Renta de casas vacacionales en Russafa, L'Eixample

Wir wurden von Santiago persönlich empfangen und fühlten uns sofort wohl. Das Schwimmen im Pool hat uns sehr gut getan. Wir haben auch den Strand und die Restaurants in der Nähe sehr genossen. Die City ist sehr gut erreichbar. Wir kommen sicher bald wieder und empfehlen das Haus sehr gern weiter.

Bij aankomst was al meteen duidelijk, wat een paradijs. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en hebben 4 dagen heerlijk genoten van het prachtige huis, met het super mooie zwembad. Ellen, de eigenaresse, heeft ons een erg fijne vakantie bezorgd. Zorgzaam, behulpzaam en samen genieten van de Spaanse mentaliteit. Tijdens ons verblijf was er de grote stroomuitval in Spanje/ Portugal. Ellen heeft ons toen geholpen met onze eerste levensbehoefte en we hebben er een mooie dag van weten te maken. Super huis, super locatie! Helaas ging de tijd te snel!

Nadine was an absolutely fabulous host. I could not recommend her or her properties enough. She was very proactive to offer help and always wanted to make sure we were having a good time. The house itself was absolutely perfect and I think slightly undersold by Nadine, we were a party of 9 with 3 young children, aged 1/3/5 and it was fabulous. What really stood out as parents of young children was the accessibility of everything and the owners of the property letting us use their things. Toys for the children, plastic plates, pool items. All the things, you buy on a holiday, but know you will likely not take home was all there straight away which is very understated but absolutely necessary as parents. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the property again or visit another of Nadine’s properties.

Heerlijke woning in rustige buurt. Lekker zwembad dat ook in April prima te gebruiken is. Luxe ingericht en alles is aanwezig. Echt een mooie woning. Kan ook altijd waarderen als alle kruiden voor koken er zijn ;-) Ashley reageert snel en vriendelijk. Wij waren met 3 kinderen en 2 volwassenen.

Villa Jungla (“VJ”) is exceptional. While maybe not on-par with some ABNB places that are closer to central Valencia or as to historical style, it worked well for us. Even if not “luxury” to some, it definitely is up-scale. Space was important, for family to not be cramped and beds & sizes to best accommodate them with window shades. And quick access to the airport. VJ has it. Plane noise was not an issue; the place is well-insulated with dual-pane windows for comfort & noise. From ABNB inventory we saw in multiple city sections, VJ beat all others hands-down as to value. One family member (who travels extensively and stays in ABNBs globally) was concerned that the location was far from central VLC. Turned out that was not an issue, as I had surmised; the metro made access easy within 30-35 minutes including walking to Rosas station (nearer than Manises station). Principal grocers and variety of eateries are convenient. Overall, a great place.

Apartamento moderno, con un salón muy espacioso con una super tele y con un balcón precioso todo muy bien, pero lo mejor fue la atención de Jorge es un anfitrión muy atento y te ayuda con todo. Lo recomiendo!!!!

Todo perfecto. Ha sido una estancia muy agradable. La casa preciosa, muy acogedora. El propietario muy amable y pendiente de que todo fuera correcto. Perfecto para visitar Valencia y alrededores. Repetiría sin dudar.

Wat een fantastisch verblijf!zeer mooi ingericht en heel proper.Alles was aanwezig wat we nodig hadden. Zeer goed geïsoleerd. Je hoort niets van buiten. Heel vlotte communicatie en lieve mensen. Wij komen zeker terug! Danku voor alles Vicente en Diana!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Valencia! Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und abgebildet. In der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Restaurants, Supermärkte und der Strand ist quasi um die Ecke. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt und würden sie definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Le logement etait parfait et correspondait au descriptif. La communication a été très fluide. Nous avions à disposition tout ce qu'il fallait et le jardin est magnifique.

No solo coincide al 100% la descripción, además la estancia ha sido muy buena. Fernando muy atento, nos ha recomendado donde comer, como movernos por allí, todo lo que necesitaramos. Sin duda lo recomendamos. .

