We loved the quick access to the historic district downtown. We also were thankful that it was pet-friendly which allowed us to bring our 2 small dogs. We enjoyed the bed - it slept very well. Being a queen bed, sometimes me being 6 ft 1 in. doesn't always end well, but I slept like a log the entire time. The air conditioner worked well and cooled upstairs and downstairs very well. That was a huge plus for us, too! We loved the layout of the space. Thank you for a quick get-a-way to our home away from home, St. Augustine!

Christina's place was comfortable and Spotless, and it had a nicely stocked kitchen and bathroom toiletries. the only downside is that it's very difficult to find, which is the fault of Google Maps and the fact that I arrived late at night in a rainstorm when visibility was poor. Google Maps will send you down a random side street and make you think you have to walk across a field to get there. you don't. you need to read Christina's directions carefully to figure out where to turn off of the main road. I think that having some lights on the house may have helped, but no matter: once you spot the church sign in the front, it all makes sense.

First time renting through Airbnb. House was just what I expected to see, clean and pleasantly decorated. The yard was mowed and fence was secure for our dog. Veronica was very nice and helpful. It even worked out for us to add a day to our stay when we got to Florida a day early. There were extra blankets, towels and the kitchen was well equipped. The house was the ideal size for my husband and I. Plenty of room for my dog to play. I was very happy with my stay.

This will be my second time staying at Virginia’s Orlando location. My husband and I truly love it so much and will continue to stay here. Virginia is very responsive and is always checking up on you. Her description of the place is accurate. The location is lovely and is extremely safe! I have only good things to say and would recommend this Airbnb to anyone. :)

Thank you, Dmitry and Lucy, for a wonderful stay. This place was perfect for my pup and me. The apartment was clean and exactly as advertised. The hosts were thorough with expectations and instructions. 5 minute drive to the beach, very safe feeling neighborhood. I would 100 percent book again when I’m back in the area.

We would recommend this listing. It was very clean. There were extra blankets, pillows and towels. Though we only used this for sleeping, due to our busy itinerary, it was stocked with extras like dishes and pots and pans and even spices to help prepare meals in. Chelsea sent a quick text every day to check on us with excellent communication. There were a few snack size bags of chips and cold bottles of water upon our arrival for a nice extra touch. The street noise is on the living room side, not the bedrooms. It was perfect for our needs.

My family stayed at Yvonne and John's place during our Easter Break vacation and had a blast. The home is very spacious and comfortable. We loved the layout of the home and my family even said they liked it better than our own house! I think the hot tub, pool, and game room probably won them over the most. I loved the extra spaces for our luggage, plenty of clean towels, master bathroom, giant washer and dryer and the extras provided in the kitchen. Walmart is so close, so I was able to get some snacks easily which was convenient. We picked the place because it was so close to the parks and driving was easy in the area. The home was perfect and so comfortable for our vacation. Communication was very easy and clear. Thank you Yvonne and John so much! We hope to get back and recommend your place as a great home in Orlando area. Way better than a hotel!

Absolutely loved this house! I took my family on vacation to Melbourne for the 1st time and this house was a perfect fit for us! I had my husband, 2 teen girls and one of their friends, plus our 2 dogs and we had plenty of space! The house is located in a great place, close to everything! There's plenty of restaurants close by and there are beautiful beaches within 20-30 minutes. The pool was awesome, my kids loved being able to swim whenever they wanted to. It was still a little to chilly to get to really enjoy it, so we definitely have to cone back when it gets warmer! I would definitely bring my family back and stay here again! I wish we could've stayed longer, since we were only able to stay 4 nights. So next time we're staying the whole week. I definitely recommend this house to others! We had an amazing time!

