Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con acceso a la playa en Russafa, L'Eixample

Prachtig uitzicht met zonsopgang! Ruim appartement met alles aanwezig wat we maar nodig konden hebben. Zeer dichtbij het strand en restaurantjes. Wij hebben genoten van Valencia en onze fietstochtjes. Zeer snelle reacties van onze gastvrouw en heer. Bedankt!

This apartment is in a really beautiful building, typical of El Cabanyal, and lovely inside too - just like the photos. Perfect for a single person or couple, 3-4 mins walk from Dr Lluch tram stop, 10 min walk to the beach, and the neighbourhood is safe and gorgeous to walk around. I am in love with El Cabanyal! Loads of bars and restaurants and shops right close by. Super comfy bed too. Gema was a fantastic host, extremely helpful, flexible and accommodating. Great with communication. I would stay here again for sure 💛

Alojamiento recientemente reformado de manera excelente. Todo muy limpio y nuevo. El piso tiene absolutamente de todo. La zona está alejada del centro, pero está bien comunicada y es tranquila.

Vanessa ha sido muy amable y responde ante cualquier duda muy rápida y de forma clara. La casa es tal cual se describe, ideal para hasta 4 personas. El baño y la cocina son totalmente funcionales y las camas / sofá cama son cómodos. La terraza tiene unas vistas buenísimas y se ve el mar sin tener edificios que lo tapen. La zona es tranquila (fuimos en semana santa) a menos de 5 minutos andando de la playa. Y también hay una zona de restaurantes, cafeterías, paseo marítimo amplio, zona para niños, puerto, etc. Es decir, puedes distraerte si vas con niños. La playa es de arena, nada de piedras. En definitiva, una muy buena opción para pasar unos días en la playa, pero a 20 minutos de Valencia para ver la ciudad de las artes, la zona del ayuntamiento y muy cerca de la pequeña Venecia.

Great place, what an excellent location. I stayed there for the Ironman event in April and it suited us perfectly. Well equipped apartment. One of the bathrooms is very small and some noise in the night but nothing too bad. Thanks Sergio!

El apartamento es increíble!! Llegamos más tarde de la hora permitida y al estar desconfigurada la entrada autónoma, Gaspar nos estaba esperando en la puerta para darnos las llaves. Dentro del apartamento todo perfecto, limpio y ordenado. La zona es tranquila y por el paso del puerto hay de todo. Lo único reseñable es que está un pelín incomunicado con el centro de Valencia, pero en coche se llega en poco tiempo. Un gran experiencia.

Great apartment! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent – close to the sea, with a supermarket nearby, and a nice area for evening walks. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. The host is very friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommend!

Ho messo 5 stelle a tutto perché sono super meritate. Alloggio perfetto, host perfetto, vicinissimo alla spiaggia di Malvarosa, 5 minuti a piedi ed eravamo in riva al mare. Meglio di così, non ho mai trovato!!!! Grazie Abel

We had a great time in the house. 1. We found it easily, with very clear instructions provided 2. The place was very clean 3. The rooms were large and as described, and the bedrooms had blinds/shutters so they were dark for sleeping 4. There were plenty of items in the kitchen, so it was easy to cook 5. Parking was very easy - on street or in the garage 6. The view of the beach/sea was great from the rooms and garden 7. There were lots of things to entertain - games, beach toys, bikes, beach towels etc.

We love this place - we stayed for a month in 2023, and liked it so much we came back! Lovely location near the beach, lovely area itself, lovely house 😃

La estancia fue muy bien. Rocio ha contestado bastante rápido en todo momento. El alojamiento es ideal para pasar unos días con amigos/as, con muy buena ubicación, y bien cuidado. Volveríamos a repetir nuestra estancia.

The place is great for your visit to Valencia. Walkable everywhere, and if you are not in the mood, there are buses&taxis right around the corner. Place is clean, comfortable, and Paloma the host is absolutely fantastic, great communication and all her recommendations were fantastic. Would definitely come back!

No solo coincide al 100% la descripción, además la estancia ha sido muy buena. Fernando muy atento, nos ha recomendado donde comer, como movernos por allí, todo lo que necesitaramos. Sin duda lo recomendamos. .

Desde el primero momento, Laura fue súper amable y flexible. Nos dio muchísimas recomendaciones para poder ir al centro de la ciudad. Además, nos dejó un montón de cosas en el alojamiento para desayunar, picar y fruta, también toallas para el baño, gel, champú, etc A la hora de salir también nos dio muchísima flexibilidad de horarios y recomendaciones para comer un buen arroz. Una experiencia totalmente de 10!!

Everything we needed for a family stay. i especially loved the wealth of towels, including beach towels which was so handy! there were also loads of toys, buckets for the beach, high chair baby bath, washing machine. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was really well equipped with lots of essentials. José was friendly and helpful and it was super clean. we had a two year old and five year old and it was an easy walk to the beach.

Tolle Wohnung in TOP Lage. Nur ein paar Minuten zum Meer, Geschäfte und Restaurants um die Ecke. Die Markthalle ist nicht weit und die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist perfekt. Alles war sauber und hervorragend eingerichtet. Sehr, sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah am Strand, nah am Supermarkt, nah an der Buhsaltestelle. Zur Straßenbahn sind es 15 Minuten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, leider roch es zu dieser Zeit in dem gesamten Viertel manchmal nach Abwasser. Das konnte man teilweise auch in der Wohnung wahrnehmen. Der Wohn-/Essbereich ist groß, alle technischen Geräte funktionieren und sind mit Anleitungen versehen.

nos encantó el apartamento, disfrutamos mucho las vistas, aunque no estuvimos mucho tiempo, pero el momento de estar nos sentimos como estas casa, y los detalles. pensó en todo hasta nos dejó una bienvenida refrescante. muchas gracias 😊

Absolutely wonderful stay! Juan is a fantastic host and a truly kind person. The apartment is more than fully equipped—everything you could possibly need is there. The location is perfect for relaxing, with a stunning view that made every moment special. I was genuinely impressed and would recommend this place to anyone, anytime.

Our stay in Valencia was absolutely perfect! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Our host was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. He was always available, extremely helpful, and gave us lots of great recommendations on what to see and do in Valencia. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had a beautiful view. We felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in der Wohnung von Gianina verbracht. Sie ist eine sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Gastgeberin. Das Appartement hat eine tolle Ausstattung, unglaubliche Aussicht. Die Betten waren bequem. Wenn ich etwas bemängelt würde, wäre es die Isolierung der Wohnung. Man hört schon viel im Haus und auch von draußen. Restaurant unterhalb der Wohnung. Trotzdem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt. Danke ;-)

I hardly know where to start…it felt like an absolute privilege to stay in this lovingly restored turn of the century building. Every detail was thought through and it felt like walking into a film set but at the same time sooo comfortable. The indoor courtyard is an added plus, a refuge away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The el-Cabanyal area is quirky and fun and close to the beach. Lorena was friendly and gave us some great tips which added to our enjoyment of the area. If I could give ten stars i would.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par son cousin qui habite à côté, malgré la barrière de la langue, il as tout fait pour bien nous accueillir. Très bon échange avec la propriétaire qui est très réactive.
