We are on a quiet private country road 2 miles from the vibrant city of Winchester, 6 miles from Southampton Airport and 3 miles from IBM Hursley. Just a 5-mile drive from the medieval city of Winchester, Room with a View is situated in a prime location, perfect for a serene getaway or business stay. Secluded from the busy bustle of the city, yet a swift 10-minute drive, Room with a View is surrounded by acres of fields and beautiful views.

Guest house in Compton

Our guest house is situated in Compton, south of Winchester. Approximately 3 miles from central Winchester and 8 miles from Southampton. We are very close to the beautiful river Itchen and being on the edge of the South Downs, there is the opportunity for endless walks. The guest house is separate from the main house, with its own parking area, affording you complete privacy. It backs onto our lovely park, which can be seen hosting cricket in the summer months.