What an amazing stay we had here! This is a peaceful & very clean home in a safe neighborhood, walking distance from the beach & any store or restaurant you’d need are a quick drive. There’s an incredible playground/park called South Beach Park & Sunshine Playground just a few mins drive away! The beds & furniture were all so comfortable, the house is thoughtfully stocked well-kitchen, bathroom & laundry had all we needed including soaps, shampoos & conditioner. There are plenty of beach towels, pool & beach gear (chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc). If you have small children, there’s a few games & packnplays too! The backyard is beautiful-a great space to hang out, have a meal, relax & swim. The pool is heated-we could even get in on the cool & rainy days & still be warm! This was such a huge bonus for us! The hosts are AMAZING-very quick to respond to any questions, great communication, the check-in/out process is super simple. Will DEFINITELY stay here again!!

We were a family of 4, with 10 and 7 year old boys. The pool and additional beach and pool toys were an absolute smash. It made going to the beach so easy. We were also able to relax by the pool, and BBQ one night. Everything was laid out beautifully. We would easily return to this place, or another of Stephanie's places having stayed here. It was everything we could have wanted for a family stay.

The home was exactly as described. The backyard is truly an oasis, very private and peaceful. The pool was wonderful and heated to a comfortable temperature. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. A short drive to Clearwater and St. Petersburg, Anna is a wonderful host, very pleasant, helpful and responsive.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful townhome! The private pool and stunning lake view truly made it feel like a luxurious retreat. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. The townhome itself was not only comfortable but also had a cozy, home-like feel. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend!

My wife described the stay as “absolutely fabulous “. We took our mothers to St Augustine to explore the wonderful city where we got engaged, and this stay made it feel like a luxury trip! We also saw deer in the backyard, it was so spacious, peaceful, and cozy. Would definitely stay again!

Vicky was super helpful with explaining how to locate the property as well as any concerns that may have arisen. Very friendly and honest. The property is very much a cabin, with wildlife and a nice scenic drive to and from. This is a gem in the area. Centrally located to many must see destinations. I most enjoyed feeling as if I was camping instead of a tourist while I visited the area. I plan on returning whenever I am in the area.

Place was great! Beautiful location and nice quiet spot. Felt safe and close to everything. Only downside was that there was a lot of dog poop in the front yard when we arrived, which is not necessarily the host’s fault, but I did pick it all up so he didn’t think it was my dogs’. Location was great to access the zoo and the Jumbo Shrimp game. Would definitely come back!

needs to be more specific on details.. the listing says he stays there sometimes. but he actually lives there full time... didn't have as much privacy as we were expecting. but Richard was a great host, very nice!

My wife and I stayed for Christmas week and it was the perfect place to rest and recharge amid the festivities. We loved everything about this charming bungalow and felt very much at home. We especially appreciated the proximity to Crescent Lake for walks with our pup Stanley! Just can’t say enough good things about the experience—clean, cozy, well-stocked with all the essentials, warm and very relaxing. The proximity to I-275 and US-19 makes getting to Tampa and Clearwater easy and the gulf beaches are a short drive west. Best of all, host Gina is a gem of a human! Cathy, Stanley and I give it 4 thumbs and 4 paws up!l 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🐾🐾 and would love to visit again!

Cheryl's place was great for our family of three. Clean, comfortable rooms, plenty of space, light filled, perfect AC, all the supplies one can think of in the kitchen, bathrooms. Very nice, clean, generously sized pool and back yard were one of reasons I picked the place and it was very enjoyable. Garage filled with towels, beach chairs, swimming goggles, swimming / beach toys. Cheryl thought of everything! Easy location for the Tampa Bay area. Definitely recommend!

Lea’s place was great for a stay attending a swim meet at the North Shore Aquatics Complex. Her place was just as described and had everything that you could want. The backyard was really nice and relaxing! Sitting under the umbrella on a lounge chair in the afternoon was perfect! The master bathroom was really nice. I appreciated the shower controls being on the wall which allowed you to turn the shower on without getting soaked. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would ever need to prep a meal. While we didn’t have a dog with us, Lea’s would be an excellent place to stay with a pup.

We really liked being there, it is a very quiet place and the communication with our host was excellent, any inconvenience that was presented to us, he quickly solved it.
