Just like the listing. Great views. Clean and stocked. Nice host. Wonderful quiet beach. The offering of beach chairs and umbrellas (and other beach stuff) was helpful. Cute coffee bar was a nice touch. You can hear road noise at night from the bedrooms but that’s expected for the area/location.

Front Beach Road properties are severely overrated. I’ve been to PCB over 100 times and have always stayed on front beach road. I will never stay on front beach road again. Because of Chuck’s property, I will always stay on a bay. It’s such a different vibe without all of the chaos. Chuck has a beautiful compound of multiple rental units that all seem unique to one another. This one is very nice and spacious and cozy. Only downside I could think of, is if you want to cook a lot during your stay, bring a sheet pan and grill brush.. as things like those are not supplied. Although Chuck is the type of guy to where, if you asked for those things, he most likely would supply them for you.. to be honest, I just didn’t want to bother him.. lol. But he wouldn’t have minded at all. That’s the kind of host he is. Perfect family spot with tons of activities and only a 5 minute drive to Saint Andrew’s which is a beautiful bayside restaurant area. My kids are already begging to go back asap.

I stayed here 4 nights with my 21 year old daughter in April. It was just as beautiful as it is in the pictures. The view of the blue-green ocean is amazing to wake up to. The balcony is big enough to seat 4 people comfortably. The kitchen has everything you might need if you want to cook. One of the things that caught my eye in the listing was that beach chairs were available. Not only were they available, but they were brand new and exactly what I have at home. Along with the beach towels provided, I couldn’t ask for more. And even though we were on the 16th floor, we never had to wait more than a few seconds for an elevator and they were super fast. The heated pool and hot tub were great as well. I would definitely recommend this condo and hopefully will make it back next year!

My wife and I loved this place! There were tons of great restaurants and shops close by and the beach was beautiful. There was a slight hiccup with the WiFi when we got there but it was figured out early the next day.

This was second stay and certainly not my last. If you are looking for nice clean place to stay within walking distance to the beach. A beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. perfect for rest and relaxing.

Immaculate, amazing, incredible. The list goes on. This cozy place was perfect for me and my daughter! We had an amazing time and will definitely be back! The location was great and Chris went above and beyond as a host! I swear the Airbnb had to be brand new! Everything was so clean and so nice! Loved it!

It was a great, cozy place, close to the beach within a five minute drive of everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!

WE had an amazing stay. Sally was quick to answer our text. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed and more. I loved that every age had plenty to do and enjoy. By far the best rental for family vacation we have ever booked. Hostess thought of everything you could need and added touches like games for all ages, outdoor seating, pool floats, etc. Thank you for opening your home for families like ours to enjoy. we'll be back!

I had to alter my reservation several weeks after booking, and I had no issues. Darin contacted me during the stay checking to see how my stay was going. I had no issues from check in until departure.

We had an amazing stay at Christine’s place! The home was absolutely gorgeous and spotless when we arrived. We were able to check in a little earlier than check in time so that was a huge plus for us! This home is so close to everything and our kids loved it!

I stayed here for a week while I worked in town. It is a dream! Very quiet and peaceful location. The beds are a dream! 💭 The kitchen is beautifully updated and has all the things you might need. The A/C works great (I am hot-natured) and the lock and unlock app for the door is very convenient. It’s so nice to have a full kitchen and laundry facilities when staying in town for a full week. Would 100% recommend and I would stay again if the need arises. Thanks again!

Great place! Across the street from beach and cars can be loud. Private pool was amazing and great for after beach fun! The fenced in yard was perfect for our pups to join us.

Perfectly perfect! The house layout, the condition, the beds, the showers, the stocked kitchen, the view, the location, the garage of options you don’t have to pack yourself - cannot say enough about how much two adults, two teens and two toddlers enjoyed our stay! Walks, beach, pool, boardwalk, golf cart, bikes, pizza, ice cream, cocktails, games, movies, great sleep and hot showers! Perfect!!

Alan was incredibly helpful & had some amazing recommendations. Their little slice of paradise was immaculate! Spotless, well decorated, fully stocked with the little things. 5 ⭐️ across the board & a must stay! Right next to a local restaurant that has delicious food & drinks. We will absolutely be back for another, much longer, stay!

Mr. Rusty was awesome to communicate with fast and accurate. His place was in spotless condition and in my opinion better then I could have hoped for. The condo was located in gated complex with awesome neighbors friendly and helpful. Beach is literally 1 min away and the beach is clean and chairs are available. On the complex you got a nice pool and a hot tub. My family and I will sure come back because it really felt like a second home

we had an amazing stay! my kids step dad and I decided we needed a vacation. we brought 2 out of 4 children and it was the best view! very convenient for things you need nearby. beach was private it was great! amazing view. 👏

We had a wonderful day at Kristi’s place! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated and incredibly peaceful. Each morning, we enjoyed breakfast on the balcony, listening to the sound of the ocean, and ended our evenings with drinks while watching the sunset-absolutely perfect. Kristi went above and beyond with thoughtful recommendations for dining and shopping, which added so much to our experience. What truly stood out was her exceptional service and communication. She helped make our anniversary extra special by recommending a local florist-my wife loved the arrangement! And when a minor bathroom issue came up during our stay, she addressed it promptly and professionally, ensuring it didn’t disrupt our trip. We truly appreciated your hospitality and can’t wait to come back!

Carla was an exceptional host! Everything was as stated, and more! We were able to pack less stuff by Carla having extras at the condo, such as beach chairs (2) and beach towels (4). There was even a pack and play (playpen) available for use. We don’t have a baby but my daughter loved using it for her baby doll to “sleep” in. If you are looking for a family friendly, peaceful, quiet place to stay while in PCB I highly recommend this one. Plenty of places to sleep, extra blankets and pillows. Multiple elevators to use. Getting onto the condo was a breeze as well as setting up your parking pass. Staff at the condo were great as well. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub was excellent to relax in. The view from the balcony is amazing. The furniture is so comfortable. We were on a budget so we grocery shopped and cooked food in the kitchen. There were plenty of pots/pans and other dishes to make different meals as well as cabinet/counter space. I could go on and on! I recommend this!
