Everything was perfect. Clear, easy instructions for getting in. Jake came down to introduce himself the first evening and gave a few helpful instructions and was very friendly. After that he responded to all questions and requests by text within a few hours, but otherwise was very respectful of my privacy. He was also extremely helpful and understanding when I needed to cancel after only a few days of a longer stay. Truly beautiful location for a retreat from the hustle and bustle, with beautiful walks right from the edge of their property, but 10-12 minutes drive to all shopping and restaurants in Bernalillo. My friend and I had an absolutely amazing stay. Kristy communicated with me early on which made me feel most comfortable in my choice of places to stay since I didn't know the area. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting her in person as well. She made my friend and I feel right at home. Her place was everything the description said it was. It was one of if not the cutest places I have stayed. I plan on returning to Albuquerque and will try to stay there again. The house was quite warm feeling and in a quiet neighborhood. For the money, it just can't be beat. We were attending the Balloon Fiesta. I don't think we could have gotten any closer to the park by staying anywhere else. Kristy was quite prompt in answering all of my questions. Yes, I highly recommend Kristy and her property and plan on staying with there again.

We had a great stay at the Orchard House. We've been visiting family for years in Rio Rancho and have always felt "meh" about ABQ, but this house gave us a new perspective! A beautiful yard and view with every amenity you could need provided. We traveled with our 3 year old toddler and 9 month old baby and everything we could have needed for a great trip was there. Everything you've ever wished an Airbnb had this rental has. 10/10. Beyond wonderful!

Annie's cabin is beautiful. The surrounding mountains can be seen from every room. Annie was also very flexible with the Check in and check out timings. she also let us play her beautiful banjo. the cabin is close to multiple hiking trails and the hot springs bathing rooms/pools

We enjoyed a wonderful family trip at Norah’s place. The house is so unique and handcrafted. The property is absolutely stunning and serene, especially the view from the kitchen and bath tub. We enjoyed watching all the animals outside. The property also has an amazing trail with panoramic views once you reach the top. It’s the perfect getaway spot, despite not being too far from restaurants and things to do.

What a beautiful and tranquil home! Stocked with everything we could possibly need. We spent hours sitting by the river and enjoying the beautiful landscape. The night sky is spellbinding. The Milky Way is clearly visible and we saw many shooting stars. We loved hearing the coyotes howling in the distance. Close to Plaza Blanca, Ghost Ranch, and all of the treasures in O'Keefe Country. Treat yourself to a stay at this serene and spacious house!

Very beautiful home loved the quiet neighborhood. Chris is very attentive and answered all my questions in just a few minutes. It was a nice getaway for the weekend hope to enjoy it another time soon.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Leah's place that truly felt like a home away from home. The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by cozy vibes and beautiful antique furniture that added a unique character to the space. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space that made it feel even more welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was the views of the Sandia Mountains!

Holly was a great guest! The location was beautiful and the apartment was well kept and in good condition!

Jennifer was very responsive for helping me to settle in; after that no issues came up. The location was convenient for getting into town. The apartment had the amenities I needed with very nice appliances, including a great washer/dryer. The kitchen was well stocked and I had all the linens, blankets, etc. that I needed. It was very quiet with wonderful light coming in through the big glass sliding doors. I look forward to staying there again when I return to Los Alamos.

This was my second time staying in one of Jennifer's properties, and it was so good that I actually extended my stay by a week. The location is *perfect* -- super convenient to LANL, groceries, Aquatic Center, etc. And it's very peaceful & quiet, with a nice view of the canyon. The kitchen is well equipped, and everything is new and clean. But the best part is Jennifer herself -- she is SO helpful and friendly! You will feel instantly at home. This place is a shared 2-br 1-bath flat, so you'll be sharing a bathroom & kitchen with a stranger or two. I was a little apprehensive about this at first, but it worked out really nicely and I would not hesitate to do it again!
