Great little gem in the heart of the newly created Midtown Tampa area. The property is in a small community of townhomes, gated overnight. It is between 2 major roads and walking distance from multiple bars / restaurants. Very close to multiple grocery superstores as well as Whole Foods and Trader Joe's! Very close to International mall, International Airport, South Tampa and Channel side nights out. Large bedrooms, bright living room, equipped kitchen. Host, Luz is very friendly and accommodating. She is very quick to respond to app messages. Our family felt at home as soon as we walked in.

We South Thorley enjoyed our visit to Jennifer’s place. It was everything we could ask for. Brearley have I been to a place where I could never leave and just be as happy as could be. Every possible amenity was provided and it was so nice and serene and even though she’s not responsible for the birds singing, I will give her credit. It was a beautiful place and we can’t wait to come back.

Our family flew in to spend Easter with my UT son. Although we probably could have booked something closer to campus, we don't regret spending our time at Nima's place. It wasn't in the hustle and bustle of Tampa, which is just fine by us. His place was very clean, private and easy to find. The unit contained everything you'd need too- just when I thought, I wish I brought my hair dryer, I would open a cupboard and find one! My husband and daughter enjoyed the Mexican restaurant/ market across the street and brought back some delicious items. We met the managers of the units (I think that is what they called themselves) and they lent us beach towels, a chair and umbrella when we mentioned we were going to the beach. We highly recommend Nima's spot- You won't be disappointed ! great people and a great price! We will be back for sure :)

It was perfect for our family. We loved that sleeping areas were separate from “active” areas. So many options for outdoor seating. Large tables for both indoor and outdoor games and dining.

The place and location was awesome and Janelle was quick to reply and so very accommodating. Thank you so much for making our hospital escape, beach trip, a wonderful getaway!

Incredibly responsive host with clear instructions and recommendations for Sarasota! Definitely recommend if you want to explore around the city and not just the beach. Condo is older but well kept and we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location! Easy to walk to Bayfront Park and Payne Park for the kiddo to play. Also easy walks to Publix and Whole Foods and to Main Street for their restaurants/shops. Depending on traffic, it was quick to get to Lido Key Beach and Siesta Key Beach. The location having beach chairs, beach towels, and some sand toys was great too. We had a lovely trip and would definitely stay here again.

Wow! The condo was so clean and had everything you need for the week. The view is breathtaking and we loved drinking coffee on the balcony every morning. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our group, we all had our own space. Conveniently located to many place and walking distance to restaurants and ice cream at The Candy Kitchen. The communication was excellent before our stay and Kim checked in on us while we were there. This location, view and beach are worth it and such a good value! We would go back in a heartbeat! We had a great Spring Break!

Our group had a wonderful stay at this location. The house provided a perfect space for us all to relax in the evenings after busy days. Everything was clean and well kept. We will certainly look to book again!

We had a great week at Gretchen’s place. The place was stocked with everything we needed and it was very close to the beach and trolley. We had so much fun making memories as a family. Gretchen was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay! This house is wonderful for quality family time! It’s just a short walk from many restaurants and things to do. The beach access was nice and private which we really appreciated! There were many nice beach chairs and beach towels which was really nice. The half bath in the downstairs storage area was really handy, no need to get your feet all cleaned up and go upstairs to the bathroom if you were hanging out on the beach! We really loved the spacious house. The bathrooms were super nice. The beds were really comfy. Would definitely stay here again! One thing to just be aware of and careful for is the sand on the beach near the house still had debris and glass in it from the hurricane. You just need to watch where you walk. The hot tub and back patio were destroyed in the hurricane as well. But we totally understand it takes time to get this stuff up and running again. Glad to see the area thriving again! We love Madeira beach!

Duncans AirBnb was beautiful. Honestly a perfect location. We were concerned before booking about being off the beach, however you're only a short walk across Gulf Drive with several access points. The home was beautifully arranged and comfortable from the moment we entered. The location itself doesnt get much better. Youre across from Holmes Beach, a couple miles from Bean Point and a couple miles from Manatee and Coquina Beach. Wish we couldve stayed even longer! Simply Fantastic.

It is a beautiful home. Everything was just as expected with no issues. My fiancée and I enjoyed our stay very much and we were even allowed to check in earlier than we anticipated.

We rented this and a neighboring unit for my firm's annual retreat. It was the perfect venue. Excellent location, amenities, things to do nearby. The layout was perfect for accommodating the guests upstairs but having retreat events downstairs together. Being next to Publix, First Watch, etc., also made it really easy to cater, have dining events, and allow our party to do things outside of the space without disrupting our focus on the retreat. There were a lot of nice touches like music playing when we arrived, high-end appliances, decor that goes above and beyond the Home Goods junk you see in AirBnBs some time that make it an uncommonly special rental. Loree is truly a superhost, and I would recommend this to anyone visiting Fort Myers. I would not hesitate to rent again. My office is already asking me when our next retreat will be!

Great location to walk to the beach! Appreciated the available beach necessities: umbrella, chairs, toys, towels, etc. Updated & very clean. Inviting and welcoming atmosphere. Generally quiet location. Would stay here again!!

Angeline’s beautiful home gave us a home away from home. She is an amazing host who helped us lots and was flexible with extending our stay. The area is beautiful with lots to do and see. Nalini is a great host—she was very responsive, quick to answer any questions we had. We were a group of four and the accommodations were comfortable and the location was convenient for all that we wanted to do around Tampa. We didn’t have the time to enjoy the outside area but it’s nice to have a covered and shaded area. We would stay again if in the area.

The home was beautiful! We loved the pool and access to fishing! We caught several catfish from the dock. We loved Brian got to interact with him some! We would definitely go back!

This was honestly one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with Airbnb. The host was SO helpful, my sister missed her flight back home and the host allowed us plenty of time to stay until we figured out what we were going to do. She was so so responsive to every little issue we had and got everything corrected right away. The house was BEAUTIFUL, extra linens were provided, BACKUP extra linens... this house really had all we could have possibly needed and it was such a wonderful stay. 10/10 stay !! I would definitely recommend this stay but I really hope it's available when I come back to the Tampa area 😅 !

The views from the duplex were lovely and it's nice to have kayaks available in case you have time to try them. Siesta Key is overall a gorgeous place. Betsy was easy to communicate with.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated duplex home. The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Charging station a plus!!! The pool was a fantastic bonus, perfect for unwinding. Our host was incredibly attentive and made sure we felt right at home. Highly recommend! GOD BLESS YOU!
