Fantastic spot, the neighborhood was beautiful! House was great, with pool and hot tub. What helped the most was the hosts were responsive and flexible. When the code to get in wouldn’t work, they tried to get it resolved quickly. Hot tub problems? Over in less than an hour to fix it. I do wish some of the cleaning supplies were available - like a vacuum. But that’s about the only thing I would change.

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb. I was very nervous about what to expect. Fortunately, it was as advertised. My family and I were able to spend quality time in the living areas, which we would not have had in a traditional hotel. This was important, because we were visiting my son who's in the Navy and stationed in Pensacola. This visit was a chance for him to meet his nephew for the first time. The entire family was able to stay together, and the location was perfect since it was close to the Navy base, local restaurants, and other attractions. The only hiccup we had was with the front door not opening properly. All-in-all, this was a very nice family trip, and this house enhanced our visit to Pensacola. I highly recommend it.

Convenient location and great place to stay. It was equipped with anything and everything you would need. Lived that it was walkable to downtown yet separate enough for some relaxation time with peace and quiet.

The house was so beautiful! It was in a quiet part of the neighborhood, which was nice, the house was clean and smelled great when we arrived, and the hosts had such good communication. I would recommend this place to anyone, it was such a fun trip!

Joshua was very responsive. The house is spacious with plenty of seating options and lots of fenced in yard to let the dogs play. The pool was a great space for us to enjoy the beautiful weather and celebrate my son’s 16th birthday.

This place was gorgeous and comfortable! The beds were great which is what we look for. The private pool was incredible! The hosts, David and Tracy were wonderful!

We had a great stay with our dogs! The fenced in yard is great. Our dogs loved it! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and it was close to the beach. About a 10+ minute drive just depending on traffic.

My family loved staying here! The home has EVERYTHING one could need. You really only need to bring your clothes, groceries, and self! It is truly a home away from home. The screened in porch was my favorite part. The king beds are very comfortable (supportive but not hard). The smaller bed seems to be on the firm side (we didn't use it but I would recommend an egg crate topper if you like more cushion). The price is great but the little details are what truly set this place apart from the others. All bedrooms have lamps, portable fans, and TVs. The kitchen has any dish you could need plus lots of extras like spices, dog bowls, etc. We will definitely stay here on our next visit. A huge thanks to Nancy for being such a fantastic host!

Mike is a great host. He was very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The house was exactly as described. This was the best stocked Airbnb we have ever had, plenty of linens, the kitchen had plenty of supplies including spices. We had plenty of space for our large group. Highly recommend 😊

Wonderful beach house !!! Afua gave excellent recommendations for local restaurants for our kids and her house was perfect . Perfect location , kid friendly , cute inside . We had a wonderful stay !!!!! Would recommend 10/10.

Everything was great!. Everything was what we expected. The place was nice and clean. It was very spacious. The location was wonderful! We had an event at the Pensacola Bay Center. We could actually look across the street at the Pensacola Bay Center. We were 5 minutes walking distance to the Bay Center. We were in walking distance of some restaurants. We were 10 minutes away from the beach. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

We loved staying at this cute, new home and enjoyed riding the bikes around with my eleven-year-old nephew. We took a walk/bike ride to a nearby park and to get ice cream. When I discovered the latch on the gate was broken, the owners were responsive and came out to fix it. The house was very comfortable and had great amenities. I really appreciated having a fenced backyard space for my two dogs. I definitely recommend this home!

Fantastic stay! The property was just a short drive to the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants. The backyard was lovely, and the front porch was huge, perfect for relaxing. The bedrooms were spacious and each had its own private bathroom, which was a great bonus. Plus, every bedroom had its own TV, making it extra convenient. The host was incredibly attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had. They provided everything we needed, from towels and kitchenware to beach essentials like sand buckets and chairs. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient beach getaway!

Stunningly beautiful, clean, and most of all very accommodating home. Linda communicated well and was able to troubleshoot a minor issue within minutes. The home was spacious, with great decor. Linens and furniture were clean and in good taste. Entry was super easy. It truly felt like a home away from home. We may be coming back every year.

We loved the little “beach house” as my kids called it. The pool was awesome! We came in August and we really expected it to be like a bath tub but it was cool every day. The outside area has so much charm! Marietta was awesome during our stay. The mixer had gone missing and she had one delivered so I could make birthday cupcakes for my son. (Also the person that provides a mixer in their airbnb is legit ) We hope we can return again next year and use the “beach house”

Blair’s place was awesome! Perfect space and location. Close to the beach! Very clean! Beds were comfortable. Blair was responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

The house and location was amazing! There were 10 of us, and it fit all of us perfectly! It was in an awesome location, really close to the beach, and we enjoyed the privacy of the house and the neighborhood. Location is perfect!!! Minutes to white, sand beaches!!! Close to stores and restaurants. Fully fenced backyard. We absolutely loved to stay at Olga’s house, it’s a nice, brand new house, lots of space, beautifully designed, very clean, fully equipped kitchen. Would definitely come back!

We loved Stephanie and her husband and their place! The house is super cute and makes you feel cozy and at home. It’s the perfect beach stay with the decor plus the location. You are close to everything, but still off the main area, so you don’t have to worry about all the chaos and traffic. The neighborhood was very quaint and homey and we felt safe. Stephanie was the best airbnb host I’ve had because she went the extra mile, and even left little extra happies for us and made sure we felt at home. My 5 year old asked about going out to see them a couple times after we met them because they gave her some toys to play with and gave her some berries (her favorite). We highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area 😊
