The location of the apartment is exactly as I had hoped - in a peaceful, quiet area and within a walkable distance to local supermarkets (including Aldi & Lidl). There were a couple of incidents (one of which was totally unforeseeable), but both of these were dealt with immediately by ‘Victoria’ who manages the property for Julien. Victoria was excellent. The only slight negative, as I’m a very light sleeper, was the thinness of the dividing walls. You can hear the neighbours moving around. They are extremely quiet after about 8:00pm, but when the family gets up at 6:45am to get the kids to school, the noise starts. It does, however, go quiet again about an hour later. If you sleep like a log, this won’t be an issue for you. Other than that, the surrounding area is stunning. Access to the North to places such as Lisbon, Nazaré, Peniche is easy (with a hire car). The same applies to Setubal and Sesimbra to the South.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit zu viert in Arnaud‘s Haus, das durch seine gute Lage mit Blick auf die Lagune, die geschmackvolle Einrichtung und die gut ausgestattete Küche besticht. Uns haben besonders die Terrassen gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation war auch sehr gut, besonders mit Ana. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen!

A casa é lindíssima, tudo funciona perfeitamente bem. Tivemos apenas um problema, no último dia a água quente falhou e não voltou até nossa saída. Infelizmente neste dia o host não respondeu prontamente como de costume e a solução apresentada não funcionou. Porém considerei esse problema algo pontual, uma vez que a casa era maravilhosa e tudo funcionou muito bem. Portanto creio que tenha sido uma situação isolada e não deixei que isso influenciasse no mew review no geral. Recomendo a casa e voltaria tranquilamente. Tudo foi muito bem apresentado, a casa é moderna, super limpa, banheiro excelente, chuveiro perfeito, meus passageiros amaram.

We do really enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place, she was extremely helpful with check-in and all instructions. House is super cozy and with a big swimming pool. This is a perfect place to take a rest from a busy city. I highly recommend! Thank you Maria from all of us!

Wir haben eine super Woche im gepflegten Anwesen von Carolina mitten in der luxuriösen Golfplatz-Wohnanlage verbracht. Das absolut großzügig dimensionierte Haus bietet mehr als genügend Platz und ist in jeder Hinsicht hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Gegend ist ruhig, die Wohnanlage selbst nur über einen bewachten Eingang zu betreten. Wir konnten mit unseren Mietfahrzeugen von dort aus viele Ziele in der Gegend sehr gut erreichen: Setúbal, die Halbinsel Tróia (eine Empfehlung von Carolina, wir haben die Katamaran-Fußgänger-Fähre genutzt), Lissabon, Cabo da Roca mit dem zauberhaften Praia da Adraga, Sesimbra und mehr. Am Ende jedes erlebnisreichen Tages haben wir uns gefreut, in "unser" Haus zurückkehren zu können um dort den Abend in schöner Atmosphäre ausklingen zu lassen. We lived in this house for 1.5 months, it fits well for a family with kids. All the issues were immediately resolved by the host. It was the calmest place in the world, that we've been to. The house is pretty sturdy — we survived undamaged through the storm inside, while the area was pretty affected. The lagoon is really nice and clean, almost stranded during winter except for water sports fans. Houses in the area are well cared of, not too many cars around, so tranquil to get around with kids, that enjoy freedom of movement. We are a car-free family and it is manageable in the area. The farmers market works during low season just on the weekends, but you can get to Alfarim on foot through the nice wood area. We also got to Sesimbra and Fernao Ferro by bus.

Todo perfecto, piso espectacular y confortable, especialmente si llegas a Lisboa en coche. No es el centro de la ciudad, pero una ótima opcion para estar en família en un piso moderno y comfortable. Lin estuvo pendiente siempre, y la experiencia ha sido perfecta. habían libros en el piso, con informaciones de Lisboa y Portugal, también libros para niños, como estaba con mi sobrino, ha sido muy útil.

Pros: + great check-in experience, hospitality + all facilities present and are in fairly good condition + feels that apartment is being held with love + very comfortable flat and disposition for 2+2 + good public transport reach-ability (Cacilhas hub right nearby) Cons (mostly minors): - poor surroundings - moldy washing machine - you will hear everything, bad sound isolation in the house Overall, we're happy with our choice to stay in the Nest, it feels like one of the top places to stay in/near Lisbon.

Espaço super agradável, bem localizado com diversos serviços, restaurantes e mercados nos arredores. Apartamento limpo e organizado. Ótima estadia!!

João ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber! Er hat uns am ersten Tag mit dem Gepäck geholfen, durch die Wohnung geführt, war jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert worden. João hat sehr viele Besonderheiten eingebaut und viele ausgefallene Einrichtungsgegenstände verwendet (wie z. B. einen altertümlichen Schuhputzhocker, eine ebensolche Kommode, eine antike Schreibmaschine), die mit modernen Möbeln sehr gut harmonieren. Die Küche, Bäder und Fenster sind modern und sehr gut renoviert. Zu beachten ist der vierte Stock ohne Aufzug. Die Wohnung ist mitten im Leben gelegen (wegen der guten Fenster aber ruhig): Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gute Restaurants auch mit Fado und Bars (23 Biere frisch gezapft) sind sehr nah gelegen. Einige Sehenswürdigkeiten ebenfalls, (z. B. Fadomuseum, Biermuseum) für andere sind öffentliche Verkehrsmittel fussläufig gut erreichbar. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Perfect apartment for a get-to-know trip in Lisbon. A lot of amenities to use. Great location to explore the city, ocean and surroundings like Sintra as the apartment is located right in the middle between all activities. Great hosts as well :)

Onur went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable during our month-long stay in Lisbon. Not only was the apartment perfectly equipped, but he even went out of his way to purchase extra items to ensure we had everything we needed. The location was fantastic — clean, safe, and in a beautiful apartment. He was always just a text away — incredibly kind, available, and understanding. We truly felt supported the entire time and never felt alone. One of the best experiences I’ve had with an Airbnb property manager. We hope to see Onur again during our next extended stay in the city. Highly recommend!
