Marin è un super host , fin da subito molto disponibile e all’arrivo ci ha anche aiutate a portare le valigie in casa, ci ha consigliato e spiegato il tutto alla perfezione. La casa al suo interno è piccolina ma fornita di ogni cosa ( anche la cucina super attrezzata). Ovviamente ci siamo innamorate del terrazzino della sua casetta ma che dire, tutto perfetto. Ci tornerei , grazie Marin!

L'appartamento aveva una pulizia impeccabile, comprese tutte le stoviglie. È ubicato in una posizione strategica, vicino all'arrivo dei bus e ha supermercati vicino.

Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, sehr ruhig. Der Strand ist über Treppen gut erreichbar (ca. 5 - 10 Minuten). Stadtzentrum gut erreichbar zu Fuß, ca. 10 - 15 Min im Zentrum. Opatija selbst hat alles zu bieten, was man sich wünschen kann. Live Musik Abends, tollen gepflegten Park. Tolle Restaurants (italienisch, Sushi, klassisch kroatisch, deftig mit Burger usw. alles vorhanden). Supermarkt ist vorhanden im Zentrum. SPAR Supermarkt auch vorhanden, allerdings Hinfahrt nur mit Auto zu empfehlen!! Zu Fuss hat man sehr viele Treppen vor sich (ca. 15 - 20 Min Fussmarsch). Tolle und lange Strand-Prommenade für ausgiebige Spaziergänge. Viele tolle Hotels vom Design her. Für eine recht mittelgroße Stadt ist alles vorhanden. Gern wieder.

Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich, sehr entgegenkommend und immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung war einwandfrei und so wie wir es uns durch die Beschreibung vorgestellt haben. Sehr zu empfehlen und für uns ein Appartement das wir gerne wieder buchen würden.

The loft is a beautiful apartment in a great central location. The check in instructions were very clear which made the whole thing easy. The apartment is beautiful and bright and was super clean. The building is very characterful but be prepared to walk lots of steps. We will definitely stay again when next in Rijeka.

Non si può trovare di meglio. L’appartamento è bellissimo …. Come essere a casa propria …. Tutto molto confortevole …. Salotto bellissimo con divano super comodo. Smart TV con Netflix utilizzabile. Cucina con ogni tipo di comfort, stoviglie ed elettrodomestici a disposizione. Bagno pulito, acqua super calda da subito. Riscaldamento perfettamente funzionante. Ero da solo ma è uno spazio adatto a due coppie o una famiglia. Perfetto per brevi e lunghe soste. Posizione strategica a due passi dalla stazione dei bus e dei treni. Al inizio della zona pedonale del centro. Vari supermercati e locali. Spero di tornare molto presto.

Unser Aufenhalt war traumhaft schön. Das Loft war genau wie im Inserat beschrieben, verschiedene Geräte wie ein Gas- oder Kohlegrill wie auch Kühlschränke standen uns ebenfalls problemlos zur Verfügung. Besonders toll war auch der kleine nahegelegene Strand an dem wor auch tolle Fotos geschossen haben. Was unseren Urlaub enorm bereichert hat waren aber vor allem die Empfehlungen von Felix. Er hat uns Tipps gegeben und über verschiedene Restaurants informiert und auch die Nummern für Attraktionen wie ‚Rent a boat‘, Jetskifahren oder für einen Wasserpark, der uns viel Spaß bereitet hat, hat er uns von selbst weitergeleitet. Allgemein haben wir uns unseren Aufenthalt in Felix und Ratkos Loft sehr genossen und können einen Urlaub bei den beiden nur empfehlen <3

We greatly enjoyed staying at Zvonimir place. The surroundings were absolutely gorgeous, it was like a small paradise. The apartment is right by the see, you walk down the stairs and find yourself on a small pebble beach - very quiet and intimate atmosphere. For me it was a perfect place. The town of Senj is very interesting too with rich history. An apartment is quite spacious, decorated with original paintings. And last but certainly not the least Zvonimir and Zrinka are good and generous hosts and absolutely charming people. We enjoyed communicating with them very much and I believe we parted as friends. I am looking forward to staying at this place again!

Ivančica hat uns sehr lieb in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung war modern und sauber, vor allem das Badezimmer war top :) Vorhanden war wie in der Beschreibung eine Grundausstattung in der Küche und ausreichend Handtücher im Badezimmer. Es befindet sich unterhalb der Wohnung eine weitere Wohnung, die möglicherweise genutzt wird. Als wir da waren, war niemand vor Ort. Insofern hatten wir auch den Außenbereich für uns alleine, hier findet man sowohl einen großen Esstisch als auch eine Loungeecke zum Entspannen :) Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich sehr schön, man hat sowohl die Berge als auch das Meer direkt vor Ort. Zudem ist die Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig, außer den Schafen hört man hier selten jemanden :) wir konnten uns gut erholen. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto, um zur Unterkunft zu gelangen. Super schönes, privates Beach-House mit herrlichem Ausblick und beheizten Pool (Chlor).Für 3-4 Personen optimal. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten den stressig Alltag hinter uns lassen. Slaven war sehr freundlich und hat uns persönlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Einzig und allein der stolze Preis (590 € pro Nacht -ohne Reinigung und Airbnb- Gebühren) über die Ostertage hat ein bisschen gestört, zumal die Unterkunft in denen wärmeren Monaten nicht einmal die Hälfte kostet. Ansonsten war alles tipptopp. Danke Slaven.

