Excellent location! Condo was about 4 minute walk from Hongik Univ Station, exit 7. A quick 2 minute walk to Hongdae Street. Lots of restaurants, cafes, shopping close by. Also in a quiet street. Condo was on 2nd floor, so had 2 short flight of stairs for the luggage. Simple condo with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Dining table, seats for 4 and a small living room. Condo was comfortable for our family of 4 people.

u can exit at no. 13 or from the front of Seoul station which we normally does. it faster but about 15-18 mins of walk if empty handed or w stuff. maybe longer if u hve elderly. responsive host n clear instructions. I like that the floor is clean. we were bare footed. The temp was still cold even though it was spring, it felt like winter n the floor heating was gd. living rm as a cooler blower which we on as the rm as a bit hot fr the heating for some friends. host provided 1 set each guess of bath & hand towel. shower gel, shampoo & hair conditional r provided. Beds are gd. Only one steps up to the gate so it is easy. the common toilet is small n water will splash to the toilet bowl during bath. so need to wipe off. otherwise all gd with this unit. we'd recommend anyone wishing to stay. it's clean & easy to find.

강화도에서 다인원이 묵을 숙소를 찾는데 딱 나온 숙소가 여기였고, 보자마자 너무 마음에 들어서 예약했는데 방문하니까 더 더 좋았습니다. 주차공간도 넓게 잘 되어있고, 현관문을 열면 넓은 현관이 있고 중문 열고 들어가니까 거실이 진짜 너무 좋았어요. 1층에 큰 방이 있고, 2층에는 조금 더 작은 방들이 3개가 있고 모든 방에 침대 매트리스가 있어서 편하게 잘 수 있었습니다. 층마다 화장실이 있고, 화장실에는 무려 조적욕조가..! 있고, 또 샤워용품들도 깔끔하게 비치되어 있어요. 1층에는 거실과 함께 테이블이 넓게 있어서, 다함께 모여서 놀기 좋았습니다! 부엌도 완전 하이엔드라서 많이 쓰지는 않았어도 엄청 기분 좋게 머물다 왔어요. 밖에서 바베큐도 할 수 있는데, 시간 딱 맞춰서 설치 해주시고, 난로도 있어서 따뜻하고 맛있게 잘 먹었어요~ 진짜 너무 좋았던 날이었습니다!

Wir haben als 3-Generationen-Reisegruppe mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern eine tolle Zeit gehabt. Das Haus war sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und zweckmäßig. Die Lage war ruhig und trotzdem mittendrin, einiges war sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen! Die Vermieter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Vielen Dank!

A great and cozy place for couples or small families when visiting Seoul. The house is very close to Seoul Station, making it convenient for you to travel. There is also a 7-eleven downstairs. The host was very enthusiastic in helping us store our luggage before check-in. However, there are quite a few slopes to get to the accommodation. Thank you for giving us a cozy stay!

따듯하다못해 뜨끈뜨끈 추위하나없는 집이엿고 청결상태며 모두다 너무좋앗습니다 한적하면서 단독으로 우리끼리만 즐길수있어서 더 편리햇고 다음에도 또 이용할게요 잘 쉬다갑니다^^
