We had a wonderful stay at Vera’s guest house. Very charming, clean, and in a beautiful neighborhood. It was only a short walk to the main strip of David Island for dinner and brunch. The best part was her amazing outdoor cat, Gordy. He was truly one of the friendliest and affectionate cat we’ve ever come across, which is saying a lot as cat lovers!

While the location of this home is in the midst of the city and near the airport, the neighborhood was quiet and walkable, stores and restaurants were nearby and there was easy access to highways. It was a comfortable place to return" home: to each day. The beds and couch were comfortable and the air conditioners really helped. James and his family were very friendly and helpful. The size of the unit was fine for two people, but with a small bathroom and kitchen, might be a challenge for 3.

My son and I visited Sarasota for a rowing event at Nathan Benderson Park. Elena's place was just what we needed -- accessible, clean, and quiet.

Peaceful treehouse in the heart of Hyde Park. The location is great, bed very comfortable and we enjoyed the screened porch .

A friend and I unfamiliar with the area spent one night to attend a concert. The place was as described. It had off street parking. Was quiet and comfortable. St. Petersburg was charming. It was in a historic area with some brick streets and alleys. Beautiful homes large and small. A vibrant area with access to so much. Loved it.

Fantastic Stay at Karen’s Place! Our stay at Karen’s Airbnb was exceptional! From her warm welcome to the beautiful, clean, and well-equipped home, every detail was perfect. Our stay at Paulett's guest house was perfect. Her guest house exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable, well stocked with everything we needed. It was also easy to maintain while we were there. She had plenty of cleaning supplies, vacuum and a washer/dryer. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained as well. We enjoyed the private outside space in the back of the house as well. It was a serene place relax after a day at the beach and visiting with family. We would highly recommend Paulett's guest house. We can't wait to return!

Wow! This place was great for my partner and I. The place itself is beautiful and peaceful- a true oasis. Everything you need is there from kitchen items to beach play! It was very clean and has beautiful and trendy decor. It is also in a great location, nothing felt too far! We went to both Anna Maria Island and Siesta Key beach, which are both beautiful. Downtown Sarasota is a quick drive with cute cafes, restaurants, and art displays! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway to relax and unwind for a blissful weekend. I would rebook over and over again!

cute little studio, with a kitchenette and a big shower. Smart TV and they even left some popcorn and waters! The backyard was what really made this place shine. Beautiful jungle vibe, native plants, and a really peaceful set up, lots of birdwatching. A fire pit if it's cold ( did not try this out). The hot tub is incredible, multiple different seats with different jet configurations, super clean, good privacy. Great location near everything in St Pete. I will definitely be back!

We loved staying here for a few days! Gorgeous and peaceful corner of Apollo Beach and the outdoor area was such a great spot to enjoy our morning coffee. We're really grateful we discovered this place and Rose was so welcoming. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an escape in the area.

Ali’s guesthouse was perfect, it was one of the most prettily decorated homes. It was so comfortable and she had every single amenity we would need. My favorite was the shower, absolute beautiful and so spacious. Definitely will be back next time we’re in town!

Wonderful, cozy, and comfortable place. Great place to get off the beaten path and relax after a hot time on the beach. None of the annoying traffic and noice. Easy parking and entry. Everything you need and nothing you don't.

Daimis's place is located in a residential, calm area about 15 minute-drive from the beach. Easy to check-in and check-out, the guest house was super clean and had all the essentials plus a bottle of red wine and purified water in the fridge. We only stayed one night yet we were able to enjoy an evening walk around the block. Look up! You may spot several star constellations in the night sky. The next morning, we discover Cremesh, a tasty Czech bakery only five minutes away. Their sweet kolaches powered our drive home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Satori and her husband were kind and responsive to any questions or requests that we had. The unit was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and peaceful. Parking on the property made it very easy to come and go throughout the day. If you’re heading to St. Pete and looking for a place to stay in the beautiful historic Kenwood neighborhood, look no further! We hope to visit again soon!

We loved this place! We stayed as a family of 3, my husband, our 1 year old, and I. It felt like a nice safe neighborhood. There are tons of places to walk to nearby, the downtown area is about a mile away. The host was very responsive and friendly. The place itself was super cute and felt very clean! The pool was also very nice and clean. I would highly recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved our stay at Lisa’s place in St. Petersburg. The location was an easy drive to the beach, the bay, Central Avenue and more! The Carriage House is so cozy and the backyard oasis is a peaceful spot for morning coffee, reading, etc.

Cute historic place. Great location, easy to walk to downtown. Friendly hosts. Private tropical yard. Very well stocked, lots of supplies to cook there. Also comfy beds with extra blankets. Great water pressure in the shower!

Giovanny's place is perfect for a quick Tampa trip. It's equipped with everything you need and located in a great part of town with a lot of things to do around. Giovanny was incredibly nice and allowed us to check in early after a 14 hour road trip. Beds are comfortable (even the inflatable mattress) and you have everything you need for your stay. There two little problems when we arrived but Giovanny quickly stepped up and fixed them both. The only thing I'd point out is, the fence and house no longer look like the pictures (house is white and fence is wood planks) so it was a bit confusing when we arrived but not a big deal. Would definitely stay here again.

Really nice and comfortable apartment in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is well stocked and felt really homely. Kay has gone to a lot of trouble to make her property feel like a home. Would definitely stay again. A fifteen minute walk from the centre of town so therefore a great location.

What a wonderful and welcoming experience when we arrived. Jennifer & Steve were finishing up and as described, the cleaning was meticulous ! We briefly met the pups and they are SO sweet. The grounds have a rustic beach vibe with vibrant colors and inside, a great beach decor with all you need! It was so comfortable! We will stay again when we get back to St. Pete!!!!
