Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con patio en Salento

Vi hade en härlig vecka på vårt boende i Monopoli, allt fungerade klanderfritt. Fabrizio var mycket hjälpsam med tips om bilhyra, restips i Apulien och vad som fanns att göra i Monopoli.

Wonderful portion of a villa with great neighbors. The rooms are huge with beautiful furnishings and flooring. The terrace area really was a lovely way to embrace the day. The bed linens were to die for, crisp, ironed, white vintage Italian percale that made sliding into bed a sheer joy! Aunt Nia was an absolute delight and made us feel right at home for 6 weeks. Internet was great for 2 of us working. Everything we needed in a beautiful setting.

Wir sind 3 Nächte in der wunderschönen Unterkunft gewesen. Francesco hat uns persönlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Es gab bei Ankunft eine Flasche Wein und Wasser geschenkt. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich direkt am Strand, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet außerdem noch eine große Dachterasse für die Gäste an. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß mit den Kajaks, die zur freien Verfügung standen. Optional besteht die Möglichkeit, sich eine Massage zu buchen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen! Claudia heeft ons heel goed ontvangen. Ze wachtte ons op en reageerde direct. Onze auto konden we in de garage parkeren. Ze had veel leuke tips. Het appartement is ruim, heeft veel privacy en ligt op een goede locatie. Binnen 10 minuten wandelen door leuke straatjes ben je in het hart van het leuke stadje. Echt een aanrader!

Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Tolle Lage um zu Fuß an den Strand zu gehen. Federica war eine tolle Gastgeberin, hat sich immer um einen gekümmert und Anliegen direkt beantwortet und auch Empfehlungen für Restaurants etc gegeben. Wir würden immer wieder kommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Je recommande à 100% le logement proposé par Erasmina. C’est une hôte accueillante et aux petits soins, Erasmina a été disponible du début à la fin de notre séjour. L’appartement est propre, bien équipé et confortable. L’endroit est paisible. Je conseille juste de ne pas s’y rendre en voiture (Erasmina vous donnera toutes les infos nécessaires). N’hésitez pas, choisissez ce logement :)

Das ist ein wunderbarer Ort, an dem man Ruhe und Landschaft genießen kann. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Super bequeme Betten. Die Heizung im Bad war bereits eingeschaltet als wir ankamen und Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer verfügen über Klimaanlage und Heizung. Wir hatten eine tolle Kommunikation mit Germana. Vor Ort gab es viele hilfreiche Hinweise und Empfehlungen für die Region.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Tonia sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, vor allem die große Terrasse mit dem tollen Ausblick. Wir sind manche Tage einfach nur auf der Terrasse geblieben, weil sie so schön war. Tonia ist super nett, sehr proaktiv und jederzeit sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, perfekter Urlaub zum Entspannen :) Danke, Tonia!

This was a great base for exploring the city and region. An attractive 2 bed, with Netflix. Close to train station and excellent bakers a few streets away. As a hostess Tatiana went above and beyond from dealing with queries an issue and a breakage. Plus our 4th late addition was not a problem Deserves her 5 star rating.

Wir (7 Pers.) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Sara. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allen, was man braucht. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Ensuite Badezimmer. Die großzügige überdachte Veranda gibt ausreichend Schatten bei Sonne bzw. ermöglicht es, auch bei leichtem Regen Outdoor zu sein. Der Infinity-Salzwasser-Pool mit Meerblick und die Outdoor Küche mit Gas- und Holzkohle-Grill sind ein echtes Highlight. Ebenso die Rooftop-Terrasse mit Meerblick, die wir für Yoga Sessions genutzt haben. Die Lage ist super ruhig in einem Villenviertel. Die Villa hat einen traumhaften Tuffstein-Garten. Santa Maria de Leuca ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Dort gibt es kleinere Geschäfte und ein paar Bars/Restaurants. Zu unserer Reisezeit (Mitte Okt) war einiges jedoch geschlossen. Wochenmärkte, größere Supermärkte und Restaurants in den Nachbarorten zw. 5-8km entfernt. Sara und Sergio (Ansprechpartner vor Ort) waren jederzeit erreichbar und super hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung. We had a wonderful stay, both Angelo and Giorgio were helpful and responsive and gave great recommendations! The apartment fit the 4 of us perfectly, and wow what a stunning view! We could see the huge cliffs of Albania on a clear day! Close enough to walk into Castro which has some great restaurants and also short walk to the little cove of Aquaviva which was brilliant to swim. We had a lovely stay, wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend to others! Grazie Mille

La estancia en el apartamento de Luciano ha sido maravillosa! Aparte de que la localización es excelente y las comodidades de verdadero lujo (el jacuzzi es estupendo!), Luciano ha sido un anfitrión atento y encantador, que no ha dudado en ofrecernos consejos, focaccia, y hasta nos ha regalado un vino de su bodega. Repetiría sin dudarlo!

