The place is beautiful, perfect for a getaway with family or friends. Each hut has its own private room and restroom, sitting area by the door, grill/cooking station, and outdoor clothing rack. We were provided with everything we needed. We also got a parking spot. The owner and staff were really friendly and accommodating. They were ready to chat and assist us at any given time, and even helped us find a ride to and from the public market. We had a wonderful time at Playa las Flores! Lounging by the beach in their huts/deck chairs as well as watching films in the activity area were especially nice. Will definitely come back and recommend to others :)

This will be quote a drive but it will be worth it. The place feels very private. It is as advertised. If you’re looking for a white sand beach other than Batangas, you should check this out.

We wanted to change rooms when we came and they gladly assisted us, it was a smooth transition. We will definitely come back and bring more of my friends as this place is quiet and really clean. The room was comfortable and has cold aircon. The camping chairs stepped up the experience. Also the assigned life guard was hands on with looking after our kid.

Loved the AirBnb! Our room was spacious and clean, and we also got to use the massage chair. Since our bed was big and comfy, it fit all three of us (including my gf's dog hehe). The AC was cool, the decor was nice, and ALL the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, on our second to the last day, my gf and I got sick so we had to stay inside all day, but it was comfortable and the host + staff were pretty helpful (we asked for assistance buying meds). We were sad we didn't get to drink beer at their mini bar or have a karaoke session but it was a pretty nice touch! Also great that a small beach was right outside their place. We were kinda sad that the water was super lowtide EXCEPT on our last day !!! (not the AirBnb's fault though of course) but we WERE able to swim a few times. It helped that it was there especially after we got sick since my gf didn't have to drive far out to another beach hehe. All in all a pretty good experience with Ms. Angela and everyone! As a large family, we stayed at Melisa's place for a week. Our thoughts: Pros: -- Great beach-side location. It was very easy to get to the ocean. -- Good layout. We liked the kubo setup of the property. -- Helpful staff. The caretakers were friendly and cooked delicious food for us. -- Mostly peaceful. We had the property to ourselves, which was very nice. Cons: -- Bathroom. There's only 1 toilet, which isn't ideal for large groups. Also, although the indoor shower and toilet have a wall between them, the wall doesn't quite extend to the ceiling. So it's a bit awkward if somebody's using the toilet while somebody else is using the shower. -- A bit of noise. The neighbors were mostly very quiet all week, which was nice. But on our last night, the property next door hosted a wedding ceremony, and the music blasted all afternoon until about 10pm. We don't blame Melisa for this, but there's a small noise risk. Overall: Very good, we would go back anytime.

The photos really show what you can expect with the place. It is located between other resorts but you can feel like you're the only ones to enjoy their side of the beach so you can take photos without worrying about having people around. The view on the sunset is also amazing. You should book this if you want a peaceful outing with your family and if they really like dipping in the water since there's also a mini pool if the waves get violent.

The Place is Beautiful and Private! Needs a bit of Repairing. Their Aircon was not working at first, thankfully they replaced the aircon right away.

It was a great stay i wish we had more days to stay. Good community, place is perfect for private and intimate gatherings. Will recomment to friends and family.

Our host was so kind and attentive. Lahat ng needs namin Bago pa dumating sa venue, naihanda, inasikaso talaga nila! 💯💯💯 Beyond the venue and amenities, they accommodated all our requests and simply made our stay at Moja's resort simply memorable. Best for groups with kids! It was the best playdate and sleepover for our kids ever! We would also like to commend the guest attendant Kuya RJ: very attentive, Ang liksi kumilos! We had a wonderful stay! The place was as in photos and large enough to hold our total guests. Wished we knew there were no towels provided ahead of time. But this was clarified after I asked the host - that not all resort homes would provide towels. I would have loved it if there was a note about it, like BYOT. For the high price of the entire place, I guess I assumed that towels would be available. Overall, it was a nice property and they had some wonderful staffers who helped us out.

House is big and easily accessible from and to Anvaya. Quie and Ram do their best to communicate well and on time. The house has a lot of picture frames which might turn some people off, but I genuinely find it amusing to see glimpses of the host’s family. The best value is indeed the free access to Anvaya, as they were able to accommodate 7 of us for free. Anvaya is way, way huge so you will really need a car for transportation, and honestly one day might not be enough if you also want to explore other activities such as sports. Overall, we would highly still consider this Airbnb should we go back to Anvaya in the future.

This is the epitome of customer service. Brazzy & Uncle Rudy took care of us and were very responsive. Friendly hosts and the catered food was sumptuous. Great vibes!

Joan was so responsive and I like how the way she was accommodating. She knew that I was travelling alone and I appreciated her giving me a breakfast stub! Super thankful.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa La Rosa! The place was clean, stylishly decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The rooms are quite small for 10 pax but the AC is cold and really helped beat the summer heat. Ms. Rose, Ate Christine, and Kuya Mike were incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. The location was perfect—close to the beach, market, and sari-sari stores. What we really appreciate is that it's peaceful and quiet especially at night. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful stay! The unit is big, clean, beautifully designed, and very spacious. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect — just a short walk to Driftwood Beach and Inflatable Island, with plenty of stores and restaurants right downstairs. We also loved the pizza place just below the building! The hosts were very accommodating, especially Ate Maribel, who made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place!

place was a bit far from our itinerary (pundaquit). we chose to stay here because of the wifi connection as we need to work during our stay. the host is responsive and accomodating and offered island hopping options and allowed us to extend for a few hours more.

Great place to stay, near the beach and lots of activities to do we rented ATV and dragon boat. It would be good if they can add free wifi, other than that it was a relaxing stay, we enjoyed it :)
