We live down the street from Lake Mills Park which is a beautiful park with a great lake you are welcome to use our water crafts too! *Please note that the ladder to access the loft above the restroom is not secured to the wall and is moveable. We enjoy meeting new people and would love the opportunity to make your stay here on the Space Coast a memorable one!

Cozy Coastal Cottage

Our 2 bedroom 1 bath home is a cute little beachy home by the sea . Our home is in a little inter-coastal community on the Indian River. There are many parks just up the road. We are 5 miles from historic New Smyrna Beach (Canal District) and less than 7 miles from the beach entrance. To make beach going easier, umbrella, chairs, cooler and sand-toys are here for your enjoyment.

Our Studio is nestled in Chuluota near Oviedo, UCF, Geneva on historically beautiful Lake Catherine. Our lake is land locked and feels very private where you can relax and enjoy the view. Coffee on the lake in the mornings or a glass of wine at sunset is what we live for and you can enjoy that same view from our paradise that we call our Key West Studio.
