I would stay here again! The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, game room had lots for our family to do, close to the beach, lots of outdoor space and plenty of parking. Pamela was quick to help when we needed something. The dock was spacious and easy to get to and we had fun fishing and kayaking.

Lori was one of the easiest people to reach, very communicative and always had very professional manners and extremely polite. Was very eager to host us and the home was well prepared for guests with plenty of clean linen, cookware, eating utensils, etc. The only complaint which truly isn’t even a complaint was the pool was very chemically upon arrival, but they do have to make sure it is clean and balanced to maintain for guests to be able to use. So this ultimately was much better than the alternative for us. Overall was very enjoyable, quiet cult a sack for more privacy and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I will say if you are a “I have to have the fan on” to sleep type of person like me, bring a fan, the bedrooms do not have ceiling fans but again was not an issue for us, just a curtesy for anyone who reads the reviews like us! The home was maintained at a very comfortable temperature (70° upon arrival) the entire time so it never bothered us.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. Everything we needed was inside and out and it’s as cute as the pictures and more. This place was well stocked with soaps,paper products, beach towels and linens plus much more. We definitely would stay there again if we’re in that area

Jared’s house is ideal for a people who like to go to the beach. It had all the beach gear and is about 10 minutes from Venice and Nakomis beaches. The neighborhood is quiet and the sunset view is the best! The couches are great for movie night—super spacious and comfy! Definitely recommend.

We loved our stay. Such a beautiful place. Loved the laid back feel of Nokomis vs Sarasota. Clean, lovely pool, great communication, spacious suite. We had a magical time!

We had a great vacation with our 10 mo old here! A crib was setup for us in the 2nd bedroom, we had a highchair and baby tub. It made traveling with an infant a little easier! We loved the pool since the ocean water was pretty chilly. We were a 10 min walk to turtle beach which we enjoyed one evening as we watched the sunset! Overall we had a great stay and our hosts were so welcoming and friendly!

Great place to stay if you’re looking for quiet and relaxing. Short, easy drive to local beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed everything about it. Mike was quick to respond when we had questions. Would highly recommend if you are looking for an inexpensive and relaxing get away!

My fiancé, our 1 year old and I stayed here for the weekend and it was absolutely amazing! We will definitely be back. There were kayaks and canoes to take into the river which was fun and free roaming farm animals. I was happy to see the Airbnb was spotless. We felt right at home immediately!
