Absolutely perfect! Relaxing. Quiet. The property was beautifully landscaped! Just steps to the beach! House was clean and quite spacious. Devi was responsive and available to answer all questions. Highly recommended. We plan to come back!

Jodi is a terrific host. This is the second time we have stayed at one of their townhomes at Barrier Dunes. They do everything top notch. The place is well stocked with everything we needed. The grill is high quality. The beds are very comfortable. It is just a great stay all around.

Peace Out On The Cape was phenomenal!!! The location is perfect: Steps to the beach and 2 minutes to the state park. Only 5 minutes to the best donuts I’ve ever had! The house itself was very comfortable. The extra beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, wagon) is a great touch! We also enjoyed grilling out a few nights. Having laundry was very convenient. The beds and furniture were very comfy. The host is also very nice and responsive. Upon checking in, there was a small issue with the lock to the beach equipment closet, but the host responded to my message and fixed the issue before it impacted our stay. I am already dreaming of another trip here next summer!

The condom etc all our expectations. Not only is this located right on the bay that we could enjoy from the comfortable interior, well stocked kitchen and the primary bedroom there is plenty of room to enjoy solitary time. We appreciated two covered parking spaces and the elevator plus a wagon in the unit to transport belongings. We didn't want for anything when we prepared dinners several nights, fully stocked kitchen including spices and coffee center. You will find maps of the area, sightseeing pamphlets and and binder with clear instructions, menus etc. Excellent Air bnb hosts. Thank you.

I enjoyed the Justin's place. It was clean, near, inviting and warm. I felt very safe, and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept through the night from the first evening. It was so relaxing and calming. I would live to stay there again! Many thanks, Justin for the invaluable tips for dining and touring!! You're amazing!!

This is the most beautifully decorated beach home I’ve ever stayed at. I’m an interior designer and most beach places are so cheesy and tacky but this place was gorgeous and very thoughtfully done and that elevates the whole space. Great air conditioning and perfectly stocked. Beds were insanely comfortable too. So much amazing beach gear provided too that made life more enjoyable and easy! There was one large cockroach we found but that is more a function of being next to the pond and at such a low elevation and very understandable and not in way related to the cleanliness overall which was perfect.

Albert is an awesome host and his “Home By the Sea” on Cape San Blas was divine! His place is very clean and well taken care of and it has everything you need for cooking in the kitchen or hanging out on the beach, just bring your beach towels! He led us to all the spots on and off the Cape with restaurant recommendations, PLUS! We snorkeled with AquaBear Adventures and rode horses on the beach with Rockin’ M Ranch. The water was still cold in early April, but we made the best of it and the close proximity to the beach made it easy to come and go. We also enjoyed the upper deck and view off the ocean side bedroom, as well as the screened porch and the lower deck near the grill. The small community of Barefoot Trace was quiet and peaceful and being able to hear the ocean through the windows and screened doors at night was a bonus! We loved everything about our stay except the parking situation. We were told there was room for 2 cars. Our minivan could fit our truck could not. This unit has strictly one space. Other than parking, the view, the beach, the unit, the pool and grounds were beyond amazing!

Cape San Blas is so low key; the party is not here. The beaches dog friendly and quiet. I loved spending every morning walking the into the state park finding beautiful shells. It’s a beautiful place to watch the sunset on the beach. The home is very comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend this property.

Really beautiful home. I came for a birthday trip and it really made the most of the area for us. There was plenty of space in the home and all the amenities you could need for your stay. It was really lovely and super comfortable. We can’t wait to come back. Thanks Lindsey!

The place was absolutely beautiful and everything worked great. The outside area was truly amazing and very comfortable. The inside was amazing with a great living room, spacious kitchen, and two bedrooms with balconies on either side. The neighbors were very nice and welcoming and the beach is so close! There is a great downtown area down in Port St. Joe (although it's around a 20 minute drive). It was amazing!

Our stay at Finn's on the Cape was wonderful. The townhome is very clean and well maintained. The community is lovely with great amenities and close access to the beach. There is a club house with restrooms at the beach access that we found very convenient. We loved the location because we were on the gulf but so close to the state park that we easily went fishing in the bay multiple times there. The beds were clean and comfortable and the water pressure for showering was great.

Elizabeth was great to work with. We were going to miss the sunset the first night and she was able to capture a picture of it and had it sent to us. Thank you for the last minute accommodation for us to get away for the weekend.

We had a great stay and I recommend Heather’s place and would come back again! I want to make a special shout out to how comfortable the beds Heather has. Out of all the places I’ve ever stayed (airbnbs, hotels, Vrbo, family homes etc) these were easily the best beds I’ve slept on other than our own at home! My family only used 2 of the rooms but we talked about how comfortable it was to sleep at dinner our last night. The community pool was well kept (was being cleaned at 6:30am when we walked our dogs) and access to the beach was easy.

The house was amazing and beds were comfortable. The beach was so much closer than the pictures make it seem. And it was so clean. We loved walking the beach multiple times a day. Close enough to town that we could go whenever we wanted but far enough away that we got to have a get away. We had a great 20 minute long dolphin show on our first full day. They played in the water and jumped around. It was great. They migrate back and forth throughout the day. Alexandra was attentive and so nice and answered all my annoying questions with grace and understanding. We would definitely book again.

The house was cozy & was exactly as they advertised it to be in the pictures. It was clean & the back yard was perfect for my dog. I loved how they supply cleaning supplies, extra necessities as well. Good place to stay & I would stay again.

Jeanne’s place is indeed a rare find, with an unbelievable back view that we enjoyed from the privacy of the living room and two different decks. The townhouse interior is serene, with a beautifully minimal beachy vibe. I especially appreciate it when a kitchen is furnished with stuff for people who actually cook—hard to tell from a listing—and Jeanne’s place is. And she was responsive and professional, with a just-right approach. We’re grateful for the chance to stay there, and we’ll definitely be back. Oh, and we’ll head two blocks over to Gene’s Oyster Bar first thing too, the perfect start to a delicious week in PC!

Very nice condo right over the water. They are recovering from Helene and there was some construction going on while we were there, which was not too disruptive. There is no beach directly in front of the house since it’s right over the water, but the beach is a very short walk away. The house was clean and just as pictured. Plenty of towels, dishes, etc. and also plenty of beach chairs provided. We found the beds too firm and the pillows uncomfortable. We would stay again.

Great place to stay, it was wonderful having our pup with us at the beach. Pelican’s Porch is all you need in an Airbnb. We loved the town of Pt St Joe and venturing over to Appalachicola…especially loved that there were no highrises…hope it stays as “The forgotten coast, ” but it does appear to be developing rapidly….Highly recommend Raeanne’s place !

Andrew was very responsive, kind, and helpful before, during and after our stay. The location and condo was as described. It was spacious, comfy, homey, and just a short walk to the beach. The beach was private and beautiful despite the hurricane disruption. We would love to return in warmer season. November getaway.

Great location, 2 min walk to the beach. Plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and toys, and a beach wagon to take everything to the beach. Plenty of space to spread out.
