, grill out, or play games. 2nd floor apt is isolated from the other 3 in the building & has its own 122 sf deck overlooking our beautiful valley & pond. The spacious bedroom has a king sized bed. The full bath includes a stack washer/dryer. The living room has a pull-out couch & a dining table for 4 ppl. There is also a large coffee table & 2 end tables. Just off of the living room is the full kitchen. Both the living room & the bedroom have large flat-screen tv's. The wifi gives access to all streaming channels.

If you love to be greeted by friendly, nosy sheep then this is the place for you! Welcome to our little farm, we love when guests feel at home in our little farmhouse. Sit on the front porch with a cup of coffee while watching the sheep, goats, and horses graze. Sit on the back porch at night during the summertime and watch the beautiful fireflies! This is a place to relax and unwind from the the hustle and bustle while enjoying a little taste of farm life.

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per night for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.
