Super netjes en snelle en vlotte communicatie. Zeer tevreden over de accommodatie.

O apartamento está muito bem decorado e bem situado. Tem uma vista maravilhosa. Passámos 4 dias muito agradáveis com o nosso pet. Os anfitriões responderam sempre as nossas mensagens. Ficámos com vontade de regressar!

O lugar é ainda mais bonito do que nas fotos: limpo, confortável e com uma localização perfeita para quem busca local de fácil acesso e próximo de tudo na região central de Setúbal. A estrutura foi pensada com muito cuidado, e tudo estava impecável e muito bem organizado. O que realmente fez a diferença foi a hospitalidade do anfitrião. Fui recebido com atenção e gentileza que me senti em casa, Tiago deu ótimas dicas da região e fui bem acolhido. Recomendo de olhos fechados para quem busca uma experiência especial e autêntica em Setúbal. Espero voltar em breve!

as fotos não fazem jus ao lugar, muito mais bonito e aconchegante do que as fotos mostram, esta perto de tudo. a vista é os arredores são muito bonitos, a Marcela foi muito paciente e atenciosa.

Tiago war ein super freundlicher Gastgeber. Sehr sauberes Apartment. Alles hat funktioniert und ist durchdacht. Kommunikation mit Tiago hat immer super funktioniert. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Der einzige Kritikpunkt: Die Wohnung ist nicht so gut Schallisoliert. Die Geräusche von Draussen sind zu allen Tageszeiten sehr gut hörbar… hat man einen leichten Schlaf, so wird man davon wach. Es ist jedoch aushaltbar, da die Nachbarschaft an sich nicht zu laut ist.

Isa’s place was great! We had a nice visit in Setubal for New Year’s Eve and several car trips to the surrounding area. We highly recommend Isa’s place and she was a great host.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub, mit einem unglaublich schönen Strand. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es war sehr sauber und die Betten waren bequem. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Esperança hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns gleich alles gezeigt. Sie war immer sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Vielen Dank für alles. 🫶

Apartamento confortável , ótima localização, passei ótimos dias por lá.

ci siamo fermati solo due notti per spezzare il viaggio dall'algarve a Lisbona. Ottima base per visistare i dintorni e andare a vedere i delfini del Sado. Ottima la presenza della piscina anche se non è attrezzata con lettini e ombrelloni. Non abbiamo vissuto molto il "villaggio" ma mi è sembrato ci fosse tutto il necessario per un soggiorno: ristoranti, minimarket e spiaggia attrezzata.

War alles sehr super schön, genau wie auf den Fotos und der Gastgeber hat immer direkt geantwortet wenn es Fragen gab. Würde diese Unterkunft zu jederzeit wieder anmieten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Stare a casa di Heinz è stato come "essere a casa". In più di due mesi di soggiorno, ho apprezzato la comodità di una casa grande, confortevole e con giardino privato!! Corroios è una cittadina tranquilla ma offre tutti i servizi. Può sembrare lontana dal centro ma, fidatevi, è tra le più collegate del Margem Sul! Avrete l'imbarazzo della scelta per quale mezzo utilizzare! Il Fertagus, a 10 minuti a piedi (2 minuti in tram) vi porta a Lisbona passando per il Ponte 25 de Abril. Il mio modo preferito, è stato il tram (direttamente sotto casa, a tutti gli orari, ogni 7-9 minuti - stazione Casa do Povo). Arrivati a Cacilhas (che ho amato per i suggestivi tramonti a ponto Final) traghetto per Cais do Sodré, e in meno di 10 minuti sarete nel cuore di Lisbona! Scoprire i dintorni di Corroios (Almada, Costa da Caparica, Setubàl) mi ha permesso di vivere anche la parte meno turistica del Portogallo, quella che mi ha fatto innamorare di questo paese! Andate a casa di Heinz, non ve ne pentirete!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alles was man so benötigt war vorhanden. Strand, Geschäfte in der Nähe,…alles TOP 👍

Great place. the location and Seaview is amazing and the place was sparkling clean . very good communication. The apartment feels brand new and is very well equipped.

I was 3 nights in Sesimbra with my mother and we enjoyed this appartment a lot. The view is very magical, and you see almost only ocean from the balcony. The appartment is spacious and everything we needed was there. Sonia welcomed us at the appartment and explained everything very well. Sesimbra is a nice village, in April when we were there is was quite quiet and not many tourists yet. There are enough restaurants and some beach bars to go. Concluding a nice place close to lisbon, to spend a week or so.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Teresa, qui est une hôte très accueillante ! Tout était parfait, le centre-ville de Sesimbra étant accessible à pieds. Nous avons adoré la vue sur la mer depuis le rooftop du bâtiment, sans parler de la piscine et du jacuzzi ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Beijinhos!

This was our second time staying in sesimbra, it's a beautiful town, beautiful. beach and lots of lovely local restaurants. we were delighted with the apartment, spacious bedrooms, and living area. The pool is super and the games room a great asset. Only small criticism is the kitchen would benefit from better/fresh cleaning products, the sponges were old/used sweeping brush wasn't great, and the hoover was low performing. We like to keep the house clean each day. Everything else about the apartment is super, lots of towels, big tv, great wifi. We would recommend!

we loved our stay at Tiago's property overall. there were minor hiccups (checking in was a little difficult, but luckily our Uber driver was able to translate and help, after that smooth sailing). The apartment has the most incredible view, breathtaking, stunning. it is walkable but not as fun with little kiddos, there is over 140 stairs going up and down to the beach. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. There was a concern for dresser that fell over, luckily my child was mildly injured, and I do believe they will take care of it soon. we initially planned to stay for 9 months, but we didn't just love Tiago's property, we fell in love with Sesimbra and decided to stay long term (so we had to find a more permanent living arrangement). I have already recommended his property to family and friends and will stay here in the future. Muito obrigada Tiago

Excellent séjour , très reposant et surtout environnement très calme. Hôte aussi bien accueillant que réactif . Très bien équipé. Je recommande à 100% pour des vacances au calme en front de mer.

Joel's place was an amazing place to stay for a month. The view is phenomenal and Joel himself was a pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommended!
