This little place in the mountains is so cute!!!’ It was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The hot tub was great after hikes. It was close to everything and had everything we needed!!

Enjoyed our stay here. The location was great close to downtown Gatlinburg and a short beautiful drive from Pigeon Forge. It was tucked away from the hustle and bustle of downtown while still being close enough that you could walk there if you want to save money on parking. There’s a river across the street and a stream behind the house that was so peaceful to just sit and listen to. The hosts were very on top of things and gave clear check in instructions as well as any other info that could be good to know, also very quick to respond if you have any questions. The place was clean and had what you would need for a short Smokey Mountain vacation.

Would stay here again, the place was just as described and very cozy. You can park your car there for free and walk around gatlinburg as you’re right off the strip. The check in and check out instructions were very easy to follow and straight to the point. 10/10 experience all around.

My wife and I came to Gatlinburg for a few days. Location was perfect for walking downtown. Covered parking was a bonus.

My daughter, granddaughter, sister-in-law and I stayed here last week, and it was wonderful! The description is spot on (so are the reviews - all 5 stars) It was so clean and the beds were comfortable - no trouble sleeping at all. It wasn’t warm enough for us to sit outside and enjoy the patio - but the view is fantastic. We would stay here again! Great hosts!!

Jadina, Is an absolute awesome host she responds quickly. She’s very helpful with recommendations. The house is beautifully decorated. Open floorplan. Makes you feel right at home. We like it so much we will be returning in September and this will be our third time staying in one of her homes. Definitely would recommend to all my friends and family.

From booking to final check out Amy was always available and had every detail covered! This beautiful Victorian home has been brought back to life with impressive restoration. The combination of modern and antique style throughout the home is welcoming and refreshing while keeping the integrity of the home’s history. You know how you've look at about 100 places by now? You can stop. Pick this one. It's clean and spacious. The game room is perfect for icky weather or late nights. The hottub is great (well the whole deck is really). It's located right off the parkway. The neighborhood is quiet. It also is not hard to get to. (We've gotten stuck in a cabin driveway before because of the terrain this one is actually accessible for all vehicles). If we come back we'd stay here again.

The road getting to the property is only about 10 mins from the Parkway. It did lack appeal, but the property drive and parking area was all good. It is a tight fit to pull up and unload your vehicle because no other car can fit through. We quickly unpacked and then backed out to the front entrance parking space. There is no assigned area for your dog to use the bathroom and the hillside this unit is on, makes things difficult. We hoped not to slip and slide while finding some grassy areas by the front parking pads to walk our dog. There is no place to let your dog run. The unit was very nice, very clean, very modern. Many little extras where waiting on us, so that was nice. The front door key pad relocks everytime you go in and out, so do not forget the door code or your phone inside or you could have a real problem. We enjoyed our stay and felt it was peaceful and quiet.

This was our second stay here and we all enjoyed it very much. It is clean, comfortable and has everything you could need for a short or long stay. We hope to visit again in the future! Thank you!

Perfect if you don’t want the hotel or resort vibe nor the price. Was just off the main drag so was easy getting to and from before hitting the traffic closer to the towns. Farthest part of Gatlinburg was only 25 minutes away maybe. Quiet minus the helicopter rides but those stopped at 8 PM and then it was peace and quiet. But really they hardly made a difference inside the home. Really you’ll forget they exist. Others complained of no salt, pepper, or even toilet paper. All that was there as well as coffee. Minus the creamer but there are plenty of grocery stores around to get that and food. Great having a washer and dryer right there to minimize packing. Was a little bummed the hot tub wasn’t available but it wasn’t anything worth giving this a horrible review in any way. Honestly it was like house sitting for your grandparents but there’s no food cause they eat out all the time and collect antiques! Would definitely stay again!!

Great location! Loved that there was a keurig with a variety of k cup flavor offerings :) clean space. Had shampoo, conditioner, & body wash in the shower which was a pleasant surprise. Would stay here again for sure!

This is the second time I rented this amazing home. It is a wonderful place to rent. The location is great, the neighborhood is lovely and the amenities of the home are fantastic. We LOVED the theater room, cooking on the grill and having a meal outside and the hot tub! The communication with the host is top tier and everything went very smooth checking in and out. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The condo was very clean and neat and what really made our stay wonderful was the bedding OMG 1st time we ever slept on a mattress that soft and puffy as well as the pillows. The hostess was very responsive to our needs. Oh and the walk to downtown Gatlinburg was just minutes away. Will I recommend their condo yes will I be returning yes if they allow us🥰

We enjoyed our stay at Fern’s place. Very clean & suitable for 2 people. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. We would stay there again.

Grant was very quick to respond to messages before and during our stay. Any and every question we had was answered within the hour it was sent. We also had a guest with an allergy to certain laundry detergents. Grant was honest and helpful when it came to identifying the detergent used and how we could navigate our stay when it came to coming into contact with things washed in the detergent. We felt right at home from the time we showed up to the time we left. It felt as if we were being treated as close family. We will most definitely be coming back for future stays here. The place and the views were stunning, especially for the price we paid. An overall perfect experience in every way possible.

PERFECT LOCATION! The condo is right near the beginning of the strip, but is on a side road right behind it so best of both worlds. There is a nice creek to walk by on the way to the main strip. There is restaurants, shopping, etc in walking distance. You can tell the condo building itself is a little older, but inside the condo has been maintained and updated very nicely. Has everything you need and the price was great compared to similar in the area! We will be returning in the future.

stunning little condo nestled high in the Smoky mountains. my daughter and I stayed here for our spring break vacation and we both loved it. it was exactly what I was looking for, for our trip away. the condo is on the small side but it was the perfect amount of space for us. make note that this is way up on the mountain. I was a little nervous about the drive but it's what I wanted for our stay. after the first initial drive up and down, I was good with the steep and curvy roads. make sure your ok with that too!! trust me- the view is WORTH every penny!!! a cup of coffee and a smoky mountain sunrise goes a long way for the soul. condo was relatively clean. many towels for use and small packages of essentials if needed (shampoo, body wash, lotion, etc) pillows were a little hard and I wished for a few more blankets but honestly those are all personal preferences which should be accomadated by the renter if they need something specific. location was wonderful. views....chefs kiss.