Świetny apartament, bardzo czysty, komfortowy, piękna łazienka. 5 min do plaży. Bardzo dobra klimatyzacja, która automatycznie się wyłącza przy otwarciu drzwi na zewnątrz . Ogólnie zdecydowanie polecam. Jedyną uwagą może być to, że nie wiedziałem przed zameldowaniem, że w jednej sypialni jest tylko jedno okno, które wychodzi na klatkę - to było lekkim minusem.

What a fantastic place so close to the beautiful town and beach and the terrace was perfect so quiet and private. Amazing shower and comfy bed, perfect! We ate out every night and all amazing. We parked at top of the hill on white spaces which are free. We’d love to come back!

Il soggiorno presso la struttura di Roberta è stato impeccabile, ogni aspetto della struttura è pensato nei minimi dettagli. L’accoglienza e lo staff sono sicuramente uno dei punti forti. Gli spazi sono ampi e ben arredati, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Il patio esterno è un vero gioiello, ideale per rilassarsi. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chi cerca un alloggio confortevole e ben posizionato.

Antonella è davvero una superhost! È stata sempre super disponibile e l’appartamento è una vera chicca. Ci siamo sentiti a casa, ed il paesino è davvero tanto carino! La posizione è strategica per vedere tante mete salentine interessanti! Tutto ottimo! Grazie e alla prossima ❤️

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt von A bis Z: - korrekte Wegbeschreibung/ Parkplatz in der Nähe - persönliches Check-in mit allen nötigen Infos - saubere, den Bildern entsprechende Unterkunft - zentral und nicht im Tourismushotspot liegende Location - alles zu Fuss erreichbar: Geschäfte, Bars, Restaurants - persönlicher Reiseführer der Gastgeberin woraus jeder Tipp zu 200% die Erwartungen übertroffen hat - gute Ausgangslage für viele Ausflüge ans Meer, in Städtchen - Ludovica ist freundlich, hilfsbereit, grosszügig (wir durften länger in der Wohnung bleiben, weil niemand gleich nach uns kam), schnell in der Kommunikation und hat einen sehr stilsicheren Geschmack. Es war ein toller Urlaub und wir kämen wieder!!! Sara und Noemi

Siamo stati ospiti da Maria Teresa ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio l’appartamento un vero “gioiellino”e l’accoglienza ottima , l’host sempre premurosa nei nostri confronti dandoci ottimi consigli della zona . Abbiamo avuto un problema con la macchina e lei ci ha aiutato a risolverlo . Peccato solo che il tempo è stato un po’ brutto . Ci ritorneremo molto volentieri un grazie di cuore e un abbraccio

Giacomo è stato molto disponibile , la casa era pulitissima e ben curata, il patio e la pineta impagabili con una vista sulla natura.Molto apprezzato anche dal nostro piccolo cane. Consigliatissimo

We had a fantastic stay at Andrea’s apartment! The space was absolutely lovely—quiet, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. Andrea clearly takes great care in creating a welcoming environment. Conversano itself is a hidden gem in Puglia. The town is gorgeous and so underrated. We loved strolling through the charming streets within the old city walls, soaking in the history and atmosphere. There are plenty of delightful restaurants, salumerias, and shops to explore, making it a perfect destination for foodies and culture lovers alike. We would absolutely recommend Andrea’s apartment and Conversano to anyone looking for an authentic and peaceful Puglian getaway. Thank you, Andrea, for such a wonderful stay!

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa casa vacanza! La locazione è semplicemente perfetta, a pochi passi dal centro storico. La vicinanza alle principali attrazioni turistiche ha reso il nostro viaggio molto comodo e piacevole. La casa è accogliente, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione a chiunque voglia esplorare la città senza rinunciare alla comodità di sentirsi a casa. Torneremo sicuramente!
