Beide sind hinsichtlich Grundriss und Ausstattung identisch und erfüllen überdurchschnittlich hohe Ansprüche. Sie sind per PKW und ÖPNV gut zu erreichen. Viele Parkgelegenheiten auf dem Grundstück. Div. Geschäfte und Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung. Für Entspannung und Sport können Gartenmöbel, Spielgeräte, Bikes und Paddelboote kostenlos genutzt werden. Und die Berliner City ist ganz nahe!

Landhaus am Wasser

Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Familien und Ihr habt es ganz für Euch allein. Es liegt direkt an einem Kanal, der zwei Seen verbindet und verfügt über zwei Terrassen, eine davon direkt am Wasser. Faßsauna und Whirlpool sind zur Alleinnutzung im Garten vorhanden. Wir nutzen das Haus selbst noch häufig, weshalb es über eine voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt. Freut Euch auf zwei Bäder, zwei Elternschlafzimmer, zwei Jugendschlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Lounge für Kinoabende.

My little holiday paradise is located in a quiet and beautiful green area, about 2 minutes walk from the river Spree. The bungalow is very well equipped with underfloor heating, fireplace, very comfy sofa bed and great attention to detail. Various shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and the bus stops just around the corner. The motorway to Berlin and the train station are only 10 minutes by car.. Gut verbunden, aber dennoch fern ab vom Berliner Großstadttrubel liegt unser kleines Gästehaus. Mitten im Wald und nur zehn Gehminuten vom Müggelsee entfernt, bietet unser Haus die perfekte Unterkunft für einen Kurzurlaub im Grünen oder für Tagesausflüge in die Stadt. Auf 30m² finden bis zu vier Personen ausreichend Platz und mit der gut ausgestatteten Küche, einem eigenen Bad und Kaminofen, sollten keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Los supermercados están a poca distancia. Aparcamientos, bicicletas y una canoa están disponibles. Desde aquí es fácil explorar los alrededores o hacer excursiones a Berlín, Potsdam y la campiña circundante. En invierno podrá relajarse en la ducha de vapor. Su amigo de cuatro patas también puede acompañarle.

Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.
