We had a perfect short break and could chill inside the apartment, on the patio area and explore on foot from the property enjoying walks by the sea and restaurants in the evening. All enhanced by wonderful weather!

This is a beautiful flat in a great location with stunning sea views. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lots of great places to eat a short walk away from the property and beautiful coastal walks.

The airbnb is beautiful and very well located. Judith provided all the details/recommendations and had also kept easter chocolates for us( cherry on the top) The bus connectivity from the bnb is great. The ventenor beach is walkable and the coastal walk is scenic. There are great food options nearby as well The balcony has a pretty seating setup and the cats are super cute Would 10/10 recommend.

We had a great stay at Belmont View in August. The whole place was spotless on arrival and was perfect location to get into town. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything and more which is always helpful. Communication was very quick and we were also lucky enough to meet joeseph whom was very lovely. Thankyou so much for letting us stay.

We had a lovely stay at this property near Cowes for a short break at the end of the Summer holidays. The apartment completely met our expectations as it appeared as described and shown in photos. The hosts were incredibly responsive and communicated clearly on all of the check-in, check-out and property and local information. We were a family of 4 and our special dog and it suited us very well, lots of space both inside and outside, a private, secluded garden and with a great view of the Solent. We particularly liked the decking overlooking the peaceful garden, the view of the boats and ships passing by and the short walk to the seafront where we could walk to Cowes or Gurnard for shops (Cowes only) and restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The apartment was right near the town centre with really good public transportation. Even though you can walk to most of the attractions from the apartment. The apartment looks exactly like the picture and Nick and Rose both gave us very detailed and clear instructions to check in and out. They even set up the sofa-bed prior to our arrival and the apartment had all the mentioned amenities. The stay was lovely and I recommend this place if you are thinking of staying in Southampton.

We enjoyed our stay at the Nab House very much. It’s spacious and comfortable. Ample supply of dish-ware, glasses and cutlery should you have a larger group. Plenty of blankets and bedding. One of the bathrooms is quite large with a big bathtub that my wife enjoyed. My daughter found a fun board game. There were two tower fans you can take to whichever room. I can’t sleep without a fan blowing on me so this vas very helpful. Location is wonderful. Enjoyed the walks. Highly recommended!

We had such a fantastic stay. The location is amazing, and we were fortunate to see so much wildlife. The barn is absolutely beautiful, really cozy and Bobbie very thoughtfully provided everything you could possibly need for your stay. It really was a home away from home. We have an electric car so it was fantastic to have a charging facility on site, this made everything so much easier for us. Bobbie was extremely welcoming, a truly lovely lady who couldn’t do enough to help us. We will definitely be returning, we won’t even look anywhere else. Truly fabulous!

Very homely and very well stocked caravan. Nice and quiet when we stayed. Parking space at the side big enough for 2 cars. Samantha was very helpful and very responsive to messages. Activity passes included making this a very reasonably priced place to stay.

Another wonderful stay at this perfectly located, cosy and incredibly family friendly seaside retreat. This time the weather was better so the children could enjoy the garden as well. We will certainly be back.

This was a great find. We had a family Easter weekend here with our in laws who wanted a quiet break but with plenty of attractions or local places nearby. And the house was perfect. The kitchen and conservatory are gorgeous setting and made me feel guilty about not doing more cooking! But with lots of cute pubs and beaches nearby it was too tempting to head out for a bite. The house was spotless and exactly as described. Hosts super responsive and in all, we had a great stay. 10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely stunning accommodation, immaculate, great attention to detail, we had everything we needed, everything was perfect and Natalie was a lovely and very helpful host. Lovely bed linen, tastefully decorated, great to be able to walk to the river, play tennis, table tennis and all the other games in the Games Barn. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful family stay at Paul's AirBnB. The home is perfect for a family or friends trip. Great rooms, huge open plan kitchen/ living area and a larder for storage with washing machine/ dish washer. We honestly would give more than 5 stars if we could. If you're looking for a beautiful home, amazing views and great walks (or short drives) to local landmarks (or pubs!) then look no further. Our toddler (20 months) had a great time in the gated garden or using the New Forest as his play area, and was beside himself when the horses would walk right past the house. Paul was on hand to answer any questions we had, an excellent host! We'd absolutely stay again!

Lovely place to stay, clean, comfortable with everything you need. Great location short walk to the coast, short drive to the new forest. We all had a fab mini break, dogs loved the walks

We had a fantastic stay at Maple cottage the additional extra touches on arrival made it feel like home from home. Keith and Paula were friendly and very helpful. The area itself was beyond beautiful with wild horses and donkeys.Lovely local shop and a great walk to the local pub. Would highly recommend.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Sarah in Southsea. Het huis was heel schoon, mooi ingericht en comfortabel. De slaapkamer is heel fijn en groot. De locatie is top. Vlakbij the Tenth hole en een paar minuten lopen naar het strand. Kon niet beter.

Had a very relaxing stay in this lovely air b&b . It was perfect for us & our little dog with the garden . We loved this side of the island , we did many enjoyable walks. Thank you Barnie for all the helpful advice & making us feel welcome. Freshwater bay was a perfect bay for a nice September swim.

A comfortable and modern property within a few yards of the sea! Friendly and helpful hosts too! If you're looking for a getaway then this is an ideal place to find some peace. Highly recommended!

The apartment is in the center of the village which is where you want to be. Walk to pubs, tea rooms, restaurants and stores in less than 2 min. The apartment has a lockbox with keys to the front door of the building and the front door of the apartment. There is a very slow lift that takes you directly into the apartment, or you can walk up two flights of stairs to the front door to the flat and then walk up two more flights to the main living area. We used the lift for our suitcases, but otherwise always took the stairs. The lift requires a code and the simultaneous pushing of buttons, but it's handy for heavy bags or if you've got mobility issues. So nice to have two bathrooms, though there are some quirky things about both. Due to the ceiling heights, the master bath doesn't have a shower, and there isn't a mirror. There's a small mirror on the bedroom dresser. The second bedroom has really low to the ground twin beds. They'd be lovely for little kids but were awkward for us.

Lovely apartment in a very good location in Southsea. The place was very well-kept, comms were very good, and having our own parking was really handy. Jane and the team were also really responsive, helping us to sort a couple of minor issues very quickly. Would definitely recommend
