Booked last minute- was very pleasantly surprised! Even better than photos! Location was easy to find (drive in late at night) very easy to check in. Very walkable to everything- beach was a few blocks! Great location to get to the middle of town in no time at all. The private patio space with the hot tub was so amazing after a beach day. I will for sure be booking this place again! Also Liza was super helpful and easy to reach if I had any questions. Book here - it’ll exceed expectations!

Ellen's place is a very nice quiet place to stay and enjoy a cozy day/night. The views outside are great and there are a lot of places to just relax on a cold day. the only inconvenience is the area around the property. To get there can be tricky, especially at night, and when it's rainy. And parking, especially with a large car is very hard especially if you have to reverse your way out, or reverse in, especially with the steep driveway. Other than that the property was perfect, and everything felt right, Ellen is a very nice host.

What a beautiful and relaxing short stay we had at Sea Otter Cottage! From soaking in the soothing hot tub to playing in the charming garden, every moment was delightful. Our 5-year-old loved exploring the lovely surroundings, the toys in the house and we truly felt at home in this cozy, welcoming house. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful space with us—we will cherish the memories made here and hope to return at some point!

A magical sanctuary! We loved every minute of our stay and the only negative part was that we had to leave. The location is epic- walk anywhere, restaurants, beach, UCSC, downtown, coffee shops. The hot tub is totally private and the place has a very homey feel. The lot is beautiful. Would stay here again.

Had a fabulous weekend trip for my birthday and was accommodating for my mother in a wheelchair. Great views with an awesome parklet across the street. Lots of local foot traffic due to the beautiful views but gave us tons of free entertainment. Sunsets were spectacular! Also dog friendly which was a major plus! Look forward to our next visit!

We loved our stay at Gabriel’s cottage! It was perfect for a long weekend with our kiddo. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry room really helped make everything run smoothly for us. Beds were comfy, neighborhood was calm and welcoming, and just a quick walk down to the beach. It was exactly what we needed! We would love to stay again on our next trip down.

What a gem! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The surrounding redwoods are beautiful! The home was very cozy with attractive decor. It was both comfortable and clean. The location was great and close to State Parks, Roaring Camp redwood forest steam train and a shopping center. SC is about 20 minutes away, so convenient as well. The host Lynn was courteous and friendly which added to our positive experience. Hope to be back again sometime! Thank you!

Lovely house with unique features and amenities. Location is fantastic, though if you’re a very light sleeper, the street noise may affect your sleep in the smaller bedroom. House is kid and pup friendly, which was perfect for our family. Gia was also a lovely and gracious host. Highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed staying at Tamara’s place. Surrounded by trees and with a great patio deck to relax outside, it was a great alternative to a hotel. Tamara’s instructions were super clear and she was very responsive when we had a question. I’d definitely recommend this house and would stay again if our family was in the area.

This was my second time staying at Sam and Denise's cottage, both times have been wonderful, very peaceful here and close to restaurants and beaches. I highly recommend this air b&b, it feels like home and hopefully I will be back to stay again next year!!

The cottage was a great little cozy spot for our family while we explored the surrounding area. We had a great time and especially loved having a place to cook our own meals. The house had everything we needed and it was clean and tidy.

We really enjoyed our stay at Linda's cabin. It's tucked away on her property next to slow moving emerald green creek shaded by redwood canopy. It's a peaceful place located near some wonderful mountain towns. While there we managed to catch a show at Felton Music Hall only a 15 minute drive away, a hike around Loch Lemmond another short drive away, and most importantly just relax. Being that this is a day's drive for us, I'll definitely keep Linda's place in mind next time I need to get out of town for a bit. I can't recommend it enough.

Although the cottage is nestled within a tight residential/business area of the village, it feels very private and safe. The furnishings are cozy and uncluttered with enough space to spread out a bit to relax. I really appreciated the bright natural light (even with the blinds closed) as well as the ability to open windows for fresh air. We did not cook in the kitchen, but there was plenty of equipment (knives, pots, pans, etc). to make entire meals. Instead we walked to restaurants and the beach - both are just a couple of minutes from the cottage. Parking requires patience and persistence, but we always found a spot pretty quickly (even on a busy weekend). We’ll be back someday. Thank you!

My family and I enjoyed staying here. Everything was as described in the listing. Wish we could have taken advantage of the nice outdoor space but we were but only here for 2 days. Liked the instructions that came with all the appliances and enjoyed the nespresso and the record player!
