Spacious, clean and lovely flat, right next to the beach and next to the pool. We had a really good time there as a family. The kids enjoyed the garden, we really enjoyed the terrace with the view. Great host too, very easy for communication and check in / check out! Would stay there again anytime and would definitely recommend it to others. A car is definitely recommended for shopping and to get to other places, unless all you need is the beach and the restaurants close by :)

We loved our stay at Dominic’s place. First time trip to Gibraltar and it was perfect. Walked from the airport in 10 mins, across the runway, a big novelty especially as I’m a bit of an aviation geek😁 Easy to jump on a bus outside to most locations (bus info is helpfully printed out in apartment along with other local attraction info) or walk the 10/15 mins into the heart of town, ocean village etc. loads of bars/restaurants etc. East beach is lovely for a swim and 7-8 min walk. Spotlessly clean, beds super comfy, we had everything we needed. I now have to buy an egg chair for home as our 14 year old loved it. The balconies were amazing, couldn’t get much closer to The Rock. Dominic was so quick to respond to questions and we were able to drop our cases in the apartment early after arriving at lunchtime & then wander into town with just our hand luggage bags . We had a wonderful time in Laurent’s apartment. Laurent is a fantastic host. We stayed with our 3-month-old son, and Laurent even arranged a changing mat for us, which was really thoughtful. He personally greeted us upon check-in, explained everything, and was always available to answer any questions we had. The apartment offers an incredible view of the sea, and we enjoyed watching both the sunrise in the mornings and the sunset in the evenings. The apartment is located right on the promenade, making it perfect for leisurely walks. We were able to park our rental car in a parking garage just 5 minutes away for a fee. For groceries, we visited the Marbella Market Hall / 7 min walk /where we found fresh fruits, vegetables, and fish. The apartment is located in a lively area, so it can be quite noisy in the evenings, but overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Laurent’s apartment.

The apartment looked better than the photos! We were pleasantly surprised with how amazing the views were, it was safe and peaceful. Also we rented a car but still walked a lot because there were so many places within a walking distance like supermarkets, restaurants, beaches … The place is perfect for a family or even for a couple. The beds were very comfortable and as a family of five we all had more than enough space. We felt like home. The house has everything you can think of to make your stay more convenient. The photos don’t give this place justice. Also the hosts Daniel and Antonio were extremely responsive and helpful. I would love to stay here again.

We loved our stay here. We had a beautiful view of the sea and the paseo. A secure and convenient location. Halfway between marina and the Old Town. There was no traffic in front of building. Everything was steps away from apartment — restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, fruit vendors, bakeries, etc. Raquel & Juanma were such friendly, professional and responsive hosts. We would not hesitate to return.

Endroit tranquille au bord de la mer. La maison est très accueillante. Très bien équipée et très confortable. Située très près de restaurants où on a très bien mangé, de supermarchés et même de club sportifs (Tenis, paddle,surf...). Je tiens à remercier vivement l'équipe Terrasur qui par leur réactivité et leur disponibilité ont rendu notre séjour très agréable. On a passé une semaine top.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The space was clean, well-equipped, and had all the essentials. The location was also great, making it easy to explore the area. The host was outstanding—very polite, responsive, and quick to fix any small issues that came up. Their hospitality made my stay even better. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely incredible stay! Location was incredible, right next to the pool, beach and bars and restaurants! The pool was so clean, beach was so amazing and the food in the restaurants were great! Julia and Nick's property is a wonderful spot for a holiday getaway. Our group of five (four adults and a six-year-old) spent a week there, and we had an incredible experience. The house is roomy, immaculate, and equipped with everything you might need. The pool’s warm water was perfect, and we spent countless hours swimming and relaxing in it. Although the nearest beach wasn't the best, there are several lovely beaches within a short drive—some just 10 minutes away, others about 30 minutes. The location is central to several coastal towns that are well worth exploring. These towns have beautiful beaches and offer delicious, comforting food. Julia and Nick are fantastic hosts—very helpful and always attentive. They reached out to us about a week before our arrival, provided all the details we needed, and promptly answered all our questions. Thank you, Julia and Nick, for sharing your wonderful home and for being such gracious hosts.

Beautiful apartment with a great view. Easy check-in and good communication. We were with two small kids. They loved the place and there were even some toys. Everyday we had a nice walk to the center of Estepona. There is no stroller friendly walk-down to the beach directly from the apartment, we used to walk 300m on the main road and then you can turn to the promenade which is really nice. 4 minutes by car to supermarket. We really enjoyed the stay.

Sehr schönes Haus mit perfekter Lage am Strand. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Moderne Einrichtung. Es war eine schöne Zeit bei Paloma.

We stayed for 2 nights with my parents and my daughter and had a lovely time. The house is exactly like the photos and every bit of space has been used and thought out well. Light,bright and modern with a lovely view of the ocean and sunrise. There is a little swing you can attach to the double doors at the front which is a nice touch. For good restaurants you need to take a taxi but that was not a problem and normally cost around £10. Clare was a great host very helpful and responsive - you will have a lovely stay.

Had a great stay enjoying the pool beach, and coast walk. The property is accurately described and met our needs well as a group of 5 adults, baby and dog! The urbanisation itself is well kept and has a friendly feel whilst being quiet and relaxed for families.

Fue todo perfecto, necesitábamos entrar mucho antes del horario de check-in y nos permitió hacerlo y también para el checkout también nos permitió hacerlo más tarde, nos recibió personalmente y super amable para explicarnos todo lo necesario, el departamento es muy lindo y tiene todo lo necesario y más, realmente recomendable y volveremos. Outside the high season please check if things are open, I bought this vacation as a gift for a friend but ultimately we where destined to stay in the appartement. The apartment was great! P.s. take a usb-a with music so you can put it on the sound system.

Very nice and clean apartment overlooking the beach. Location is nice, in the harbor of Sotogrande. Very close to the beach and many restaurants. Good communication with the host and also with the lady from the agency who welcomes you and gives you the keys, very flexible according to arrival time.

We had a wonderful stay at Erik’s apartment. Everything was perfectly prepared for us when we arrived — including beach towels and loungers, cooking ingredients, plenty of dishes and pots, shampoo, enough hangers, and even an iron for our clothes. Erik was in constant communication with us throughout our stay and always made sure we had everything we needed. I definitely recommend his place for a couple. The views are absolutely stunning, and the service was excellent.

Very nice apartment in perfect location. At least in of-season time we found parking place without any difficulties. The house is located almost on the sea shore - the views from the apartment are amazing, you can watch sunrise and sunset sitting and looking at the sea. The apartment itself was clean and very suitable for 2 persons, kitchen has all necessary amenities. Very nice restaurant with good and not to pricy food is located almost next door. Supermarkets are reachable on foot. The foot - path along the see-shore with beaches - all is in the front. The communication with the host was very easy, check-in and check - out - without any difficulties. Wee were happy to found this place and relax looking at the see during our staying. Recommended!

An amazing apartment with stunning views. The location was fantastic with lots of local bars and restaurants to walk to along the boardwalk. Mercadona the local supermarket is in walking distance too. Emilio is a fantastic host, welcoming and is on hand if you need him. We will definitely recommend the apartment and Emilio and be returning back very soon.
