We had a lovely long weekend at Natasha's gorgeous home. Spotlessly clean, with modern upgrades and appliances. The layout is a bit unusual as the house has been renovated and split into at least 2 units. Located on main road into Swampscott, with a view of the ocean (across the road) out the front windows--very beautiful even in the middle of winter! We had snow 2 out of 3 nights, and on the first of these there was a gentleman outside shoveling the driveway and back steps around noon. But by our check out time (noon) on Monday, nobody had cleared the snow. Got our car out ok, and we cleared off the back steps so we could bring our luggage out. There was conflicting info between the listing and what we were told by the owner re check-in and check out times--we messaged owner (twice) to clarify check out time and never heard back from her, so called her on check out morning--she apologized and honored the original listing. Info in owner's instruction booklet at house needs updating.

Had everything you needed to sleep, cook and stay while visiting family.

This beautiful home is all you could ask for in a peaceful getaway. Every room was immaculate. Warm and inviting, it felt like home from the moment we walked in the door. Lauren's proactive communication put us at ease before we even arrived. Detailed entry instructions (with pictures!) made sure this was a stress-free process every step of the way. Every room was spotless and cozy. The pictures capture the rooms accurately, but they could d never show the hundreds of thoughtful touches that make this feel like home away from home. We loved the layout and only wish we had more time there. Whether watching a movie by the fireplace or eating dinner in the dinning room, this place was perfection. We spent a day in Concord and days in Boston and this location is ideally situated to explore both. If we're ever back in the area, we would love to go back. Great stay at this place! We stayed there a week before Chiistmas and the place had a beautiful Christmas tree and other Christmas decorations around the home. This really made it feel like home. We were able to sit at the fireplace and have a glass of wine and it even snowed that night which totally made the stay feel like a holiday. I would highly recommend this place. It was squeekly clean, sits on the water with great views, and easy to get to.

Our family had a wonderful long weekend. Beautiful views, inside of the main house is lovely and spacious; the four king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms were comfortable; tavern is an ideal place to hangout and play board games; great room had perfect views of the foliage and plenty of seating for whole family. The outside of the property is massive (including an orchard) for long walks that provided an ample place for my family to have our annual family relay race! Karen was wonderful to communicate with. The pond house is was a marvelous place in the mornings to sip coffee and see the deer passing through! Was a delight to stay here 😊

We loved it here! The perfect place for a small group of writers to stay and write, walk by the sea, and eat good food over interesting discussions.

This was our second stay at David’s home and it was everything we had hoped for. The house was spotless, well stocked and extremely comfortable. David does not cut corners and it shows. Speaking of David - he has always been friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and an all-around perfect host. We’re looking forward to visiting again in 2025!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect for our family trip to Boston - a short walk to Boston Commons, and close to the T to get anywhere in the city quickly. We loved the historic charm of the house, and the well equipped kitchen made breakfasts easy each morning before we took off on our Freedom Trail adventures. Thanks for a great stay!

This is a beautiful apartment located in the heart of Rockport. Will definitely come back here if possible for another trip!

Beautiful comfy cozy 🤩 setting chocked full of stunning sunrises and sunsets over the sea! 🌊 There were so many memories for us being back on the same street we’ve spent so much time enjoying for the funeral of a loved one who lived 3 doors down….. Comfort & closure resonated in the atmosphere as we walked the coastline & rest so sweetly in Susan’s lovely oceanside suite. 💝We will return my friend! Many Thanks!!!

This is by far one of the best Airbnb’s my family has visited. Very spacious and clean with the most comfortable beds. Had a great time relaxing after a day in exploring Boston. The hosts were very helpful with local recommendations and very quick to respond to any questions. Without a doubt we will be back to visit!

A lovely place to stay in the Salem. Great location that’s very walkable to downtown Salem and all the attractions therein. The apartment is great, with a comfy bed, smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals when not dining out. Host was very helpful, responsive and accommodating. Thank you!

Dave & Mandy were great hosts! Dave helped us with navigating the T and how to commute to our destinations! The house was spotless, with all of the amenities that you could need, family friendly, and in a great location. We were very comfortable and would definitely stay again!
