This home was beautiful! Plenty of space for the seven of us for our girls' trip. Helen was an excellent host. She was very responsive to any questions we had. The property was well-stocked with towels and linen, and had a washer and dryer in case you needed to do laundry. The backyard is beautiful. Extremely flexible check-in/check-out options. I would definitely stay again.

We had to find a place to stay with our 2 little dogs last min, we found this Airbnb and had the best experience! Erik was so friendly and gave us plenty of local recommendations and wanted to make sure we had a great time and were happy and comfortable! Everything was clean and well taken care of, our bed was super comfortable and our doggies felt right at home! We will definitely be staying here again in the future! Thank you Erik for everything!

Ken's place was very comfortable and Ken was a great host. He was super responsive and provided great instructions, the house was clean and easy to navigate. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting in the greater San Diego area.

The place was perfect for our family which included a 22 month old. The hosts thought of everything one could need! Used the stroller everyday to walk to the beach boardwalk just down the walkway and to Bay boardwalk just across the street. Super clean, comfortable and one of the top AirBnBs we’ve stayed in. Highly recommend!!

We loved Rodrigo’s place , definitely a place to come back for a family vacation. The house very spacious, clean, and perfect for our kids. Very safe community. Rodrigo was responding our message quickly, very helpful. 100% we recommend this place .

One block walk to Ocean Beach. A variety of casual restaurants/eateries/coffee shops within walking distance. The neighborhood was overall clean and felt safe. We were able to find parking on the street within 1-2 blocks. Good communication with host. Would stay again.

Great place with family and dog, would definitely recommend. Very comfortable and spacious, loved the backyard fenced in. Very clean. Nice park 2 blocks away with playground and space to play with dogs. Easy access to freeway everywhere. Rachel was very accesible.

Kevin's place was quiet and peaceful . It's a little smaller than I thought, but it was clear that Kevin put a lot of care into keeping the place clean and comfortable.

Excellent hosts who were proactive in making sure we (4 of us)had everything we needed during our 5 day stay to visit son's family ! Tony brought a welcome tray with variety of snacks & drinks, besides those in the refrig...so very thoughtful & grandaughters enjoyed many of the treats. Located in a very quiet, nice neighborhood within short walking distance to beach, park area and coffee shops. Daughter & 2 granddaughters stayed in bedroom with queen & bunk beds & I stayed in Master. All very comfortable! To note too: Nice remodel, lg bathroom shower with super water pressure- was nice after long day out & about. Everything we needed, super hosts & would highly recommend this location!

We spent 13 nights at Angela’s while visiting our daughter in PB. The apartment is very comfortable with a cute beach theme. Bed was comfortable and shower great. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Angela had excellent communication and rules and apartment use guidelines were very clear. The location was fantastic for walking to the ocean, great coffee, bakery and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend Angela’s apartment and hope to stay again!

Great stay, right by the beach and lots of restaurants/bars. Fun to just walk around and explore the neighborhoods and the coastline. Place is a little bit smaller than pictures show BUT everything was clean and well stocked. The lady who we got our keys from was very kind! We had a wonderful stay!

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado , sobre todo si vas a algún evento en el estadio Caliente , es ideal para llegar caminando y evitar el caos del tráfico. Adicionalmente hay varios sitios para comer y bares muy accesibles. La vista de noche es increíble, el alojamiento fue cómodo y ameno. Únicamente recomendaría poner más toallas y cobijas. En si todo muy bien.

This was our second time staying at this condo. Very nice setup, so nice to being out dog and so close to the dog beach! Will stay again.

Carlos was a great host, replied promptly to our questions. The whole place was really clean when we arrived, and it was exactly how it was described on the pictures. Pet friendly without the massive restrictions as other rentals. Walking distance to Belmont Park, restaurants, bars and the beach. Great location and we will definitely book this place again when we come back.

Title: Great Value, but be Prepared for Noise I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had an overall positive experience. The location was fantastic—easy to find, and it was conveniently close to local attractions and restaurants. The host was responsive and friendly, making the check-in process smooth. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Considering the price compared to other options in the area, I felt it was a great value. However, one thing to note is that the property is in the flight path for San Diego airport. While this wasn’t an issue once I fell asleep, the noise from the planes, neighbors, and outdoor sounds made it a bit challenging to get to sleep on the first few nights. The walls seemed a bit thin, so I could hear quite a bit of outside noise. Overall, I'd recommend staying here, but be prepared for the noise—especially if you're a light sleeper. We had an amazing stay. Chris was very responsive. The view is incredible. Hearing the waves is soothing. The place is kids friendly with toys and books that are very fun. The area has lots of food choices. It takes just a few mins to be right on the beach. He has a wagon and beach toys. This was a very hassle free, enjoyable stay with our three little kids. No one wanted to leave.

Probably the best Airbnb my wife and I have ever stayed in. Amazing location with a spectacular view. Easy check in and when you walk through the door you are met with an incredible home with peaceful music and super clean living space. Only con was the elevator situation (only one working and takes a min to get to you) but meh no big deal. We never wanted to leave the Airbnb that’s how awesome it was. Great location as well and right next to the beach. Thanks for one awesome trip and home.
