Carl was very accommodating and helped book another one of his units, when our group had to extend our stay. I would definitely love to stay again!

We had an excellent 4 night stay in Erin's place. It's only about a mile from old town, which was really handy. The fenced backyard was very handy for our puppy. The apt was clean and comfortable and was well apportioned with coffees, paper products, and cleaning supplies. Newer washer and dryer. Everything worked as it should!

The BnB was adorable, clean, and well-stocked, and Constance was a thoughtful host. She gave clear instructions, left us some baked goods, and checked in with us during our stay. I would happily stay here again when I come back to New Mexico!

Clean house convenient to town and local shops. Parking off the street was close to the house and easily accessible.

The place was clean and spacious. It is located in a quiet area and close to Old Town, which is very convenient.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at this Airbnb! The space was impeccably clean and so nicely decorated – it really felt like a home away from home. I was so pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches, like having a variety of toiletries and even a well-stocked spice rack available. It definitely made settling in and cooking so much easier. On top of all that, the host was incredibly communicative and friendly, making the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-cared-for place to stay!

I will book again and again! Everything I needed for a longer stay. Thomas offers help checking in and available at a moments notice if needed. But did not need anything. This place is homey, easily accessible to university, restaurants and shops. Quiet neighborhood that felt ( and is ) safe. Thank you !

Dan provides an excellent Airbnb experience—he’s friendly, proactive, and kind. I had the pleasure of meeting him in person during my session downstairs at Lumen, where he made the entire experience both educational and relaxing. I’ll definitely be returning. While everyone else was price gouging during the International Balloon Fiesta, Cliff rented out a beautiful place at a good price. He was communicative, available, and helpful. Beautiful property at a beautiful location.

We enjoyed our stay at Jim's place. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils as well as a few spices, etc. We were a bit surprised to find dirty dishes in the dishwasher but otherwise everything was great! Would stay here again.

Agiola’s apartment is clean, comfortable and nicely furnished with many southwestern decorative touches. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and in walking distance to the museum complex and Old Town. Agiola responded quickly to requests and offered suggestions of things to do, since museums, shops and restaurants were closed because of the COVID-19 virus. The bed is super comfortable and we slept well. The bathroom is well stocked with good quality towels and toiletries. We always enjoyed coming back to this cozy apartment after a day of hiking or driving around.

Very cute apartment. Great location for visiting University of New Mexico. Will plan on staying here again to come visit my kiddo.

I am a traveling healthcare professional and stayed in this apartment for 4 months. This unit was perfect - I felt right at home throughout my stay. It looks just like the photos and has a good amount of natural light to brighten up the living room and bedrooms. The kitchen was fully outfitted with everything you need. The shower water pressure was excellent. The unit has a huge back yard. The hosts were amazing and super responsive to any of my needs. There is a reserved parking spot for the unit as well. Overall, I would highly recommend the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming one-bedroom, one-bath Airbnb! The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making it a very comfortable retreat. The bed was incredibly soft, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I also felt very safe in the area, which was a huge plus. It was very easy to check in. The dog park was great and very clean. There was a small back patio area that was appreciated as well. Everything was clean and met our expectations.

Mia's home was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen had essentials like dishes, tupperware, spices. The bathroom had plenty of towels, shower products, and even body lotion available. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of closet space and even a luggage rack. It was convenient to have a washer and dryer available as well. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very clean and cozy; I struggled with the key fob, but only because I've never experienced one like it prior. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, which I appreciate very much. The ONLY area of concern was the tenant directly above - that person stomps when they walk and it's so loud! Around 10pm, they sound like they are moving furniture and there's so much noise and banging; you can tell when they are awake. But, this is the host's fault/doing, but I'm adding it as an awareness item. I enjoyed my stay here!

Drew's place was wonderful. The house was clean and the beds and pillows were AMAZING! We truly enjoyed our stay.

My boyfriend and I loved staying here! Honestly, probably one of the nicest Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in. The place was very clean and elegant but had character. The hosts were also very responsive and friendly. Plus the hot tub was a bonus. :) I would definitely book again if ever in the area.
