Place as described. Very convenient as we can walk around Psyri, Plaka, Monastiraki and Metro Syntagma. We even hike up to Lycabettus Hill. The Greek cuisine at Mantra Taverns at Pysri was awesome.

There is a small restaurant called "Black Salami" just around the corner of the place. I had the best meal there while I was in Athens.

We loved our stay! The apartment is beautiful, with sea views on both balconies. Everything was perfect. We would love to return one day. Thank you Vassilis for being so kind and helpful! Highly recommended.

Very authentic and nice Greek place! Not in a very touristy neighborhood but very close to the subway station. Even if not mentioned there is AC in the living room which was highly appreciated! Theodoris was a super host, I highly recommend.

Clean, well-maintained housing, convenient location, proximity to tram tracks is a little confusing, but when you close the windows, the noise is not very audible. The host is friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay! Great location. Soooo many great restaurants within a few blocks! Easy to walk to metro and easy walk to Athens main tourist attractions. Comfortably fit our family of 6. Only small issue is the dining table only fits 3 people so you have to sit in shifts. Or just go out to all the yummy restaurants! Plenty of grocery stores as well. Apartment felt like home. Gave us a feel of what it would feel like to live in Athens.

Eva nous a attendus à 23h00 pour nous accueillir de manière chaleureuse. Son appartement est très grand, propre et lumineux. Il faut bien le chauffer quand on est hors saison. Pour la situation, il est proche de la station de métro qui arrive directement de l’aéroport, d’un supermarché et de restaurants ouverts très tard. Nous recommandons. Merci à Eva pour ce séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Salanti ! Tout correspondait à ce à quoi nous nous attendions et même plus encore. Le logement est impeccable et charmant, et l'environnement est merveilleux. Nous avons bien profité des commodités proposées notamment la superbe plage et le kayak, nous permettant de nous baigner quotidiennement dans ce cadre superbe, d'autant plus appréciable en fin octobre quand on vient du nord de la France comme nous :) Petros nous a donné des instructions très claires sur l'arrivée le départ etc, il était aussi très réactif (réponse immédiate) lorsque nous avions des questions. Bref, nous vous recommandons d'y aller les yeux fermés, un vrai havre de paix, idéal si vous cherchez le calme et la beauté.

Wir waren zu zweit zwei Wochen zum Klettern dort. Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral und dennoch hat man einen eigenen PKW-Stellplatz vor der Tür. Sowohl Kletterfelsen als auch Innenstadt sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es extrem ruhig dort. Der Blick von der Terrasse, auf der morgens die Sonne scheint, ist ein Traum (man sieht tatsächlich das Meer und den gesamten Kletterriegel neben Leonidio). Die Vermieter*innen sind sehr freundlich und fürsorglich (es gab frische Orangen, Oliven, Eier, Ostergebäck). Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und alles notwendige ist vorhanden (zu viert kann man sich dort auch sehr gut aufhalten). Zudem hat uns der offene Kamin für etwas frischere Abende im April begeistert (Holz war ausreichend vorhanden). Liebe Gastgeber*innen, vielen Dank für alles! Wir haben uns bei euch sehr wohl gefühlt.

Το σπίτι ήταν εξαιρετικό, αρκετά άνετο, περιποιημένο με ωραία διακόσμηση. Είναι μέσα στη φύση με απόλυτη ησυχία και είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο . Ιδανικό για χαλάρωση και ηρεμία. Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ ευγενικοί και συνεννοήσιμοι. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Amanda’s home is a spectacular place to stay in the most charming part of Poros. We stayed for 10 days here. She met us at the ferry and walked with us the 7 minute walk to the home, pointing out recommended restaurants and shops, best ice cream on the island, etc. Our stay included Easter week, and she helped us navigate the local customs, business closures with grace and expertise. She even supplied the traditional bright red Easter eggs so we could participate in the local traditions! The two harbor-front balconies are lovely for people and boat watching and we felt truly like locals here. The house was immaculately clean, well appointed and so quiet for sleeping and naps , with the bedroom all the way at the back of the house. Apagio was our favorite restaurant —and only a few steps down the street. We will definitely return here next time in Greece. Thank you Amanda!

