It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

A comfortable and spacious family house suitable for all ages. The house is very child friendly with plenty of toys and games, and a ground floor bedroom for less mobile guests. The large garden is a real feature and just at the end of the drive is the lovely East Beach. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings from ANY adult only groups such as Stag, Hen, party / celebrations due to recent complaints. Enjoy some time away in this recently refurbished Annexe on the grounds of our home, close to town centre and only a short walk to the beach. Heated indoor pool can be hired at extra cost and subject to availability. Pool hire costs Miimum charge is £20 for upto two swimmers Extra swimmers are £5 each. This is for 1 hour 20 minutes private hire.
