I am the Club Director for a volleyball club, and we rented this home as a place to stay for myself and the coaches while we were in town for a volleyball tournament. This was our second year staying in this home, and we absolutely loved it. The house is large, clean, and exceedingly comfortable. The private natural surroundings make this a luxuriously peaceful place to stay, and we would love to return each year if we have a tournament in the area, as long as it is available.

Great spot and perfect for our weekend with family in Richmond. Son lives nearby so we will be back. Thanks!

This house is perfect for a small family looking to visit the area. The location was great for us as we have family nearby and normally have to stay over 30 mins away when we come. The house is beautifully decorated with cute farmhouse vibes to fit the area. We did have a few cleanliness concerns but we made the host aware and she was outstanding with her responsiveness and willingness to resolve any issues that were brought to her. I truly believe the issue was with the cleaning company not completing their job to the best of their ability but I trust that the host is going to take care of it for future guests. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Chelsea is a wonderful host with great communication and we would love to stay here again when we return.

This was our second stay at this house - very comfortable and convenient to all of the things to do in the Richmond area. Very nice, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It will be our go to place to stay when visiting Richmond. Claude is an excellent host.

Hands down the cleanest and one of the best appointed Airbnb stays I have ever had. Patrick is a terrific host and very easy to work with. His apartment is a terrific value and in a peaceful and convenient area in Richmond. His yard was perfect for our small dogs. we can't say enough good about our experience!! Just stay here if it's open!

Stayed here with a small group of friends to attend a concert. The place is spacious and comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. The back patio was also spacious and nice. Despite being centrally located and close to everything, it wasn't noisy and disruptive outside. Very walkable to just about everything including the bus system that goes east/west on Broad which is very convenient. Highly recommend.

We loved staying at Nadine's place! Great location that is walkable to a lot of local things to do. The neighborhood itself is beautiful. The apartment was exactly as described and was quiet and peaceful. Loved having the snacks on hand. It was a great place to stay for a weekend. Nadine was super responsive, and even messaged me when she found my phone charger that I had left when we checked out! Highly recommend staying here - we'll be doing the same next time we're in town.

The apartment/condo is just as described. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of pots/pans and everything else I use in my kitchen. That was a treat. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The home was quiet and easy to come and go from. There is an electric fireplace in the master bedroom which made the room so warm and cozy. The parking was perfect, right outside the door and we never had a problem getting a spot. Chandra’s communication was punctual and very helpful. Our stay was over the Christmas holiday and it was so festive as she had a beautiful little Christmas tree with lights and ornaments and a wreath on the door; it made our Christmas feel more like home since we had to travel. The place was wonderful and highly recommend to other guests.

We love Church Hill, and Christine and Derk’s place was perfect for us for the weekend. They were very thoughtful, from having milk and creamer in the fridge, to leaving us a personalized welcome card that was incredibly sweet. Their home had everything we needed and then some. Beautiful space with lots of character, and in a beautiful location. Highly recommend!

It was a wonderful experience staying at Mary‘s place. When we walked in the place was immaculate cite with sweet touches. I would definitely recommend Mary’s place to anybody. I cannot wait to go back in the spring or summer.

Great cozy space for a weekend trip! My friends and I went to Busch gardens for the weekend and wanted a quiet yet affordable and reasonably close location for the park. Casey was very attentive with our questions about getting in (it was all operator error aka me 😳😳) and any other inquires about our stay. The location is on a quiet street with an amazing coffee shop that is directly behind the Airbnb. We will definitely be back!! Casey also offered dish soap, hand soap, detergents, an extra toothbrush and toothpaste, along with a few more things in case they were forgotten.

Such great hosts! Their space is perfect for long stays, equipped with everything you could need. They are super responsive and were always so kind and helpful! Would love to stay again if I’m in the area.

I stayed at Johnny's place for a month while I was relocating to Richmond, and it was exactly what I needed. It was a great location, especially since the commute to downtown was so easy. As an extended stay, he provided all of the amenities I needed and was very responsive whenever I needed anything. I highly recommend this place!

This place was WONDERFUL!!!! Clean, quiet, organized and comfortable. We had everything we needed for my husband and I to enjoy staying there in order to visit my extended family in Richmond. I was born and raised there but my left at age 23 though the rest of my family stayed in Richmond. The location at the airbnb was within walking distance of EVERYTHING!!! I would love to stay here from now on any time I am visiting family there....or even just to visit the VMFA as well as other places!
