We loved the apartment it was spotless and had everything we needed for our 4 week stay. Jana and her husband were great hosts, they were very accommodating with our arrival and check out times, we would definitely stay again.

We had a great time and the villa looked exactly how it was advertised! It was truly a beautiful location and Ibone was very helpful throughout the stay!

Apartament in fața oceanului, ajungi imediat la Playa Las vistas, parcare in spatele casei. Piscina curata, șezlonguri rezervate la piscina. Apartament dotat cu tot ce trebuie pentru o vacanță reușită și foarte curat. Miroase a proaspăt.Terasa mare unde poți mânca liniștit. In concluzie totul perfect, recomand 100%. Singura problemă este că nu găsești disponibilitate, din păcate. Am fi vrut să rezervam din nou. Multumim Isabelle și soțului ei pentru primire și indicații.

Nous avons dû changer en urgence de logement et Martina a vraiment été incroyable. Elle nous a préparé le logement rapidement et a été en mesure de nous conseiller pour que l'on s'y sente comme chez nous avec notre fille de 10 mois. L'environnement est féerique, avec une vue directe sur l'océan. Attention, il faut aimer entendre le bruit des vagues🌊❤️ Tout le confort est présent dans cet appartement. Martina est une hôte vraiment agréable et réactive. Si nous devons revenir sur l'île c'est là que nous irons de nouveau ✨

Had a great 6 night break at PS3 in Marie's apartment. The apartment was lovely. Had great views and was wonderful to sleep with the windows open listening to the Atlantic Ocean.

Justas and Henrika's place is beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped. The living room has AC but the 2 bedrooms do not have AC so it was kinda hot when the patio doors are closed. We had to close them as one of their neighbors were smoking cigarettes even at 3am. And the single beds on the other rooms are squeaky so I slept on the living room sofa which happened to be better because of AC. There were thunderstorms the night we arrived so we hunkered down until the following night where we went out to get a massage at Asian massage(highly recommend this) - walking distance to the apartment. We appreciated a complimentary late check out - thank you! Also walking distance to sunset viewing location. Thank you again Justas and Henrika!

From arriving at the airport Franco and Daiana were amazing hosts waiting for our taxi to arrive , from greeting us and showing us in to the apartment. They explained everything in detail connected us to the WiFi , and gave us their phone number in case we needed anything and they would be at the end of the phone . Franco even sent us a message warning us about the storm while we were there. We have stayed in the complex before so we are familiar with the area . The apartment itself the position near the pool was excellent, my husband has mobility issues so it was very easy for him to get around and also to accommodate a mobility scooter. The apartment was equipped with absolutely everything you needed from bin bags to cleaning materials and including all the cooking utensils and crockery . Change of bedding and beach towels included were a bonus . Absolutely as described and better. We would definitely recommend and are already looking to book again . I would definitely .

Really enjoyed our stay, very near to the Siam park and Siam mall, can walk to the beach in about 25 minutes. Pool was a bit cold but I’m sure would be warmer in the summer. Would definitely return!

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Straße zum Teide Nationalpark und eignet sich daher super wenn man viel wandern möchte. Auch in die Innenstadt (z.B. Costa Adeje) ist es mit dem Auto nicht sehr weit, ein Mietwagen ist allerdings sehr zu empfehlen! Das Grundstück ist sehr groß & ruhig. Morgens kann man Draußen auf der sonnigen Terrasse frühstücken und sogar Orangen und Zitronen aus dem Garten ernten! Der Gärtner wohnt auf dem selben Grundstück, ist aber sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit. Es kann abends relativ kalt werden. Als Heizung gibt es zwei elekt. Heizlüfter und den Kamin. Leider ist nur die erste Feuerholz-Box (reichte für ca. 1-2 Tage) kostenlos, danach muss man für zusätzliches Holz zahlen. Die Gastgeberin Kira ist sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit, aber selbst nicht vor Ort und manchmal dauert es ein wenig bis sie antwortet. Die positiven Seiten der Unterkunft überwiegen für mich trotzdem & ich würde sie erneut buchen :)

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very nicely decorated and the views from the balcony were fantastic. Pablo's partner was very responsive and we had a great check in experience. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay and we thought the apartment and views were even nicer than in pictures. With family it was perfect, the heated pool, spacious apartment and garage made life easy. Viktoria and Sergej responded always with no delay and are super friendly. Area was also good for us and I enjoyed runs along the sea and also on the hiking trail close by with amazing views. If you want to eat out a lot, be prerared that you need to walk a bit to areas with restaurants. Pool we had often only for ourselves so it was quiet and peaceful in the residential complex. Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable!

