The place is highly recommended, if you are looking for a family friendly place, you will definitely get a privacy. Overall our stay we did not encounter any problems at all. Will definitely be back to this place.

The place was perfect for our big group. The location was not very close to Urbiztondo or San Juan beach where many restaurants are located, but it’s just a short ride away and there is a beach that is accessible by walking. Neil was also very helpful and proactive with our concerns. We appreciate it a lot and would definitely recommend the place!

Had a great stay at Rivero Transient house! Julie was super nice and was always helpful. She even give details about tourist spots that we wanted to go to. The house is really nice and peaceful, lots of amenities we enjoyed, specially the karaoke! The only thing we had an issue with was the indoor stove was broken so we had to cook outside and the outdoor grill was rusted so we didn't get to use it.

I stayed here before in 2019 & had a pleasant experience, so I thought to book it again and I had a similarily easy and hassle-free trip! While the parking is a bit tight, it is doable — we were able to park a montero and FJ in the garage. The home itself was very clean, spacious, and had everything listed. My favorite part about this place is its location. Very near everything and super close to the beach! Would very much stay here a third time :)

I reserved Ma'm Jocelyn's place for my daughter and her friends and they absolutely love it. spacious and neat. good vibe as my daughter said..not far from The Surf placen,San juan . co-host Madel is very attentive and helpful as well. will consider again when we go to LA Union.

the hosts were very welcoming along with their staff. Proactive communication and most you see how much value they've put to the place and service provided. would highly recomment the place and will definitely come back. families would enjoy their time there since it is peaceful as compared to the hostel community nearby. The market is also walkable and cooking food is easy with a complete kitchen

My friends and family had a great time. For the entire 3 days we've stayed, we just can't stop admiring the place and how good it was maintained. We got everything we needed, access to the amenies was smooth, staff was very friendly. It really had a warm and welcoming vibe. We will definitely go back. Our experience at Carol’s place was exceptional. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. Carol was a fantastic host, offering clear instructions and promptly answering questions we had. The location was ideal, close to main attractions yet in a quiet neighborhood. Jessie’s place is just exactly how it is described in here. Jessie is responsive and friendly. Communication and instructions were clear. Lively area of San Juan is walkable from the place. Overall, we had a great stay with my friends.

Their place feels like home and everything you need is already complete. Francisco is also accommodating and responsive. What stands out is every room has an AC and cozy bed. Thank you! We highly recommend this place. Will definitely come back. <333

the location was good and the caretaker is very friendly and accommodating.

The communication was seamless and efficient. The location is easily accessible, with numerous dining and bar options in close proximity. The premises were clean, and the bathroom was spacious. I would gladly stay here again.

Overall great stay. The room is clean. Aircon is very good. WIFI is fast. The host is very responsive. Ate caretaker is okay too. Some bits. First, the parking is quite tight especially if u have an SUV. Second, it’s location is not by the highway so it may be a problem for people w/o cars. And finally, there was a road construction on the faster path to/from San Juan beach. This is not the owner’s fault but it might be something to consider. A lot of roads are getting reconstructed along elyu, almost the same roads from last two years :)

Sir Greg and his son is very responsive, they provide clear instructions and their place is nice and relaxing, with great windows view specially at night. We'll definitely booked again with Sir Greg on our next trip to Baguio.

We had a great stay. it is less than 1km away from botanical garden. need to commute if pupunta ng burnham, and other TS around that area. the place is clean and the neighborhood is tranquil.

Very nice accommodation , strong water pressure , very clean and spacious unit , centrally located and near everything ! We would have love to extend but the unit is no longer available Will definitely consider coming back if we are in Baguio again !

I had an amazing stay! Nardie was super easy to talk to and assisted me every step of the way—before, during, and even after my stay. The place itself was beyond my expectations—beautiful, well-equipped, and had everything I needed. It’s also perfect for families since it’s peaceful and quiet. I especially loved the garden in the veranda, which added to the relaxing ambiance. Highly recommended!
