Shopping and restaurants are 20 minutes away in Pahoa, and Hilo is a 45 minute drive. Hilo beaches also have snorkeling. Volcano National Park is a 1 hour drive.

This newer two story home boosts beautiful ocean views from the Lanai, living room, and master bedroom. It has a master bedroom, bathroom and Kitchen upstairs and a studio with bathroom and laundry privately located downs stairs. It has under roof parking. The home is located in the eclectic community of Kalapana Seaview Estates. Only 3/4 of a mile walk to Kehena black sands beach. Pohoiki beach is about a 10 min drive which is the newly created black sands beach from recent lava flow.
