The perfect getaway for 2 guests (# of guests must be indicated on rez). The beautiful beachy space is close to the Rockaway Boardwalk! You’ll feel both at home & at peace here. Dining, nightlife, shopping, event spots (Jade & BHYC) down the block. NYC Ferry is minutes away, free shuttle dropoff down the block. Parties/unregistered guests will be asked to leave & reported to AirBnB. Host is present during guests stay. Please note, no animals (including service/emo support) are permitted.

The Kitchenette/wet bar has a microwave, toaster, and mini fridge with wine chiller. Relax in our backyard with sofa sectional and outside shower. Street parking is available.

Walk just a few short blocks down to the beach and surf, swim, or head out for some amazing local food. Parking is not included you must park on the street when staying with us. This guest suite has one main bedroom with queen bed + a separate alcove with a bed that becomes two single beds. It is conveniently located one block from the LIRR train station. The beach and boardwalk are four blocks by foot and behind our street are dozens of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocers and pharmacies. We are available when you'd like, to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.
