Kenzo’s place and Kenzo (and Aaron) are terrific! The studio is conveniently located on a pretty and quiet block, near stores and public transportation. Kenzo responded quickly whenever we had a question or concern. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming place to stay while exploring Edinburgh!

House was as described and seen in photos! Really kind gestures of fresh fruit, milk and beer that was much appreciated! Completely walkable location!! Would 100% stay again and recommend! Thanks again!!

This was our first stay with this property and was quite surprised at the location being so close to the castle and the royal mile which was perfect for our needs on this trip and the property was amazing with the pool table kept us big kids happy along with the arcade machine which brought back some pleasant memories for the slightly older generation all in all we are well happy with the property and how painless and easily checked in we was will definitely rebook a stay again in the near future.

Thanks for a great stay. This AirBNB is managed by Destination Edinburgh and it was very professionally maintained. We even had a clean mid way through our week long stay which was unexpected and nice. The flat is very bright for a basement flat and well located for the fringe. The Newington area is great with lots of bars and restaurants and supermarkets.

From the start to finish of our excellent time in Edinburgh, Andrew's clean, spacious and well-appointed apartment was always wonderful to come 'home' to. After travelling the world with Airbnb, I have never experienced such a well appointed kitchen, such excellent bed linens (it makes a huge difference!!), such squeaky cleanliness and such great value for the price. The host even laughed at my jokes! The location is highly walkable, a beautiful blend of green space and stunning architecture; Andrew's awesome guidebook was really helpful; I can't really say enough about the linens; I suspect I am blathering, but I mean every word. Thank you Andrew for your humour and kindness.

We had a lovely weekend at Barry’s place. The flat was really nice, perfect for a couple! It is not located in the city center but it is near a bus stop and it takes only 15 min to go to the center. I will recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this property. We had lots of privacy, it was very quiet and safe in the area, and spacious inside. We enjoyed our trip in Edinburgh and it was very easy to get into the city centre with a bus stop just down the road, busses coming so frequently we never had to plan our travel - we just turned up and one was always just around the corner! Lovely studio flat, really clean and comfortable!

This apartment was incredibly stylish, light & spacious and had stunning green views from every window. We loved walking along the canal into the city centre and having a quiet beautiful oasis to retreat to away from the crowds at the fringe festival. Francesca was extremely helpful when my jacket was stolen with the keys in the pocket - meeting us promptly with a spare set. Overall delighted with everything about this apartment & the host couldn’t have been more helpful. We will treasure the memories of our days inn Francesca’s home for a long time.

Norbert’s place was perfect. It was walkable to everywhere we had to go in Edinburgh. It was beautiful and the touches of art are stunning. The place is very clean and really feels like a hotel rather than someone’s living space, while still being inviting and giving a sense of home. We were very glad to have booked and stayed here.

Liliana's place was comfortable and had everything we needed, and in a great location. She was very helpful and immediately available for any questions.

It was great staying at Annie’s flat. The neighborhood was very safe and easily walkable to old town Edinburgh. Anytime we had a question Annie got back to us quickly.

Another stay, and as perfect as ever. Such a lovely homely place, friendly host and a perfect place for all activities. Can’t wait to be back soon.

The apartment is in a good location with good transport link via bus and train for our stay in Edinburgh. Apartment was clean and well furnished. Sue was really helpful before our visit and responded quickly our questions. Would definitely recommend a stay here

This is a wonderful place to stay for us, convenient for city (walking & bus), great bus service so easy to explore further afield. Loved the flat's eclectic look, very functional kitchen with all you need if you want to cook. Gabriella was a great host, very responsive & welcoming. Left local map, lots of information & books to help get the most out of a visit to the city.

Great location, spacious. Quick and easy trip on the tram from the airport. Clean space, great light. Good for kids. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. A few things worth noting - it’s quite a few flights of stairs up to access the apartment, so can be tricky with kids strollers, etc. And the bathtub is accessible from the short side, which is also a little more challenging with small kids, but workable.

A wonderful few days in Peebles. Pamela’s place is extremely relaxing, and a great location. It’s on a quiet side-street but just a moment from all the amenities. A special mention of the comfy beds, lovely linen and bedding. We felt right at home and will be returning, thank you for a lovely stay!

Le logement était conforme en tous point de vue à la description. Le logement était très propre et surtout tout semblait neuf.Nous avons profité de la piscine ainsi que du sauna.Convenait aux 4 amis que nous étions ou à 3 couples.Proche de toutes les commodités ( transports ,cafés ,bars ,restaurations ). Et de plus permet une arrivée autonome grâce aux indications de Ollie.

I spent nearly four months in Wendy's accommodation. I had a great time there! The apartment itself offers great views, and the room is very comfortable. It is easily accessible by bus and has a good connection to the city centre and main University Campus, as well as being close to a big supermarket and the beach. Being on the outskirts of the city and by the sea, it made it very easy to find peace, walking along the beach or visiting my personal favourite place, Newhailes Estate. For those coming to study here: the bus connection to the University of Edinburgh's King's Buildings is not great, especially on the way back, and if you'll have to be there a lot I'd recommend getting a bicycle, which is about twice as fast. Wendy is a very friendly host, who is usually not home during the day but if you run into her and she has time she will be open for a chat - for example sharing stories or music. She loves baking, and might leave something she made in the fridge for you!

Alan is a friendly host, and was very helpful when we needed anything. The place was super clean, the room was a perfect size for 2 people. The area is good, with groceries stores around and a couple of buses that take you central in 25-30mins. Overall, really enjoyed my stay!
