Second time we've stayed here and, once again, what's not to like? Comfortable, cosy and best of all, a fantastic location. All the main centres are easily reachable within comfortable walking distance and we didn't use the car once. A super relaxing experience.

Perfect location! Very clean and well kitted out. Comfy beds. One thing that is good to know, especially when travelling with young children, is that the property is split into several floors with stairs separating the smaller and larger bedrooms. No problems at all for us who have bigger kids. We loved the flat and the area. Close to shops, cool bars and restaurants. Katarina was a great host! Would defintively book again!

The flat was just as described and in a perefct location to the shops and the main bars of brighton, i will definitely be sysying there again next time i visit brighton

Lovely flat with everything that you need for a short stay. Easy to find and easy check in/check out. Brighton beach is around a 20 minute walk or there is a bus stop round the corner if you prefer. Plenty of cafes and shops on your doorstep. A great, convenient location to explore Brighton and Hove!

Stayed in this lovely loft for a few days on a trip to Southend. Felt very homely and had everything we could have needed. Great that the tv was all set up with the apps and easy to watch all the streaming services, and games and books available if we fancied a night in. Cupboard was stocked with essentials for cooking and the coffee and biscuits were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We rented the apartment for 6 of us to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday. Very comfortable, clean and great location for exploring St Leonards and Hastings. Easy roadside parking outside the apartment. Lovely beach and easy walking distance for exploring. Especially loved Hastings old town, St Leonards galleries and the Goat for lunch and cocktails on the beach is a must.

An incredible stay in a beautiful apartment. The view across to the sea was spellbinding and you can watch the sunset with a lovely glass of wine. The flat has everything you could possibly need and is thoughtful as well as top quality. The coffee machine was outstanding. The shower was perfect, the beds comfortable and there was a very clever and easy way of accessing the flat. St. Leonards has so many incredible independent and interesting shops, fabulous restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and bars, as well as a market with beautiful things. Lots of art and vintage shops and within bus, train or healthy walk from Hastings with it's equally amazing shops, restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. So much to see and do and then to come home to a calm and beautiful apartment is just wonderful! Thank you so much for everything.

This was an excellent find. We managed to coincide our stay with some fabulous weather too. The apartment is really well laid out and had all the space and amenities we needed. The balcony is a great place to spend many an hour and the panoramic view of the sea to Brighton to Worthing is stunning. We want to return!

We stayed here for a week and it was a great location for us , the property was warm , clean and relaxing during our stay . Will definitely stay again when back in Hastings. Thank you .

Stunning location. They say location is everything and this proved that tenfold! The property is less than a minute to the beach and the difference it made to my holiday was priceless. I didn't have to drive anywhere. I could get up and just be moments from the beach first thing in a morning and then enjoy an evening stroll knowing I was minutes away from being back at the property. I hardly needed shoes! The property itself was so comfy and clean and private. Lovely private garden, such a comfy sofa and bed and the whole place was absolutely perfect. I needed a very peaceful, relaxing holiday and I certainly got it. I was quite surprised at how peaceful it was, considering how busy the beach can be, but it really wasn't noisy and at night it was so peaceful. Just being able to walk out of the door and be at the beach without walking miles with loads of stuff just made all the difference and I had one of the most relaxing, peaceful, tranquil holidays I have ever had. Awesome!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - 12 of us for my Mum's 60th birthday. We loved the proximity to the beach, especially for the kids, the spacious airy kitchen and open living area, the enclosed front and back gardens for the dogs, the bunk beds, the airstream and the cabin! We had a chef come in and cook a special meal and the kitchen was really well stocked for that too. I wouldn't hesitate to book this beautiful house again!

Absolutely lovely stay at this lovely property. Mark was always very quick to respond and very helpful. The house is feels homely so it’s easy to settle in quickly. Great location and lovely views. Would highly recommend!

A magical stay, the setting with the walled garden and beach access felt like something from a Famous Five novel. Marianne and Rob were so welcoming, helpful and responsive. The boys loved playing tennis and skimming stones along the beach. It was great to spend time together in such a beautiful area. It was so peaceful and I had the best sleeps I have had in months.

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! A fantastic spot to stay in for exploring Southsea and Portsmouth. It is a matter of minutes from the beach and the restaurants in Southsea - the location could not be better. The apartment was stunningly decorated, lovely and bright and airy and so warm. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

Exactly as described and as shown on the photos! Super convenient and cosy and the hosts were really welcoming. I felt at home instantly. The location is perfect, everything is so close, there’s the train and bus stations, restaurants, shops and more. I a 100% recommend staying there 😊!