Cette semaine chez Doris etait très agréable. Le logement est bien situé pour varier entre parcs nationaux en montagne et bord de mer avec voiture obligatoire! Doris est une hôte vraiment gentille et attentionnée. Nous sommes ravis de l'avoir rencontré et nous aurions aimé que ce soit notre tante 😅! Des gateaux delicieux et des petites attentions, presente si besoin et discrète si on ne la solicite pas. Le logement est lumineux avec une belle vue du balcon et en avril cest très calme et reposant !

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer mit einem Steg auf dem man sich super hinlegen und direkt ins Meer springen kann. Es ist ein großes Haus mit allen wichtigen Sachen inklusive. Man kann tagsüber gut im Haus lautstark Spaß haben. Das einzige richtige Manko war, dass weder einen Bäcker noch einen Supermarkt in der Nähe gab. Diese erreicht man nur per Uber/Bolt und muss mit ca 6€ Zusatzkosten pro Fahrt rechnen. Domagoj war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei allen Sachen schnell geholfen (Lampe montieren). Je nachdem wie die Lautstärke ab 23 Uhr ist, erhält man eventuell 1-2 Nachrichten.

We came just for the night as a middle spot to spot on our drive but we wish we had more time to stay! The house was absolutely stunning and so cozy. We didn’t see the view until morning but it was to die to for. It is so beautiful! There seems like a lot of nature stuff to do in the area so it must be great in the summer. Definitely a place worth staying at! We highly recommend! Only wanted to mention- there is no shampoo, just body wash, so don’t count on it.

The house is cosy with a nice garden with a tall hedge , that you can enjoy especially in the evenings. if you have kids like us the garden is super. its safe because the fence is all around. we loved our stay, the apartment is very clean and cosy. the beds and pillows soft. the location is absolutley fantastic, everything is near. esspecialy the beach, is about one mi ute walk. we are deffenetly coming again.

Die Lage dieses Hauses ist einfach wunderbar! Direkt am türkisfarbenen Meer, ruhig gelegen auf einem sehr großen eingezäunten Landstück. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, hat aber alles was man braucht für einen gemütlichen Urlaub, um zusammen zu kochen, grillen und essen! Man kann direkt vom Haus aus schwimmen, schnorcheln oder auch mit einem Kanu/SUP raus gehen. Wer Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit und die Natur liebt wird sich hier wohl fühlen. Trotzdem ist man ganz schnell in den umliegenden Orten mit Restaurants, Markt, Supermärkten und Stränden.

Schöne, helle Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen in Rijeka mit allem was man braucht für einen Städtetrip.

this place was wonderful. Just 50m from the beach, a grocery store right next door, lovely terrace, and walking distance to the old town of Rav. Katrine was a gracious host who gave us local tips and was very friendly. I definitely recommend this place and would come back in a heartbeat :)

Alles war super! Als wir da waren hat es sehr stark geregnet, aber dafür war die Wohnung perfekt. Wir sind sogar noch eine Nacht länger geblieben. Die Bushaltestelle war in der Nähe und das Meer direkt gegenüber. Davorka war sehr freundlich und hat auf unsere Nachrichten schnell geantwortet.

Die Unterkunft war der Hammer. Toller Ausblick wie auf den Fotos 🤩die Kommunikation mit Irena hat super funktioniert. Sie konnte uns auch gute Tipps für Restaurants in der Nähe geben. Die Unterkunft war top ausgestattet 👍🏻🎉 Wir kommen gerne wieder 🥳

We had a wonderful stay at Patricija's place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all essentials, making it easy to prepare meals, and the dining area was perfect for family meals together. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and a peaceful environment that allowed us to relax after exploring. Patricija was a fantastic host, very responsive and attentive to our needs, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Wir waren rund um zufrieden. Am besten hat mir die Aussicht gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Promenade, von wo man schön lange an der Küste spazieren kann und Restaurants sind auch direkt erreichbar.

Appartement très bien situé et proche du centre de Rijeka ! La vue sur la mer adriatique est splendide ! Super séjour !

My family and I enjoyed a very nice easter holiday weekend at Brankica's place. She is very friendly, helpful and just a great host. The apartment itself provided way more then usually and way more we needed. It is located right beside the sea, just the road in between, as seen on the pictures. The cozy balcony offers a great view directly to the sea and we enjoyed it as well. 100% recommendation from our side - we are looking forward to come again!
