Timothy was such a great host. There were a couple occasional issues with appliances that were out of his control but he always responded quickly, communicated very well ,and was always available to answer questions. The place looked just like the pictures and is in a great location walking distance to restaurants, maho, and the beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again !

Literally Steps away from the beach, great location on one of the best beaches (Simpson bay) in Sint Maarten, location was perfect for us, walking distance to many things but do highly recommend a car rental too explore the many thing the Island has to offer. As for the unit it was perfect for my wife and I for our 4 week stay, everything we needed to make it feel like home. Exactly as described in listing and like the fact it had a bar-b on the rooftop deck which was fantastic for watching the airplanes coming and going as well as the beautiful sunsets. Mark and Roshitha were fantastic to deal with and very responsive when needed with a wealth of info on the Island. Very hard to leave after a 4 week stay and will 100% rent from again. The house is amazing, it has everything people need. There are some restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores near to the place. Orient Beach is beautiful and it will take you only 5-10 minutes by car. Do not recomment to stay in this place if you do not have a car. The island does not have taxis near to this place, does not have uber. The electricity is all european, the chargers do not work, the host should have a couple of adaptors just for phones.

I was very impressed, how clean the place was , I felt right at home and i felt safe, Grate Bay Beach is about 5 min drive, the beach was the reason and highlight of my trip, I really enjoyed my stay, will book again.

It was a very well located and great apartment in Orient Bay, exactly what we were looking for a week family vacation for 3 people. The kitchen had all the necessities for cooking. The appliances were practical and easy to use. The host provided all needed instructions ahead. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would likely return.

Wow! A fantastic property in a fabulous location! The unit is perfect for a couple and enjoys a very large wonderful balcony with outstanding views. The pool was lovely! The restaurants in the area a fabulous, as well as all of the beach club restaurants.

Our stay started with a minor hiccup, but our host handled it with incredible professionalism and care. They immediately arranged for us to be transferred to a luxurious hotel at no extra cost, ensuring our comfort and peace of mind. The Airbnb was impeccably clean, with cozy and a well-maintained space that made our stay truly enjoyable. Unexpected situations can arise anywhere, but the way this host prioritized our experience and went above and beyond to resolve it was truly impressive. One thing that stood out about this place is how well furnished it was. Whatever you think you need, you could find. Everything from a well stocked kitchen (with everything including a coffee machine, blender, baking pans, dishes, places, cups, knives, glasses, oven, fridge etc) to beach chairs and noodles, to an abundance of towels, Lucy and Radek have truly turned this into a home away from home for every guest. Lucy was gracious in letting me borrow an electric mosquito zapper racket which took care of the bugs and mosquitoes. With the house being on the beach, you walk out and straight into the beautiful Simpson Bay beach. The apartment is located in a quite neighborhood with friendly locals who always greeted me with a smile as I passed, but it is also located very close to all the amenities you need (stores, restaurants, casinos, clubs etc). If you take excursions, you will be walking distance from the dock and the boats! I would unreservedly recommend this apartment!

Great location! Grocery store and many restaurants are all on the same strip in walkable distance!! Left plenty of necessities like towels, wash clothes, toilet paper and dish soap. Over all great place to stay!!