100%ige Empfehlung! Juan und sein Team sind die absolut perfekten Gastgeber! Sie sind hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir mussten niemals auf Rückmeldung warten, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Wir haben grossen Respekt vor diesem Engagement! Wir können diese Location jedem empfehlen, der Ruhe sucht, nicht viel unterwegs sein möchte, gerne kocht und grillt und der eine Unterkunft sucht, die grosszügig ist (3 grosse Schlafzimmer mit je eigenem Bad!). Das Haus eignet sich ideal für 6 Personen. Doch auch zu zweit ist es perfekt. Die Hacienda selbst ist wunderschön gelegen. Schon Ende März war das Klima sehr warm, so dass wir sogar kurz ins Wasser springen konnten. Die Gischt ist stark, so dass man vorsichtig und aufmerksam sein muss in den kleinen Buchten mit den Lavasteinen. Ein Hinweis noch zu Teneriffas Strassen: Sie sind teilweise extrem steil. Achten Sie unbedingt auf die Schilder „Navigationsfehler und einem Pfeil, in welche Richtung man fahren soll“.

We had a really lovely stay at this villa. We are a family of 5 with 2 teenagers & a 6 yr old and we didn’t feel on-top of each other at all, it’s such a great space with the added bonus of a pool! Location is great. 1km walk to Del duque beach & 3km to Caleta and just around the corner from a shopping centre and restaurants. Zivile was a great host, we had drinks and snacks on our arrival and she was very quick to respond to any queries we had. We’ve all had such a lovely holiday, Thank you, would love to come back!

We (2 adults with two kids) enjoyed our stay at Marias place a lot Pros: > Lots of privacy > Fence around property and pool and therefore safe also for smaller kids > Well equiped (spices, kitchenware, toys for kids) > Lots of space private terrace and „public“ playground > Great location for various acitivities (beaches, hiking) Cons > You need a car > pool not heated We would really recomend the place for families with kids and hope to return!

We just wanted to thank Joaquin and the team for giving us a really great holiday. From booking to check-out they were absolutely faultless and we had a fabulous stay in their apartment. What first drew us to the property was the photo of the stunning view from the balcony but I have to say, the reality is even better! The studio was much larger than I expected and it had every amenity you could wish for. The kitchen is really well stocked for those that wish to self-cater but you are surrounded by a multitude of bars and restaraunts should you prefer to eat out (we highly recomend the El Horno De Neptuno for the most delicious, authentic tapas). The apartment complex is very well maintained. There is a lovely relaxed vibe and the onsite restaurant has a good selection of food for days when you wish to laze by the pool. The host offers an airport transfer service which was great as they arranged our check-in and gave us a tour of the apartment. Thanks for everything. We loved it x

We have been to this apartment on several occasions now and everything is in place for a fantastic holiday in a lovely clean apartment and the hosts are very responsive and so helpful to us on anything we need advice on. Keep up the great work Maria, Diessey and Pancho lovely helpful people 👍

I would recommend this place to anyone. Short walk to the beach and the apartment is situated in a well kept hotel with great amenities. Diego and co host Rosa are proactively attentive to the needs of guests and ensuring they have a great stay. Transport links and taxis are within a minute walk of leaving the apartment, as well as all of the restaurants and shops you need if you want to stay local and if not it’s only a 7 minute walk to Las Americas. The airport is only a 15 minute drive away and the hotel is happy to call/book a taxi for you. I was so pleased with the hosts communication, the apartment and my stay, I wish I booked longer. The apartment is definitely more value for your money and I would aim to stay there again, if when I return to Tenerife. My only downside was I had an early flight so arrived a lot earlier than the check-in, however, the host said they would have accommodated my early check-in request if the room had not been occupied the day I was arriving.

Truly a lovely apartment. Great position, calm and picturesque area, and all you need to feel comfortable. We spent a wonderful vacations, so that even the weather alerts and heavy rain a couple of times could not spoil it! And we thank Maria Nuria for her hospitality.

We had a wonderful time at Marina's apartment. The location is excellent, being peaceful yet very close to all major attractions. The property was impeccably clean and spacious. Finally, the host Marina was always at hand to make sure we are comfortable and providing everything we needed.

Le logement est très bien. La résidence est très propre (intérieur et extérieur). Les commerces et restaurants à proximité sont un plus. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Ocean Garden. We waren er als twee bevevriende stellen. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer uitgebreide keukenuitrusting. Twee badkamers was ook heel praktisch. Maar het grote pluspunt is toch wel het terras. Heel veel ruimte, moderne en fijne meubelen, zowel om te eten als te loungen. Kortom: we hebben genoten.

We had a great stay here as a family of 5. The complex is brilliant: the heated pool, choice of pools and bar. Food and drinks there are excellent. Very secure and good to have a dedicated parking spot. The apartment is spacious and worth the money paid. The terrace gets the sun and there are 2 loungers if you don’t want to hang out at the pool. We had a car and so explored the island, sometimes chasing the sun. The restaurant round the corner is excellent osteria San gennaro. Highly recommended stay.
