Me and my wife loved the place. it felt very cozy and comfortable. The location is so nice as the beach and local restaurants are a walking distance by. parking is not too far from the location. we really enjoyed the Hottub, arcade games and the board games provided. The home had everything we needed and Samantha would respond asap to our messages. the recommended places Samantha gave us were really good place and all in all the home really added to our experience in Cobourg

The place was beautiful and the pool was perfect for a winter get-away. They were super responsive the entire time and check-in/out was super easy.

Cozy, clean and private - a great weekend getaway! Rebekah was very communicative leading up to the stay and even throughout it with activity suggestions. The kitchen is well stocked, the hot tub was a great perk, and the trail leads to a beautiful pond!

Nick was an awesome host; responsive, helpful, and very committed to making the stay great for the guests. Also the unit is beautiful and located in a great neighbourhood.

I enjoyed my stay and looking forwarding to staying here in the future . The home is fully equipped with everything you need . Felt like I was at home ☺️☺️

Had an amazing stay, felt like a 5 star hotel with all the amenities. Very comfy beds and pillows. Hot tub was great. Bathrooms are quite nice. Having Netflix in every bedroom and living room was also great to wind down at the end of the day. Really enjoyed our stay

We had a fantastic time during our stay. We stayed during the Easter weekend to see a concert at Casino Rama. I asked if a crock pot was available at the home. The host told me it was not, however approximately 20 mins after arriving they delivered a crock pot to us. Rooms were bright and spacious and bathrooms were extremely clean!!! The adult kids loved the PS5 and everyone loved the hot tub. Love that pets are allowed. The welcome items were extremely thoughtful and our personalized welcome note was inviting. Great location to walk to shopping or just a short ride to the casino. Will definately be staying again!!!!

Kevin is a fantastic host. He was responsive, helpful and friendly. This place is fantastic for a family. Plenty of sleeping options for us. Whether it was one of the many bed or some of the foldout/cot options. My 3 year old was certain he was going to want his own bedroom but when we got there he decided that he wanted to sleep in mom and dad’s room. Luckily there was another mattress available to pull into our bedroom. We had 8 people there and there was ample room for all of us to eat. In the dining room and the kitchen. Almost all of the light switches in the common area have dimmer switches, I thought this was a nice touch for evening time. We spent lots of time playing in the park with our son and even made it over to the tennis court (which are a 3 minute walk around the corner). Lots of great walking areas in the neighborhood. And our travels into Toronto took no time at all. I’ll certainly be booking again if I find myself in those parts. Thanks for having us Kevin.

Leijun is a very friendly sir with interesting life experience. We had a very impressive and happy chat. The room is very clean and comfortable. He has a lovely and big yard. We enjoyed our stay! The rustic cabin feel was just what we were looking for. Would definitely recommend and we hope to be back. The host was very helpful and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Cabin! Liz and Craig were wonderful and accommodating hosts and always quick to respond. My 5 year old loved the trampoline, was obsessed with the Hot Tub, and we all loved visits from Honey. It was the perfect family getaway. The cottage is clean and the beds are comfy! We look forward to coming back!

That was the perfect easter weekend, the place exceeded my expectations. You get what u see in the pics if not even more (extra access to shower, kitchen etc... if needed but not a must just to be clear) The hosts were super friendly, made us feel just home with their hospitality. definitely coming back again!

We had a great time at Kate’s place. The cabin is thoughtfully decorated and had everything we needed. The hot tub and sauna were a perfect way to relax and unwind, especially in the snow. Kate was super responsive, helpful, and friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

We chose to cancel our trip to South Carolina due to the current USA administration's policies. We opted instead for an Ontario staycation and Highpoint Hideaway checked all of our boxes. It is so cozy and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed the wood stove, the hot tub, the ambience and the natural setting. We went for some lovely walks and made all of our meals in the well stocked kitchen. It was important to us to have our dog, and the cottage was a perfect spot for him. I highly recommend Highpoint Hideaway!

We had the most wonderful 2-night stay at The Nook, a beautifully converted barn that truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the peaceful setting and the charming character of the property. The barn has been thoughtfully renovated—retaining its rustic charm while offering all the modern comforts you could want. The interior was cozy, stylish, and spotless, with a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and lovely touches throughout that made it feel special. One of our favorite features was the dedicated meditation area, complete with yoga mats and calming décor—it was the perfect space to unwind and reconnect.

We stayed at Norman & Ruth’s place Friday - Sunday. We were welcomed by Norman upon arrival, he gave us a tour and showed us all the in and outs of the cottage. Norman and Ruth were kind enough before arrival to provide us with local events happening the weekend we were staying. The cottage was COZY!!! No wifi- the perfect place to disconnect. Which we did lots as it rained through out our stay, we had plenty to do to keep us busy. (Many board games, lots of movies, fully functional kitchen). On dry time- We took the kayaks out to the mini private beach is perfect for some romance. Yard games, and hot tub to enjoy while the weather was great. Beautiful fire pit to get cozy at. Overall we felt comfortable here, it was clean, (not buggy!!), and we even tried the locals pizza - bedrock cafe, would recommend! Thank you Norman & Ruth for an amazing stay. We will be back!!
