Just as pictured. Very cute, comfortable spot in Brandon. We were there for a sports tournament and it was very convenient.

Great family house, exactly as pictured and discribed. Centrally located. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Had 3 generations including a baby. There was a stroller and beach wagon. Lots of beachchairs, sun umbrellas, coolers, everything you needed. Lots of beach towels. This stay may be costing us more than we were planning as the brand new induction range was so cool, hard to come home to our old range ;) There really wasnt any thing missing. Great communication and very resonsive. If you have kids dont miss Central Park in Largo. The best playground ever.

Beautiful Tarpon Lake Escapes perfectly fitted our needs for a family Christmas break in the sun away from the grey skies of the UK! Julie's communication extremely friendly, helpful and timely throughout. The place itself is very well equipped -kitchen-everything you need to self cater; bathrooms - all types of toiletry provided; entertainment from board games to table tennis and kayaks, if you're brave enough to venture onto the water! Lovely big decking area to watch the world go by. Our relatives live in Tampa so this was an ideal spot for getting to them as well as trips out to Clearwater, Busch etc. & handy for airport. Nearest area was Tarpon Springs which had an abundance of restaurants - we recommend Hellas (Greek)and Rusty Bellies by the water. We also took a lovely sunset dolphin cruise, direct from Tarpon Springs. These ideas recommended by Julie in her extremely informative online guidebook. All together a fantastic Christmas break. I highly recommend it.

House was clean with lots of things to do on property. Private area and relaxing. Accommodated my 10 guest.

Michael’s place is so beautiful. I love all the wildlife there. The backyard was perfect for yoga. I definitely recommend.

We went to Tampa for a business trip, but didn’t want to stay in a hotel. We chose this place because of the location on the water and the kayaks. We spent almost all of our time on the water and fishing. The house was located close to everything you would possibly need, but once you were out back you forgot you were close to the city! The hosts were super responsive anytime I messaged with questions. The house was very comfortable. AC was cold. Comfortable bed. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Renay’s house. The house and location are beautiful! Right on the lake with an amazing view. We enjoyed the heated pool every day and like that it is screened in. The actual house was fantastic - we could tell Renay put a lot of thought and effort into making her house a comfortable place to stay. It is very family friendly with an open living space/kitchen and tons of books and toys in the kids room. The beds were more comfortable than most rental houses which we appreciated! Renay was super responsive before and during our stay, we had an issue with the oven while we were there and she had someone in to look at it within a few hours. She sets the standard for what it means to be a super host. Thanks for a great stay!

Cascade was a wonderful host. We felt right a home with the kitty cat's welcome and the chicken coop providing fresh eggs in the morning. Cascade was very accomodating and felt very comfortable in her quaint, funky accomodations.

It was clean. The espresso machine was a nice amenity to have. There were extra toiletries. We always had the pool to ourselves.

John was a wonderful host! His arrival instructions were detailed and super helpful, and he responded to all of my questions immediately! The Airbnb was lovely, super clean, cute and exactly what we needed for the weekend (and the backyard area was the perfect place to sit near the water and relax!). If you’re looking for a peaceful space that is still super close to everything you might want to do in Tampa, I highly recommend booking a stay here! We will definitely book here again the next time we are visiting Tampa.

From the start, Chris and Nella were incredibly responsive—especially given our last-minute change after our original unit turned out to be nothing like what we expected. We felt so fortunate to have found this place, especially considering the great value for the cost. The unit itself was spotless, and we immediately felt at ease upon arrival. Everything from the high-end appliances to the beautiful bathroom with a Tahitian-style rain shower exceeded expectations. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the space had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Chris and Nella stayed highly responsive throughout, and the unit felt private, peaceful, and perfectly located—close to downtown St. Pete, great restaurants, and even a charming little park just a block away!

Kristen's place was exactly as pictured. She was responsive in messages and made sure we had everything we needed. Her place was quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood is a bit older with some wear and tear, but Kristen's place is modern and feels like home inside. Very convenient to grocery stores and major roads.

Thank you Hey Vacay! The space was beautiful, fit the needs for our wedding prep, and we all around had an AMAZING experience. The Hey Vacay team was also incredibly accommodating and communicative. Would highly recommend for anyone else looking for a beautiful spot in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood that's very central and close to downtown. We had an absolutely PERFECT wedding week.

We really enjoyed our stay in Mark’s place. It’s a lovely setting by a small lake. Mark was very kind and accommodating. If we had any questions, he was quick to respond. The place suited our needs very well!

We enjoyed our stay and the dogs loved the fenced yard and the friendly hoses. Very peaceful and relaxing setting. Host left us some fresh eggs and we had everything we needed for a great stay.

This was the best Airbnb we have stayed at!!!! We travel alot for basketball and this was a favorite for all 9 of us. The house felt so cozy and decor was amazing. Krista was so generous and flexible with the check in/out times and process. The outside was so relaxing and peaceful, along with so much to do. We will be back!!!

Tim and Jeannie are the best hosts ever! Communication and local recommendations are top notch! If you are like us, you’ll be on the go because Saint Petersburg offers so much with arts, culture and outdoor recreation that most of the time was being out and about. However, when you get back, you’ll feel like you’re at home and everything you need is right there! Sleep in and eat breakfast at the cottage, come back early and watch a movie or hit the hot tub or just do another load of laundry and hit the beach one more time! It’s so convenient and the best location ever! Thank you Tim and Jeannie :)

Comfortable place in a gated community which made us feel safe. Plenty of shopping and restaurants around the area. Suzanne messaged us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Thank you Suzanne.

Kristin’s place is absolutely fantastic!!! I stayed almost 2 weeks and was sad to say goodbye! This cottage is such a relaxing little oasis! Kristin is on the ball with everything! Anything I needed she was on it! The cottage was clean, cozy, and I felt right at home! Next time I return to Tampa, I will absolutely book with Kristin!!

We had the most wonderful stay at this cozy little cottage on the Lake! We were in town for a quick concert and this home was perfect with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.. The hosts were incredibly responsive, making sure we felt right at home. The only downside was we wished we had more time to stay!! We can’t wait to come back — it truly felt like a little piece of heaven!

This was our second year of spending a month at Aileen's place. Again, it was so perfect for my husband and I. We did have guests stay for a couple of nights and the air mattress is REALLY nice! Everything about the space is so wonderful. Clean, cute, everything you would need for a month. It is also close to so many beaches (Fort Desoto Park ( our favorite), St. Pete's beach, and Anna Maria Island beaches. It's close to all that Bradenton, St. Petersburg and Sarasota have to offer. We felt right at home the day we arrived and it was hard to say good-bye. We definitely hope to visit again!