Εξαιρετική επιλογή για διαμονή στον Πόρο. Το κατάλυμα ήταν σε ιδανική , ήσυχη τοποθεσία ,πεντακάθαρο και ήταν ακριβώς όπως στην περιγραφή της καταχώρησης. Ο Νικόλας και η μητέρα του ήταν απολύτως επικοινωνιακοί και πρόθυμοι να συνδράμουν σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε με συμβουλές και κατατοπιστικές πληροφορίες. Με την άφιξή μας είχαν προνοήσει για κρύα εμφιαλωμένα νερά και παγάκια στο ψυγείο ,καθώς και μια ποιοτική σπιτική λεμονάδα για να φρεσκαριστούμε. Επίσης μας έδωσαν την ευκαιρία της ευέλικτης αναχώρησης και γενικά ήταν από τους οικοδεσπότες που τιμούνε τη φιλοξενία και σε κάνουν να αισθάνεσαι σαν να βρίσκεσαι σε οικείο χώρο. Η οργανωμένη παραλία ήταν στα 50 μέτρα απόσταση και δίπλα υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ και φούρνος για τις αγορές τελευταίας στιγμής. Στα υπέρ του χώρου το ιδιωτικό ασφαλές πάρκινγκ και η απίστευτη θέα από τις δύο βεράντες. Γενικά θα πρότεινα στους δυνητικά υποψήφιους μελλοντικούς ενοικιαστές να μην χάνουν το χρόνο τους αναζητώντας που θα μείνουν στο νησί......

Ομορφο σπιτι οπως στις φωτογραφιες. όμορφη και ησυχη γειτονια. Κοντα σε γηπεδο και ευκοκη προσβαση σε συγκοινωνίες

Just a nice and quiet apartment in Peristeri. Clean and tidy.

We had a fantastic stay at Konstantinos! A beautiful place, near the beach, which was paradise. Close to Athens and the temple of Poseidon. Konstantinos was a great host, quick respons and helped us really well. Hope we will return some time.

Ageliki is an amazing host: very responsive, helpful, and super nice. She even brought me a slouvaki at check-in after my overnight flight, and there was water, juice and other foods available, which made the arrival much easier! I locked myself out and she was available right away! The place is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is truly fully stocked ! Also close to lots of locals cafes and restaurants, and 5 minute walk to Panormou station (direct line to historic town and airport). I would stay again without hesitation!

Perfect base for exploring Athens, close to metro, Acropolis only a few stops, great local restaurants and recommendations. Apartment had a beautiful balcony and overall a nice escape from the busy city. Thank you, would happily stay again!

Logement parfait pour visiter Athenes sans être dans le bruit de la capitale. Tram a 180m direct vers le centre en 30min et pour vraiment pas cher. je commande

Konstantinos is located in a peaceful and safe part of Athens. The apartment is in very nice condition, the pictures are not deceiving. He is a very kind host, always quick to respond and even provided food and toiletries. There is a Lidl about 10 minutes walk away, where you can buy cheap groceries. I highly recommend staying in Athens if you don't mind the city centre being a bit far away. The 40 bus is calculable and the metro is close by too. And Athens and Greece are wonderful, needless to say. And let's not forget the lovely cats :)

beau petit appartement dans un quartier qui n est pas touristique, donc pas trop de monde ce qui est agréable il y a des super marché pour faire les courses .dimitris a était réactif à chaque demande. l appartement était très propre. il ne manquait rien. le.metro est a 10 minutes à pieds à 2 station de l acropole. bref rapport qualité prix parfait.

Unsere Zeit in Athen war hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist in einer coolen Lage, groß genug und hat alles, was man braucht. Leider war es in unserer Zeit bewölkt und daher etwas kalt, wir haben trotzdem den schönen Balkon genutzt. Man ist schnell überall in der Stadt wegen der Nähe zur Metro. Es gibt in der Umgebung einige Supermärkte, nette Cafés und Parks. Doros war sehr hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und hat uns viele tolle Tips gegeben. Danke für die Zeit in Athen, wir würden uns immer wieder für die Wohnung entscheiden!

Το σπίτι είναι σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία , με εύκολη μετακίνηση προς το κέντρο της πόλης με τα πόδια και σχέδια εύκολη εύρεση θέσης πάρκινγκ αλλά με δημοτική χρέωση (€2 / ώρα). Το σπίτι ήταν σχετικά καθαρό και εξυπηρετή με τις ανέσεις του δύο άτομα αυστηρά . Η επικοινωνία με τους ιδιοκτήτες ήταν εύκολη και υπήρχε και η διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης από μέρους τους. Θα το συνιστούσα για διαμονή.
