The middle floor has a large double aspect lounge (sofa bed located here) with two balconies, facing east and west. Lovely sunny position with parking. A comfortable and spacious family house suitable for all ages. The house is very child friendly with plenty of toys and games, and a ground floor bedroom for less mobile guests. The large garden is a real feature and just at the end of the drive is the lovely East Beach. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings from ANY adult only groups such as Stag, Hen, party / celebrations due to recent complaints. Selsey has a great Lifeboat Station and buses every 15 minutes to Chichester. Close to Goodwood Racecourse & Wittering Beaches with the beautiful sandy West Witting Beach.

Seaview is a lovely contemporary four bedroom home set close to the seafront at the west beach side of Selsey. The home has recently been refurbished to a high standard featuring modern bathrooms and a lovely back garden with large terrace and BBQ area. The front decking allows for sea views and is furnished with picnic table and seating. The beach promenade is a two minute walk from the house and there are plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants within a twenty minute walk.
