We had a great stay here. George was very responsive and helped with local recommendations. He was there to meet us when we arrive and give us a quick overview of the property and hot tub instructions. The property is clean and has all you would need. The hot tub is great and the beach is only 5 mins away. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Andy and Rosie's. The house is in a great location and we really enjoyed having the large field out front to play games in. Andy was very responsive to any questions and gave se great eating out recommendations. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Kate’s place was a lovely holiday space for a multi-generational group such as ours. The open plan living space upstairs was wonderful for relaxing, cooking and eating all together whilst our 2 year old granddaughter had plenty of space to play safely around us. Everything was spotless and clean and the towels for the hot tub were a great addition. Kate was super helpful and allowed us to check in early which was very kind and a bonus, we were also very grateful for the groceries and treats that she left for us. The beds were very comfy too. We had to clean down the bbq and outdoor furniture before we could use them and the decor generally, particularly all the soft wood frames and bits in the bathroom need care. The games room whilst being a fun addition was very shabby and felt unloved. The curtain pole in the main room looked so precarious that we did not dare shut the curtains. Some hooks on the doors of the en-suites would have been helpful along with toiletry racks in the shower

Had an amazing little break with my dog. Exactly what i needed, so beautiful and peaceful. We went on a lot of country walks and enjoyed the sunset in the evenings. My only suggestion would be to block the decking off with a gate on every access/stairway so the dogs can have roaming of decking freely. I did not realise until i arrived that they expected the dogs to be on a lead at all times and not allowed on furniture etc. It is only a small place and I do not own a long lead for my dog or expect my dog to be tied up for long periods at a time when we are away to enjoy ourselves. To avoid them running off into the field these gates in place would be ideal so you can turn your back for more than 2 mins instead of worrying. Besides from this and a brief power cut, everything was amazing and i would certainly return! Thanks so much for having us. The pictures speak for themselves!

So nice to unwind, listen to the birds and decompress. Exactly what was needed with our hectic lives and schedules. Loved the quiet location and that our dogs could walk around the golf course and woods. Only recommendation we would make is a little freshen up and updating in some areas, like sealant around the bath (which was great by the way after a long day!) Having milk when we arrived was well appreciated, if there was a complimentary starter pack of some small jams/butter and scones - I'd give you 5* here! But a great stay nonetheless. Really comfortable.

Great location and Lulu and Russell were extremely helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the hot up was a great touch aswell.

We loved our stay in the Annex. It was very cozy and the grounds were beautiful with lots to do. We brought our dog with us and he loved the fenced paddock and field across the road. Our daughter loved the kids play area and we also had great fun on the massive trampoline! Runner ducks and peacocks in the garden! Winchester was a 20 min drive. All-in-all a brilliant few days!

This is a lovely little house, well looked after and in a great location. Well worth visiting.

Nicky’s cottage was lovely, clean and welcoming and is in the perfect location to explore all that the New Forest has to offer. We have stayed in the area several times and this was definitely our favourite accommodation. We’d love to stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Comfortable cottage, well appointed in a peaceful village close to some lovely walks.

We had such a wonderful stay, so much so we didn’t want to leave. Hilary was such a welcoming host and the cottage was so beautiful. Our whole family loved the cottage and we definitely want to come back. There’s so much to do in the area too. There’s lots of toys at the cottage for kids, including bath toys and a really cute outdoor kids dining table. Once the kids were in bed it was also so lovely and cosy for the adults. The pianos were also a great touch, we loved playing them and teaching the kids how to play. We would recommend the stay to everyone.

Everything was as described, Caroline was a great host even supplying fresh eggs. We’ve had some amazing walks with the dogs and found some great pubs along the way. We highly recommend Bepton Lodge for a quiet getaway.

We had a lovely one night stay here - we only wish it could have been longer! The kids had a great time with the animals and the grounds were beautiful. Everything was as described and couldn’t have been more perfect for what we needed. Thank you!

We had a very lovely stay over bank holiday weekend. The studio was very comfortable, especially the bed. Great big window letting in the views. We loved the walk to the beach via Medmerry RSPB reserve, as did our dogs, even on a drizzly and blustery day. Very warm and friendly welcome by the hosts, and gorgeous resident dog

We had a great family break at Lance's. So convenient to get to the beaches in the area and having a pool on site made the lazy days fun. Lance was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. We had everything we needed for our stay. A great staycation!

Great location for a family break. Entertainment passes included. Kids will love the robots delivering food in the restaurant. Didnt try out the pool this time but looked great. Loved how close we were to the beach beautiful day and night, with stunning sunsets. Also enjoyed a walk around the nature reserve. Great base for getting out on our bikes. We absolutely love the new forest and this was a great base for a short stay. We'd happily stay for longer.

The caravan had everything we needed and was really well stocked. Perfect play to stay with our dog and very reasonable priced. It was sited in a lovely peaceful part of the park with bridle paths accessed easily nearby. Excellent communication with Emily, and we were even able to check in early which was fab. Thank you so much Emily!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Old Stables. The cottage was immaculately clean and well presented with a welcoming vase of fresh flowers on the kitchen table and some milk and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The pool was amazing, so relaxing, our daughter loved it. Lots of local walks from our doorstep that our dog loved with a very friendly cafe/ shop in the next village. The online guide with a map and list of different places to eat and visit was very useful and having it on my phone meant it was easy to refer to.

Fantastic place - beautifully appointed and thoughtful hospitality from Martin and Ana. Full kitchen, options for indoor or outdoor dining including outdoor heating which was lovely for leisurely evening meals. The bathroom is downstairs, which might not work for everyone but wasn’t a concern for us, and actually works really well when you’re in and out of the pool all afternoon! We will be recommending to others :)

Really convenient location, we walked to the beach and swam in the sea several times and ate out locally. Lidl and a little Tesco very nearby for buying groceries. If you want seaside 2p machines, avoid the amusements next to the Beachlands car park and go to the ones inside Funland. The pools at the park were great; indoor heated was a little deep for smaller kids to stand in, but they particularly enjoyed the heated outdoor one and there was also an unheated paddling pool and lots of seating. Caravan was great although the door was a little sticky and the oven dial indicators required a bit of guesswork - kitchen much better equipped than many we have stayed in. It is in a great location on the park as it’s right near the entrance and main hub. The kids appreciated the PlayStation after time outside and Jonathan was really quick to respond to all queries. We’d happily stay again if returning to the area.

Fantastic location for walking & exploring. The barn is beautifully presented and stylishly furnished. Very spacious. Loved seeing the Llamas on our morning walk with our dog - on our doorstep. The New Inn pub down the road - Victoria’s tip - awesome, friendly, great food at a sensible price - try the venison or brill filets! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay for longer.
