Avrim’s condo was the perfect place for us to spend our vacation. The condo is clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed to have an stress-free trip. Avrim provided recommendations for things to do and places to eat which was greatly appreciated. We will be back.

Pete is very friendly – I enjoyed chatting with him briefly. He even kindly offered us coffee for the morning, which I really appreciated. The place itself is lovely, and if you're a guitar player or musician, you will absolutely love it! His dog, Pixie, is also very friendly and quiet; she wasn't any trouble at all.

We enjoyed the location. The kitchen was great for a large Thanksgiving meal for extended family. We will look forward to staying again. Thank you Kelly. 😘

Cozy, clean, lots of amenities. Loved the outdoor porch and deck right on the canal. Comfy bed. 10 minute ride to downtown Delray! Lots of great restaurants, bars and shops in DelRay downtown. The cottage was so great that we wanted to buy it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casey's place. The property was very cute and had a nice beach vibe. The unit was spacious and had a lovely deck that was great for sitting out early in the morning for coffee. The location was convenient and easy to find. Overall, it was a great trip.

Great location. We needed to be by Jupiter Medical Center and it was a very close drive. The neighborhood is quite. The house is very clean and comfortable. The beds and linens were very nice. We all slept great. Loved all the fans. The air conditioning worked perfectly. 2 large TVs with lots of options. My granddaughter had fun in the backyard. There is a nice size picnic table with an umbrella. We had a bunnies visit us every morning and she loved them. Her crib was full size and felt well constructed and safe. David even had toys and books for her. We didn't use it was there was a high chair. The dining room table sat 6 to 8 comfortable. We would definitely recommend!

We loved this AirBnb. It was walkable to everything and the pool and hot tub area were great. We enjoyed the beach, snorkeling (both in walking distance) and took in a Cardinals spring training game which was a short drive. This location is very central in Palm Beach County and there is so much to do nearby. The hot tub was great after a long day of activities. The interior was also great. Very clean and cute. I would definitely stay here again and we have already recommended to friends.

It was a beautiful location right on the water! There was a dock we enjoyed sitting out on as well. The location was great lots of places to go near by.

It’s clear that Houman and his wife are maintaining their property well. Over the course of our stay, workman were working on the property: gardening, painting and servicing air conditioners. Houman and his wife reside in the property and are only a few steps away in the event guests need something.
