Great stay at this listing. Good location. Host was really nice. After I inform her that the water heater is out of service, she sent someone to fix it within hours. Her response was quick. My friends and I had a great time.

I love the ambience of the academia lane itself, so peaceful and quite. Yet so classy and modern! The house was clean, it’s just the room is on the third floor so quite tiring to climb the stairs haha. The owner is friendly and perhaps I’ll stay there again someday in the future! Thank you, owner for the service and stay ya. Love it! ❤️

Excellent, friendly staff make guests fell welcome and comfortable. The homestay location allows for a easy accessory attraction. Room are clean and well-maintained .This is my first time to staying here (04/12/24-06/12/24)and will definitely come again.. Btw thanks you very much jeremy....

My stay was fantastic. I booked two different rooms during my stay and both of them are perfectly good. It was a two-storey big house containing dozens of rooms, with washing machine provided. The housekeeper was such a nice lady, who kept lovely cats in a spare room. I did enjoy playing with them. Jeremy the host was very responsive even though he doesn't stay here, and his mother who lives here could speak Mandarin as well. Besides, there were a food court open for 24 hours nearby and it was also not far from tourist attraction. Would definitely recommend this cozy homestay!

Very strategic location in Kuching, welcoming ambiance and excellent hospitality from the owner. Enjoyed my stay and will definitely book here again if I have the chance.

The space of this homestay went beyond my expectation. I chose this place mainly because it has 4 bedrooms and there are extra small mattresses were on stand by as well just in case we need it. Really spacious space, which was perfect for a family stay. The flower garden at the parking porch were a serene view to see every time we reach or leaving the home. Even though the house is old looking compare to the new apartments in the same town, but it was absolutely cosy and clean. Thank you Alice for having us, I highly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Kuching especially if you're traveling with a family.

2回目の滞在です。 今回もお手伝いさんの猫たちに囲まれて楽しく滞在させてもらいました。 驚いたことに、一番人見知りの猫が私の横にいてくれて、おそらく、前回チュールをあげたので覚えていたみたいです。 そうなるとまたショッピングモールでチュールを買わずにいられません！笑　 猫の像から2.3キロジョギングするのもいいかもしれません。私の滞在してる時は沢山のゲストもいて大人気の宿のようです。

入住几次了，还是一如既往的方便和舒服。家庭或是和朋友一起旅游的，非常推荐住这里。

Host was very responsive to my questions and query. They even let us know beforehand on the leaking issue on one of the room. We enjoyed our stay at the house, there’s even a play area for the kids to enjoy. Location is convenient since it’s walking distance from a mall. The house is spacious. Would definitely comeback :)

It was a good stay. The unit is nearby the connecting gate to the pool, and overall comfortable.
