If you’re looking for comfy cozy home away from home, this is it. Close to the airport about 10-12 minutes away, plenty of places to get food walking distance, quiet comfortable environment. My guest and I enjoyed our stay.

I had a wonderful time staying at Netzer’s place. I am very familiar with the area and it felt like home. The home was very beautiful and had parking !!! Also it was so peaceful!! Netzer was very responsive and helpful !! I would definitely recommend staying here!

The area was great even for after the beach days or lazy days when u wanna just order in and enjoy the pool or games.

Great cozy place. Heartfelt attention to details, water, snacks, tea, hot chocolate, etc..Functional and charming! Janette, the host, is proactive and friendly. She quickly responded to the Island wide outage so we would not stay without power. overall, we felt very like at home.

The place was great, especially the outdoors. We had a great time in San Juan and the house met all our expectations. Adonis was quick to respond and we look forward to visiting again soon.

After an inconvenience with a former Airbnb rental during our stay in PR, German’s property was posted and it surpassed every expectation and more! The apartment was pristine, appliances were new, the rooms were super clean, and most of all the privacy and serenity of the location was top tier. It was located in what you would call a suburb area of Carolina with local businesses and supermarkets close by. Only a 10 minute drive or so from beaches and San Juan. We had a car rental so access to business and activities were easy but I’d definitely recommend a car rental unless you want to Uber everywhere. There were no complaints during our stay! Pest free, clean, with all the amenities you need. Thank you again German!

We were very pleased with Jennifer's accommodations for three adults. We especially appreciated her responsiveness to each of our inquiries, both before and during our stay. The privacy and beauty of her pool area was a real plus, as well as we were able to have use of the laundry facilities. The traffic noise behind the property was but a small issue and did not affect our enjoyment. The on site parking amenity was a huge plus as well and we always felt secure on the property. There were also a number of places to eat and shop (including a Costco) within just a few minutes drive. Attractions are varied and not too far away - i.e, beaches, forests, Old Town San Juan, Malls, - as well as for those wishing to visit the beautiful Puerto Rico Temple. If we ever have occasion to visit Puerto Rico again, we will definitely look no further than Jennifer's gracious and comfortable accommodations.

Wilson was an amazing host and super informative as well. He gave us a list of local recomendations for food and activities that saved the day when trying to find where to go next. The Bnb is amazing for the price, very much so a good “bang for buck” place.

Lianne’s apartment felt like home. What stood out the most was how clean and great smelling it was when you walked in. It was the perfect place for our stay, every morning that we woke up we were greeted by singing birds and the sound of frogs. It was such a peaceful and beautiful experience. Definitely book with Lianne, she’s very helpful, she responds quickly and has really good recommendations on anything you’re looking for.

Arrived on a Monday night before leaving and Jackie and her husband came out to help me. from day one she's been very responsive and providing clear instructions. on the day I was set to arrive Jackie even spoke to my Uber driver to give him cedar directions to her place. she was amazing and I felt right at home at her place. the bed was so comfy and the little gifts she left was so special. The outside surely fooled you from what was inside in a great way. If I ever visit again I'd stay right around Jackie's place again and again.

My family of four stayed at Beatrice's place. The place was clean and smelled fresh. The view of the beach from the balcony was one of the things my family loved (especially my girls). Having coffee there was unforgettable. The pool and beach are steps away from each other. The building was clean. The beach chairs were something we didn't expect, and we enjoyed them. We were there during the power outage, and Beatrice kept us informed and gave us other options. Since we had to move to a hotel, she let us end our stay early and refunded part of our money. This was something that was out of her hands, and she handled it very well and professionally.

Esther and Rosemary weren't only the best AirBnb hosts I have ever had, but also amazing tour guides. They provided recommendations and things to do across the entire island. They were extremely detailed in their suggestions and they made this trip such an enjoyable experience. At one point, the power went out across Puerto Rico, they were attentive and while the hosts are not responsible for power outages, took responsibility and offered to bring batteries, informed us of updates and provided flashlights. They were more than accommodating. Their space was clean and a great price considering the location and size. It has walking access to tons of restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. Compared to other locations we had viewed, this was certainly the most bang for our buck. I 10/10 recommend booking with them if you want insider and local recommendations on where to go!

The apartment is very safe. My wife and I loved it They have Security at the gate. The indoor parking is nice. The Neighbors are friendly no smoking or loud noises. Jose makes sure you have everything you need and still checks on you for anything that may've been missed ( He didn't miss anything for our stay) The place was spotless and cozy. I'll definitely will be staying there again and will recommend Jose's listing to all my friends.

We came to celebrate my daughter and her father’s birthday it was very clean loved that the shower handle pulled down for my toddler. Loved everything it was so comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay at Thauana's place. The pool area, the covered patio next to the pool and the kids playground were highlights of our stay for our kid. Was a great area for her to run around and to enjoy the beautiful weather. Location was excellent to reach the beach after a quick walk or to go to the supermarket around the corner. Would highly recommend it.
