Justine was a very responsive host and helped to sort a few small things very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed White Roses: Spacious, clean, lovely outside spaces, dog treats provided, quiet, kitchen very well equipped, very good location, lots of dog walks nearby. All in all we would definitely like to return at some stage. Thank you Justine for a lovely stay.

We had a lovely few days at the boat house and summer house. It had everything we needed for four adults and two dogs and was perfect to relax in and while away the time with the ebb and flow of the tides. David provided some extra little touches, for instance a coffee, tea milk and biscuits to help us settle in on arrival and lots of helpful links to places to see and local restaurants. There was good facilities in the boat house including comfy chairs on the decking. The summer house was more basic with a kitchenette which could have done with a little fridge but was perfectly adequate for our needs.

It was perfect for our one night getaway, and with the most adorable receptionist in the morning in the form of a lovely Labrador. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely 3 night stay as a family of 4 plus our dog and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to explore the new forest and coast. The accommodation was lovely and clean with lots of thoughtful touches, and finished to a high standard plus the view of the sea is a real bonus! Nicky was a great host

We had a great few days at Ocean View. The house was very clean and everything was in good working order. Mark was very friendly and helpful. A lovely place to stay, very welcoming and relaxing with amazing views of the sea and a lovely area too. We will definitely be back.

Just back from a lovely weekend. The yurts are beautiful, really comfy and in the most relaxed surroundings. Easy walk into Emsworth which is stunning - like a little piece of Cornwall right on the Sussex Hampshire border. Lots of great places to eat and lovely walks. On Sunday we too the Oyster Boat ‘Terror’ out for a sail, right from the marina the yurts are in, and this was an incredible end to our wonderful weekend! We will be back!

This was an out of this world stay! So peaceful and relaxing in this hidden gem. Felicity was amazing, made our mini moon super special and even provided us with some treats. It was private and luxury and the perfect stay with our Labrador to relax and enjoy the UK spring weather. Lots of lovely walks around and things to do. The hot tub was a great addition to maximise relaxation. Would definitely look to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Brenda’s accommodation! There were 4 adults and 2 children in our group, and the space was perfect for us – comfortable, clean, and really well-equipped. Brenda was a fantastic host – welcoming, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we had. The home had everything we needed and more, with thoughtful touches that made it feel cosy and inviting. The location was ideal – just a short walk to the beautiful beach and charming harbour, which the kids especially loved. It was the perfect spot for relaxing and exploring. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you, Brenda!

The property is absolutely immaculate. It is more spacious than the photos suggest. The beach is literally at the end of the drive. Such a convenient spot. And the beds!! Well, if you don’t sleep well here then you won’t sleep well anywhere. Great place. Great host. Great time.

We had a wonderful few days here. The view is addictive! We stayed up way too late tracking vessels coming in and out of Southampton. The chalet is spacious and beds very comfortable. It was a bonus to be able to park the camper van right behind the chalet and to bring two small dogs. Sadly weather was too poor to make use of the pool this time. Perhaps we missed the instructions but we had troubke finding no 77. Advise looking at the site plan as you enter the holiday park. All in all a very good stay.

An amazing house both location and design. It was wonderful to be on the beach with a large garden as well. The interior of the house was beautifully designed and furnished Great view of the sea from the bedroom So much space and everything you could need. We had a fantastic break. Our puppy and my three year old grandson loved it. Would love to be there when the pool was open.

Caravan was in pristine condition and set in a lovely location with lovely scenery and great walks with the grandchildren and dog. Highly recommend a stay there.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The host left our son a toy Easter bunny which was a lovely touch. The van was pristine and felt right at home. Me and my partner were amazed with how well equipped the van was and what the host had supplied. You name it this vans got it! Thank you again for a brilliant experience for me and my family. The clubhouse and leisure centre was fantastic as well 👍🏼

Louisa’s caravan was a home from home, the location was unbeatable on the sea front and literally next door to the clubhouse/restaurant and bars. It was such a lovely break and I hope to return soon! Highly recommend

We spent a fabulous Easter weekend at Driftwood Cottage. Catharine was an excellent host and was extremely easy to deal with. The house is spacious, modern, and very well equipped. The use of the kayaks was a bonus we hadn’t really considered beforehand but turned out to be a real highlight. The location is amazing. Right next to the ferry terminal but you wouldn’t know it when you’re at the house. The views up the creek at stunning. Highly recommended.

Perfect location , and was very clean premise

Michelle was very friendly and always there if you needed her , the apartment is right near the sea which is lovely, no need to get in the car to the beach, lots of friendly shopkeepers ,vintage, charity, the bakers are outstanding along with the butchers they do lovely pies, two great grocers with fresh fruit and vegetables, the ice cream parlour is on the beach 1 minute away from apartment along with the homemade Italian restaurant scrumptious and two pubs , so close to west wittering, Chichester Only 12 minutes away a great place to shop, also has a theatre , and cathedral we will definitely use this apartment again thank you Michelle for a wonderful holiday

Great house for a family get together, right on the beach and with some local attractions and food options within easy walking distance / a short drive. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with the view and there were plenty of games available in the house for wetter days.

Long Rock Cottage is a triumph, beautifully nestled among the tress and boasting stunning uninterrupted sea views from most of the rooms. We loved it here, having direct access onto a stunning beach whenever the sun shone, and a wonderful house to retreat to when it didn’t. Our host couldn’t have been more helpful, and we found useful instructions for almost everything we could think of. My family had the most wonderful time here (three generations living together for a week) and would feel privileged to return in years to come. Thank you so much for making such a special place, and for sharing it with families like ours.

We had a wonderful week at Antonia’s gorgeous house. It was our second visit, and we would happily come again next year. The house is huge, comfortable and stylish, with a great kitchen and garden. It’s in such a great location - a few minutes to both the beach and the village. Really special place to stay and we felt very well looked after.

The apartment was absolutely wonderful and located in a beautifully quiet area with wonderful views. Sherryn was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Communication was clear and Sherryn was very quick to respond to any messages. The kitchen was spotless and had everything that we needed. I can't recommend the apartment enough. We loved being so close to the beach and enjoyed exploring the rock pools. The perfect location for a weekend break!

I think this location is better than described! It really is 10 steps from the beach and I enjoyed my morning coffee to the lapping of the waves. I travelled with my partner and 2 dogs and although a little snug (think very luxurious camping) we had an amazing stay. Lots of room outside for the dogs to run around and they enjoyed lounging on the deck. I would definitely recommend and would love to go back! Thank you so much! Rachel x
