Renta de departamentos vacacionales en Sant Joan d'Alacant

een heel gezellig appartement in een zeer rustige buurt en toch nog dichtbij het zee en zwembad. de communicatie verliep heel vlot en het flexibel inchecktijden waren ook enorm geappricieerd. we waren graag en hopelijk kunnen we snel terug.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fint boende – rent, välutrustat och bra läge! Min dotter och hennes seglarkompisar bodde här under ett träningsläger i El Campello, och vi är väldigt nöjda med boendet! Lägenheten var ren, fräsch och välutrustad, vilket gjorde deras vistelse både bekväm och smidig. ✔ Mycket utrymme för kläder – gott om galgar och förvaring. ✔ Fina, rena badrum – bra duschar och fräscht intryck. ✔ Välutrustat kök – fanns allt från plastbyttor för förvaring till alla andra nödvändiga köksredskap. ✔ Torkställning fanns, vilket var bra för seglarkläderna! ✔ Lätt att sortera sopor – smidigt att slänga och återvinna precis utanför på gatan. ✔ Bra läge – nära matbutik och strandpromenaden. ✔ Bra kontakt med ansvarig – även om hon föredrog spanska, gick det lätt att kommunicera. Vi har inget negativt att anmärka och kan varmt rekommendera denna lägenhet till andra!

We had a great time. Beautiful apartment. What we liked, a great location, very authentic Spanish vibe around the area. My daughter loved the pool . Bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Bus stop and good bus service nearby to head into San Juan De Alicante beach. (gorgeous beach btw). Large supermarkets all very close by the apartment . One supermarket is a few steps away. Could not fault the apartment, very well equipped. Comfortable beds. fresh linen. Maria was great for the restaurant recommendations. Would love to come back Charles & Maria.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful beach condo! The unit was gorgeous, super clean, and had everything we needed. We loved the balcony and view of the Mediterranean Sea. The bedroom was very comfortable with blackout curtains to help you catch up on sleep at any time of day. Our hosts were very communicative and easy to reach. We also loved being so close to the Tram station with trains that came every 15 minutes. This is a very walkable area and also so easy to get into Alicante as well! We can't recommend this place enough!

Stefan var lätt och bra att kommunicera med och huset var som beskrivningen. Det låg bra med närhet till stranden, affärer och restauranger!

It is worth to say that the view is nothing less than stunning!! The apartment met our expectations. Location is great with all amenities at walking distance. We had a great time and will comeback! Pepe y Vero are lovely couple, very helpful and proactive. They wanted to make sure we experienced the best Alicante has to offer. Thank you and see you next time!

Saubere moderne Wohnung. Besonders der große Balkon hat uns gut gefallen. Die Dusche ist auch sehr angenehm. Die Übergabe mit Barbara war sehr unkompliziert. in der Küche waren die nötigstenutensilien vorhanden.

Danny's apartment is compact but ideal for two people, right in the middle of the High Street but quiet enough not to be bothered with road noises. Plenty of bars restaurants and shops right on the doorstep and a couple of supermarkets within 2-5 minutes walk. We didn't have a car but found it easy enough to get about, there's a taxi rank a few minutes walk from the apartment if you don't fancy a walk. The golf course area is lovely and is roughly 45-50 minutes walk mostly down hill but not easy to walk back from. Danny was excellent and met us when we arrived to show us around, the apartment it super modern and has everything you need to stay. I would highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce Très beau logement, très propre et très bien équipé l’appartement très bien situé proche des commerces ,des restaurants et de la plage, la place de parking dans le sous-sol sécurisé est très appréciable Je pense y retourner prochainement

When we first arrived at Paradisun, we were a bit skeptical despite the promising pictures. But as soon as we saw the stunning garden and the blue sea, our doubts vanished. Our second-floor apartment (#6) offered breathtaking sea views, even better than the photos. The apartment was spotless, with A/C and TVs in every room, and a spacious kitchen with a sea view. The balcony was a lovely bonus. The garden was spacious and well-maintained, with a great pool and direct access to the sea. We sometimes cooked dinner in the apartment and enjoyed it in the garden, which was a fantastic experience. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the nearby grocery store made shopping easy. Jose was very helpful with e.g. arranging meals from local places. A special shoutout to the friendly staff who kept everything tidy. Paradisun is perfect for a relaxing vacation, and I highly recommend it!

