It was a great stay. My only recommendations is that the downstairs bed is very hard and not really comfortable to sleep on. The house is perfect for little groups that want space, but the furniture in each room was sparse so we had to bring the dining room chairs to sit on in each room if we wanted to spend time together in a bigger group. Overall a great stay and we are thankful for the use of this home for our family get gether over the holidays.

Shaune and Danny were super host! They treat us like family. Cozy , super clean place, amazing view , great local town and it has everything you need to relax , cook , grill and unplug. Yet you can still check your email. My 3 Golden’s loved it and she was kind enough to let us have them! She left us the most delicious home mad jelly and dog treats. Recommend her place and other rentals 100% thank you! 🥰

We absolutely loved our stay! We can’t say enough about our experience. It was the perfect place to stay with our family for two weeks. Peaceful, quiet and cozy. The views are stunning! The host was very kind, helpful and easy to communicate with. We would love to stay again, and will certainly recommend to others!

I had the pleasure of staying here to celebrate my boyfriends birthday, and we were extremely impressed. the price was very affordable, so we were skeptical, but RETAIN surprised up in the best way possible. it was just what we needed. Waking up with a cup of coffee on the porch watching the geese really hit the spot. I felt right at home and even though I lost my phone on this vacation... RETAIN gave me a reason to forget that and just be happy in the moment. I will recommend this place forever.

Perfect location for me. Near shopping, restaurants and my daughter’s house. Exactly as described. Loved that they cleared the driveway and walkway for me when there was heavy snow. Would highly recommend.

We were looking to host a family Boxing Day dinner for 14 people and then stay and relax for a couple days afterwards. Tania was receptive to our plans. She let us know there may not be enough seating for that many people to sit down so we came prepared with an extra table and some folding chairs. We had tons of room. The living room was very spacious with comfortable chairs and couch. The wood stove made it very cozy. The bedrooms were large and the beds very comfortable. Lovely experience. We booked the spa as well, and it was exactly what we needed. We liked the privacy, relaxation, very peaceful. It was easy to find the cabin, great instructions on what to pack, and what to expect. Definitely recommending our friends to visit this hidden gem.

Booked for my sons Birthday so he could have a few friends for a sleepover weekend, was perfect TV was large we gamed and made great Memories, I highly recommend the view is spectacular

The apartment was bigger than expected and well laid out. It had all the conveniences of home and it was in walking distance to a beautiful park with a great pathway system. Thank you for the great restaurant recommendations as they lived up to your review. We certainly recommend this spot to anyone stopping through Saint John.

Is it possible we give 5000 stars instead of just 5?! Sylvia, Paul and their place are hidden GEMs in Grand-Bay Westfield. We recently had the pleasure of staying at their wonderful, cozy place at Grand-Bay Westfield that felt like a home away from home. The space was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. Sylvia and Paul went above and beyond, were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to offer helpful tips about local area and ensure our stay was comfortable. Their warm hospitality made our experience truly memorable. We stayed there with our little one and our cat. They even prepared the house with extra equipment needed for a baby and a cat to be safe and comfortable. Thank you so much for providing such a lovely place to stay and being such gracious hosts. Take care of yourselves as well as lovely James, Maya, Whippy and Sam. Hopefully, we will have the chance to see you guys and stay at your place again. :)

A beautiful place to stay! The cottage is super clean and has so much charm. Everything worked really well, we were given plenty of towels for the bathroom and the kitchen, the private lake access was wonderful, and we enjoyed playing badminton, bocce ball and cards. We only stayed for three days but would have been happy to stay for a full week! Just a really lovely space! Thank you so much for hosting us!

Our group of seven had a wonderful weekend stay at Kevin’s house! Stunning home with so much character. The view of the river was so beautiful and peaceful! Beds were very comfortable, and lots of space to relax. Kevin was very helpful and responsive. Hopefully will be back again!

We had a wonderful stay we had at this cozy cabin. We were impressed by all the thoughtful details including a towel warmer, treats for the dogs, a variety of crocs to wear to the hot tub or lake, and everything we needed to cook Easter dinner including a roast pan! The hot tub was lovely and the bbq was top of the line. Our hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating. This is a lovely set up for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautifully appointed and decadently large apartment well located to central St John. Unfortunately the Container Village wasn’t open yet but it’s just a couple of blocks away. The hot tub was fabulous and easy to use, and very private (no concern about being visible to neighbors). Heather was very responsive and helpful, and provided nice chocolates on the beds, plenty of coffee pods, and was generous with everything in the apartment. Expensive, but would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Justin’s cottage. The location is beautiful - very private and right on the water. Watching the sun rise every morning over the lake through the big windows was incredible. The house itself is lovely, with a great kitchen and plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub was a fantastic luxury. Justin was a very responsive host (even leaving us with local contacts when he was out of town), and we’re looking forward to coming back again soon!

It was a great stay , beautiful air b and b the only thing was when we booked we thought we would be on the beach but it’s a walk to different location beaches . Justin was a great host and handled anything we needed .

It’s all about the experience and the location! Surely reminds one of the power and beauty of creation. Bring binoculars . We were privileged to have a full moon and a beautiful stretch of autumn weather. Excellent homebase for exploring the Fundy Trail Parkway, an absolute must do for anyone visiting eastern Canada. This light filled, off grid cabin is definitely minimalist, but with high end finishes . Be prepared to keep your meal prep simple. The local general store has all your basics plus excellent quality and variety of meats. So good on the charcoal BQ Though we are experienced wood burners, heating the woodfired hot tub is an art form. In optimal conditions 3–4 hrs heat up time but we suggest allowing 6. But once hot, maintains heat a long time and requires very little to reheat. Super clean; water is fresh for each guest. No worries on the loft ladder, very stable & accessible. Fabulous rain shower. Generously sized quality towels. No TV ,WiFi Bring your reading & music !

An awesome place to getaway for the weekend. My partner and I and our pup Fundy felt right at home. Kitchen was well stocked, bed was comfortable, and Paige was very responsive to our messages. Would recommend this spot 100%.
