Monika was a brilliant host, the house was as described and very clean and well appointed. Excellent location for public transport and many excellent eateries to choose from. We stayed for two weeks and felt very at home.

It is the perfect spot to explore the New Forest and visit Paultons Park. The apartment was spotlessly clean, easy to find, quiet and welcoming. Host was helpful at recommending local places to go out for a meal, which was helpful.

Perfect Stay. Very comfortable and large accommodation in a beautiful & quiet setting. Had everything there that we needed. A lovely welcome hamper waiting for us. We had no complaints at all and we are looking forward to staying again.

I rather loved my stay here in Southsea, opposite Ravelin Park, and close to so many attractions. Portsmouth Museum is just across the road, the seaside about 10 mins walk, the Historic Dockyard and gunwharf not much further. The apartment itself had all facilities and appliances anyone might want. It was clean, warm and fairly quiet, considering the busy traffic. The wifi, telly worked fine. I prefer the lockbox for the key too. All in all, quite perfect. I would happily stay there again.

Such a lovely stay and beautiful accommodation. Mandy and Michael were very responsive and answered all the questions I had. Would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to stay in the area :)

Very nice apartment and well placed for going to Brockenhurst via walking and Lyndhurst by car. And was great to watch the local football team which was nice to experience

We stayed at the property as our own home was going through alot of structural work as part of an insurance claim so we had to move out. This meant that we had to extend the stay according to how the claim was progressing. Tim was fantastic and appreciate our situation and was very flexible through quite a stressful time. We had a lovely stay the property was perfect for what we needed. Clean, warm, cosy and close to amenities. As this was an extended stay there was also a washing machine which was brilliant. Tim our host was always available for any questions and we had quick responses.

We had a wonderful welcome of Prosecco, chocolate cake and some secret chocolate gifts! I would highly recommend Sonia as a host and Micasa as a place to stay. We had a lovely break and the Isle of Wight was wonderful as always. Not the greatest weather but still lots to do. We would happily return to Micasa and Sonia’s hospitality.

We stayed just one night. Our stay was just a stop when leaving the boat so we didn’t spend much Time but we did enjoy it. It was absolutely cleaned. We were impressed by the size of the leaving room. We didn’t expect it would be that big. The communication with the host was excellent.

If you are thinking about starting an Airbnb, Mary’s place is a great example of how to do things right. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and to be honest I wouldn’t change a thing. Mary was pro-active, friendly and helpful and gave me clear instructions as to how to access the place, where to park etc. I have already booked for later this year and will find myself in the same area next year; I will be back!

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

I can't thank Carolyn enough, after finding out I was surprising my 12 year old son to a birthday getaway birthdays banners and signs plus sweets etc all put out for when we arrived! above and beyond for us. Carolyn was very responsive, informative and so kind. wonderful localaton, amenities etc. caravan was like home to home, well equipped and very clean. thank you again! highly recommend! 5🌟😁

Julia, was a very helpful and responsive host and I felt at ease with my booking. The house was lovely and a great location for a family long weekend get away. The house was perfect for our needs and suited 6 adults and 2 children. Great communal space with 2 bedrooms at either end of the house to ensure own space too. Fantastic location as we travelled to Arundel Castle, The Pig in the South Downs, and West Wittering beach. Lovely pubs locally too for dinner.

A wonderful 4 days away over Christmas, with family and dogs. The beach was within walking distance and it was a pleasure to go walking there with the family. We were there over. Christmas and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking our Christmas lunch. Esther was very welcoming and replied very promptly to the one question that we did have for her regarding the property. We would rent the property again, it was lovely and well equipped, but the best thing about t was the access to the beach. Thanks Esther

Way beyond expectations - we felt like we could've had a holiday based here rather than just stopping a couple of nights. Patsy was communicative and helpful, the place is so thoughtfully designed and beautifully presented, and the location couldn't be better. The best stay we've had on the island, no doubt.

This is a beautiful apartment absolutely perfect for a couple. It’s ground floor which made it extremely accessible. All is exactly as described with the views being out of this world.

Carolyn, myself and mally the labrador had a great week , very peaceful, sitting on the patio watching the ships sail past. Bryce was very helpful, and lives on site , if a problem was to arise. The accommodation was spacious spotless and well equipped.

Danke für die ausgezeichnete Unterkunft. Die nahe Lage zum Hafen mit allen möglichen öffentlichen Verkehrsanbindungen, ließen eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Fahrt in alle Richtungen zu. Durch die besondere Lage, war auch die Anfahrt mit dem Auto kein Problem und man konnte schnell und ohne Verzögerungen von A nach B kommen. Auch wenn ein kleiner Einkauf notwendig ist, findet man in in mittelbarer Nähe einen kleinen Einkaufsladen, der auch Brötchen anbietet. Durch die super Interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten schon allein in Portsmouth, hat uns die eine Woche längst nicht ausgereicht. Die Unterkunft selbst ließ keine Wünsche offen und der Aufenthalt war super schön und sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder.

We stayed for the weekend, the place was very clean and spotless, we loved how easy it was to get to the beach and she was always responsive and helpful. My kids loved the chocolate eggs too

What an amazing place to stay. The apartment was ultra clean and cosy with everything you could possibly need provided. This was our first Airbnb stay and I think that this has set the bar really high!
