Patio fire pit for guests. Convenient parking outside room. Apartment is separated from the main house by a courtyard. * No pets/animals. Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

Nestled right into the crevice of the mountain, this cozy canvas tent for two is perfect for that little getaway. Situated on a Trex deck, you’ll enjoy your cozy slumber on two cots, with memory foam mattresses and space under the cot for personal belongings. Deck chairs too! Lanterns & power bank inside. 1 Bedroom Riverfront Guest House with Dock.

Enjoy fantastic views and comfortable surroundings. This is the lower level guest house of our riverfront vacation home. It has a private entrance with access to the boat dock. Enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, full kitchen and patio. Bring your jet skis and fishing poles we are on the deep part of the river. The dock and patio are shared with the main house. Main house is not a rental. The space is not kid friendly.
