Heated swimming pool, but if the water gets to hot the heater will also cool the pool. Very close to shopping. Large deck with view to tropical garden and waterfall. This is a 1970's Beach cottage with plenty of space. Think older family beach cottage/ cabin...it has been loved & well used & has great energy! There are two outdoor spaces. The upper area has a large deck and the lower area has a deck and back yard. Great for morning coffee and evening dinners.
