John’s place was perfect for our getaway. It was extra special that we got to bring our fur-baby. The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable. My family really enjoyed the bikes and beach chairs. Will definitely recommend staying here!

The perfect getaway vacation place for you and your fur babies. The house was perfect for our needs. The only thing that was lacking was kitchen amenities. Then again, she didn’t list that it was a fully stocked kitchen either. You will have the dishes and cookware but amenities such as cooking oil and spices aren’t available. Looks like what other guests had purchased and left. Not a deal breaker for me because she had coffee filters!!! There’s also a Keurig there that isn’t listed in the post so if you like to use pods you’re in luck. All in all a great place in an ideal location!! We would definitely stay there again!!!! This place was a DREAM! You know when you're at the beach and you see some condos and you think, "I wish I was staying there..." THIS IS THAT PLACE! My kids AND my husband were pumped that it had a Monopoly theme so of course, we played. :) This place is super charming...also, everything you need is there...we didn't buy charcoal or even a lighter. Kitchen stocked great, excellent spot for the kids to hang out...and this condo is right in the middle of everything...walk everywhere! Yay! My boy played basketball every day (30 steps from the condo) grocery 3-4 minute walk, the lighthouse, the shopping, the food, I parked when we got there and never got in my car again! Note, if you have an electric car there is a spot to charge less than1/4 mile walk at the buccaneer inn. My husband drove separate, EV no problem! We had a great time! It was clean and perfect and right on the beach, the BEST!

Amazing place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation!!! The cottage is adorable with a gorgeous view and you can’t beat walking right out the back door to the beach! We love staying here!

Great house and location and terrific communciation from the get go. Everything as expected and Cheyenne was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Will stay here again!

Fantastic place! Our family of 12 for perfectly. The beach and water are amazing. Super location on the cape. Close to stores, yet far enough away to be peaceful and private. We were a bit surprised to find that the third floor balconies were locked and were told that they were private to the owners. Loved the house and had a fabulous stay. Thanks!!

This was a perfect setting for a small gathering for my family. The home was nicely appointed and very clean. The fire pit was so fun to cook hotdogs and the beach was divine!! We are looking forward to a return next year, thank you Matt and Jenna!

i use airbnb quite a bit... had an issue with kuerig not turning on after i had my kcups delivered from Amazon. Thomas response was within like 15 minutes after i notified him after 9 pm and had a new kuerig at our front door by 6 am ..no interruption. Condo is beautiful and comfortable with heated pool, hot tub just a few steps from front door..Loved our stay..thank you!!

Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

Our stay at the Purple Sunset house was exactly what we expected from the photos and descriptions. It was walkable to the gulf beaches and conveniently had a pool just steps out the back door. Our family of four enjoyed the quiet, friendly neighborhood which was perfect for walking the dog. (as was the fenced in backyard) We made the most of our trip with several beach days, fishing pier walks, seafood meals, sunrises and sunsets. We even caught the blue angels practicing at Fort Pickens. Ric was awesome about offering us restaurant recommendations and checking in. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

We had a great time staying in Port St Joe. Great local restaurants and lovely local people and tourists alike. The beach was not crowded and a short walk away though off of a fairly busy road. A golf cart rental would make that journey a lot easier if traveling with young kids. We would definitely come back.

Jeff’ beach house is perfect for a long weekend getaway. We enjoyed its convenience and had fun at the beach with our family and friends. We recommend it 100% plus he is super friendly and responsive. Thank you Jeff!

This property and location were exactly what I was looking for to celebrate a 40th birthday with friends. The house was exactly as described as was the property. The 28th Street beach access was back open so getting to the beach was a quick 5 minute walk. The beach chairs, wagon and assorted toys were a nice bonus since we were all travelling from out of town. Our propane tanks were nearly empty and so that hindered our ability to cook out and enjoy the firepit on the last night as we hoped. I would recommend checking those as soon as you arrive. Also, bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap as that was not provided. Those two things aside (and only including as a head's up for future renters), this was exactly what we were looking for in terms of space and location. I would consider renting this property again if I'm in the area with a large group. Jimmy was responsive to all my questions leading up to the trip.

This place was absolutely incredible. Open any of the patio doors and see the beautiful green ocean white sand and palm trees. Pool was amazing for the family. Private beach access was perfect for elderly and kids with us. House came with all beach gear, and private set up daily for chairs and umbrellas. Outdoor shower to rinse off. The pictures do not do this home justice. Our entire family had the best week we could possibly imagine and the layout of the home was perfect no one was on top of each other. The hosts were amazing and responded so fast. Safe area. Cooked out with the grill. Got to see sun rises and sun sets daily. Central location to everything. This is literally a gem. We searched hundreds of airbnbs and landed on this one and we are so glad we did. I can’t imagine coming back to destin and staying anywhere else. This house and the hosts set the bar for future stays 11/10 would recommend. We stayed for 5 nights. Only regret is not staying longer

This house was perfect for our spring break mother daughter trip. The morning sunrise over the bay with a Nespresso coffee on the deck couldn’t be beat! The walk to the beach is so quick and easy and it was nice to be able to use the lounge chairs and bar/food service at Caddy’s. The sunsets from the beach are amazing. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. It was nice having three bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. There is a bedroom on the main floor for guests who may have issues going up the spiral staircase with luggage. Priscilla was so friendly, accommodating and very quick to respond.

It's easy to feel right at home here! We were a group of 6 and the house was perfect for all of us to sleep comfortably but still have our space. We were staying in Pensacola to visit my niece and this location was perfect so she can come back and forth from base to spend time with us. We loved how relaxing the space was, we really didn't have to leave. We mostly stayed in and enjoyed the MANY! amenities provided. The kitchen was well stocked too so cooking was easy. And nearby is a great Thai food restaurant (Thai Curry House) if you don't feel like cooking. We spent a lot of time out on the water in the kayaks, enjoyed the amazing massage chairs, and spent the evenings watching the gorgeous sunsets in the hot tub or on the pier. Being here makes you truly appreciate nature. The neighborhood is so quiet and safe. Dennis was such a gracious host and even let us extend our stay. He was also an excellent communicator, we felt very taken care of.

Gina was a great host and didn’t require a ton of mandatory cleaning by guests like many other hosts have. With that, we actually felt compelled to do more in an effort to treat the place like our own. The location is literally beach side and right next to an entry. The hammocks were great to have at the bottom level and we the beach items were a great addition. The place was cozy and had everything we needed.

Fantastic location. Fabulous amenities. Coffee station, live cable TV, washer/dryer, clean/functioning beach equipment and very comfortable king size bed! Can't wait to stay again.

The house was right on the beach. Really enjoyed the access. Beds were very comfy. Plenty of spaces for us to spread out. Plenty to do in the area.

Great house for our family of 12! Lots of space to spread out and relax. Just a quick walk to a clean beach. It was never crowded and felt very much like our own beach. The only drawback would be the busy road that separates the house from the beach but we were always able to cross safely, even with young children and pulling a wagon! The house is stocked with beachy items for guest usage! It was a great vacation!

I had to alter my reservation several weeks after booking, and I had no issues. Darin contacted me during the stay checking to see how my stay was going. I had no issues from check in until departure.

We had an incredible experience! Just 20 minutes from downtown Ocean Springs, it felt like our own private escape on the water.