La casa tiene de todo y más con niños , no falta detalle está muy bien equipada es muy espaciosa y muy tranquila , sin duda repetiremos cuando viajemos de nuevo a Valencia ! Ariadna súper atenta y muy cuidadosa en dar detalles de cómo moverte y que visitar y más recomendaciones. Nuestros niños han disfrutado del patio muchísimo Podéis estar muy tranquilos en este alojamiento Muchas gracias Ariadna !

L’appartamento di Carmen è spazioso ed accogliente! L’arredamento delizioso rende l’ambiente caldo e ci siamo sentiti davvero come a casa. Il piccolo giardino interno inoltre è stato perfetto con i bambini. La posizione ottima a metà tra il centro e la città della scienza ci ha permesso di raggiungere le nostre mete facilmente. Carmen un host gentilissima e premurosa ,non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. Valencia città incantevole.

Nous avons découvert un endroit merveilleux et des personnes adorables. La villa Rosita est un endroit merveilleux, la villa qui est habitées par les propriétaires est somptueuse, et que dire du jardin qui est extraordinaire et dont nous avons pu profiter. Le logement proposé est dans le prolongement de la villa et totalement indépendant. On avait accès à la très grande piscine du logement et on a aussi pu profiter de la terrasse. L’environnement est paisible car au milieu de plantations d’agrumes. Le logement en lui même est très bien équipé, très agréable, grand et climatisé. Et que dire des parents d’Alejandro qui habitent la villa et qui nous ont accueilli… des gens formidables et d’une extrême gentillesse. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour qui restera dans nos mémoires. Un immense merci à Alejandro et ses parents.

Esther's place was perfect for our family of 5 (boys aged 15, 13 and 10) 15 mins from the oceanografic and science museum and close to a local park and a very new supermarket. Esther was great at responding to any questions we had and always helped in any way she could.

First of all, thank you Kelly for being such an outstanding host. Great communication, clear and concise including videos so there is absolutely no confusion on how to check in or any question you might have. As well as providing a list of interesting things to do in the area including a link for each of the activities. Enhorabuena! Second, the place. Wow, simply put I wish I could call that place my home, from the moment you open the door you are taken on a trip to a classic Valencia vibe, from the decorations to the structure to the amenities to the old fashion patio, and the complimentary wine bottle just fits so right as you settle in. Gracias! Will definitely see you again.

Carol’s apartment was very lovely and big. All ammenities available. I loved the cotton sheets and the kettle for making tea. Carol was extremely kind and allowed us a late check out as our flight to Italy was at night. Highly recommend staying at Carol’s place!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen von Iris, Carmens Tochter, welche ausgezeichnet Englisch spricht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles war perfekt und übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Das Quartier ist sehr lebendig und authentisch. Auch ist man schnell am Strand und in der Hafenregion. Auch die Innenstadt ist mit Bus oder Metro schnell erreichbar.

We had an excellent stay at Filippo’s place. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Good location too for restaurants, walk to the beach and metro or longer walk to the town centre. Be aware that there are lots of restaurants nearby so it can be noisy outside in the evenings, but this was not a problem for us!

Great location, beautiful property and extremely helpful and responsive hosts. Only way that the stay could have been improved would be if the pool was heated, but we were there in April.

Wir waren 4 Nächte in der Wohnung. Die Gastgeberin Tatiana ist sehr freundlich und reagiert sehr schnell auf Fragen! Alles war super vorbereitet, flexibler Check-In. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen,tolles Ambiente und außergewöhnlich! Sehr zu empfehlen. Bus 1min. zu Fuß entfernt - alles mit ÖVNP zu erreichen. Altstadt/Zentrum ca. 15 min. zu Fuß - perfekt. Ruhige Lage!

Très agréable séjour même s'il était de courte durée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le studio, les petites attentions en arrivants et la propreté. Très bien situé pour les activités que nous avions prévu. L'hôte réactif et les explications très claires.