Köszönjük a lehetőséget, hogy ezen a csodás szálláson tölthettünk pár éjszakát. Nem csak szép de kivételesen jól felszerelt, mintha otthon lettünk volna. Biztonságérzetet ad a privát parkoló a mélygarázsban. Ha akarnék se tudnék belekötni semmibe, minden szuper volt! A terasz és jakuzzi is tökéletes! Autó mindenképp szükséges, hogy kényelmesen közlekedj. Remélem visszatérünk ide mihamarabb ☺️

This is an amazing apartment right in the centre of Alicante. Extremely central and close to everything you would want, with amazing views over the marina, but still quiet in the evenings which is important. The building has so much character and such a lovely place to stay. The apartment is very well decorated with quality furniture and fixtures throughout. And so spacious - we felt completely at home and didn't want to leave. Olivier was very helpful with checking in and was everything we want from a host. If I could have given it more stars I would have! And if we come back to Alicante this apartment will be top of our list of places to stay. If you're considering this apartment then I can definitely recommend it.

We stayed here for the whole of February. We were given clear instructions and greeted by Mayte at the apartment. The apartment was as described. Extra linen and towels provided and a washing machine. There was lots of essentials in the apartment such as wahing powder, washing up liquid, cleaning products, dishcloth, tea towels, hand wash, bin bags, tin foil etc....all extremely useful. Nice touches like cosy blankets. Within walking distance to all restaurants and about a 15 min walk to the port and beach. Handy spar shop opposite. A bit of road noise but couldn't hear it in the bedroom at night due to little conservatory which blocked the noise. Had a very enjoyable stay.

I can definitely recommend Max and his apartment. Great communication, always responds, willing to help, and you can also count on recommendations of places! The apartment is beautiful, modern, mega clean. You can feel very comfortable, and on sunny days you can spend the whole day on the amazing terrace! One of the best places I have ever visited! I definitely recommend it

Eva's apartment was perfectly located in Alicante Town Square. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and many, many bars and restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay including beautiful, fresh oranges from Eva's garden which were perfect for breakfast. Eva was there to welcome us and it was a delight to meet her. I look forward to returning to Alicante and hopefully staying in Eva's apartment!

Logement propre et très bien rangé. Hotte réactif, manque juste un peu de soleil dans le logement et sur la terrasse c’est le seul bémol avec le vis à vis … Le reste était parfait, le jacuzzi est vraiment un plus !! Couple avec deux enfants en bas âges Très bien

Wilfried's place is in a great location - the beach is right next door, and there is a heated pool on the compound. The apartment is very spacious, with a lovely, huge terrace.

This is a beautiful unit, clean and very spacious a with a lovely view of the sea. You will need a car to get around as there are no services within walking distance but the beach is a very short walk and you can spend your entire day on the units decks and hot tubs. Outdoor pool was closed for the season but it looks very nice and clean.

Vennlig og ryddig vert som tok oss godt i mot. Svarer raskt på meldinger og er alltid hyggelig. Pen og ryddig leilighet som var enkelt utstyrt med det mest nødvendige.

Heel fijn verblijf gehad. Lieve behulpzame gastvrouw, flexibel met vertrektijd. De buurt is een beetje verpauperd maar niet onveilig. Soms wat gehorig. Kroeg op de hoek maar last van gehad. Verder was het uitmuntend, heerlijke bedden en douche. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Dicht bij openbaar vervoer. Ik zou het iedereen aanraden.

Wunderschönes Apartment, in dem man sich gleich wie zuhause fühlt mit allem was einen angenehmen Urlaubsaufenthalt ausmacht. Sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, ebenfalls bestens ausgestattete Küche und blitzeblank. Äußerst schnelle und stets zuverlässige, hilfsbereite Kommunikation mit dem Koordinator Juan, stets super freundlich. Hier würden wir jederzeit wieder her kommen und haben uns richtig wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ruhige, sehr sichere Lage und dennoch schnell in der Innenstadt. Skyline nicht zu überbieten. Tiptop!

Camera molto bella e pulitissima, atmosfera romantica e moderna, materasso comodissimo e jacuzzi veramente spaziale con idromassaggio ad aria e ad acqua. Pedro è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile, ci ha dato informazioni molto precise e dettagliate sul checkin e sul funzionamento di tutto e ci è venuto incontro in ogni esigenza. Grazie di cuore Pedro, è stato tutto perfetto e speriamo di tornare presto a visitarti!
